Enable Address Validation- Remove All CAPS on addresses when using this new feature
When using the new Enable Address Validation feature, the recommended address should not appear in all CAPS. Request this be revised to standard upper and lower case.

If the validated address is selected, the address appears in all caps on letters forcing someone to retype the address to the correct format.

A heads up on this tool, despite the release notes that say "This integration ensures that addresses are accurate and consistent, helping to maintain cleaner data within the CRM system" the tool does not actually validate to make sure that an address is accurate or correct. A few minutes of testing in our Sandbox yesterday identified that the tool does not catch invalid addresses. We tried two addresses that we know do not exist and the tool just made them all caps and said they were "validated". I reached out to support and they said "the USPS integration runs a validation protocol to change formatting of mailing addresses into a format the USPS observes so collateral like letters and envelopes can easily be mailed. The system assumed the address you've entered is correct and will translate it into USPS validated formatting. It does not however correct an incorrect address."
