New Portal: We should have the option not to show Interest Types on Portal
We use Interest Types internally and do not want them listed publicly on the new Portal when Fundholders or Donors login in. They are not currently listed in the old Fund Portal but are listed as soon as someone logs into the new Portal.
I reached out to support to figure out how to turn these off and they said "After connecting with my CSuite team, they have informed me that there isn't a way to hide the Interest Types at the moment. They recommended submitting this enhancement idea to Idea Lab."
We shouldn't be forced to show Interest Types in the new Portal. Please make this optional.

My comment below regarding Available to Grant/Spendable was posted (by me) as a separate Idea Lab post and is a separate request from this request. I don't know why or how it was moved to a comment on this thread. I recreated it as a separate post as it is a separate issue. We would really like to have the option not to show Available to Grant / Spendable on the Fund Portal. Sometimes this is a negative amount which is confusing to fundholders. There were two different Idea Lab posts about this for the current portal that are now marked as "Not Planned" because of the new portal. Please make showing Available to Grant/Spendable optional by fund in the new portal.

Our staff are excited about this option but it would be great if we can change the interest area name labels for the purpose of the portal. We have internal coding involved that doesn't need to be visible.
Also, it would help if we could indicate which of our philanthropic interest types should be available to be selected in the portal. We have a lot and don't want all of them available.
For both, maybe those could be controls from the Grant Type listing area of CSuite where types can be added/removed.

Our interest areas are internal codes that will not make sense to the fundholder. This is not something that should be shared externally. At the very least, please make this feature something that can be turned on/off by internal admin.
