rename 'grant cycle' field to 'grant catalog'
Anytime you process a grant, we noticed that the pay schedule and funding information would all of sudden disappear from the grant and we would have to reenter the information. Apparently, when you select an item from the 'grant cycle' drop-down before post/approval, it erases this data because it assumes you are using a 'grant catalog.' Why isn't that field called 'grant catalog' if that is actually what it is referring to? Since that field is called 'grant cycle' we have been using it to track what internal cycle that grant is associated with. Why are these labels different? And can we get a field that is actually called 'grant cycle?'
