hide donation amount column
If a fund is set to hide donation amounts from fund advisors, then the entire amount column should be hidden on the donations tables, rather than just empty.

2/6/2025: Fund - Settings - Fund Advisor Portal: If Hide Amounts or Hide Memorial Amounts is set to yes, they will display "hidden" in the amount column in the portal.
