  1. When a grant is created with multiple installments, it only shows the total grant amount on the fund statements with no option to show the grant activity over the years/quarters.

  2. Please include a Pledge section/table in the fund statement template. Currently, there are only two fields in the entire fund statement fields list that are related to pledges and they only exist in the donations section/table.

    We are requesting that a Pledge section/table be added to the fund statement template and available fields. Fields like the Pledge Balance, Pledge Anonymity, Pledge Status, Pledge Description, Pledge Total, etc.

    Overall, a section related to just pledges would give our fund holders better insight into the pledges for the fund and what they can expect to be receiving.

  3. When emailing statements from Fund Statement Grouping, the file attachment reads "statement.pdf" for all statements that are emailed. Having the name of the fund would be helpful for those who received several statements. We have complaints from advisors of their difficulty when receiving them when they all say the same thing. Example: Advisor has 6 different funds with us, each fund has an Agency and Donor portion. They receive 12 emails with all of them having attachments that read "statement.pdf". I've inquired through Support who said it wasn't possible, and have searched through Idea Lab and haven't found anything on…

  4. Please add an option in the Fund Statement Format to roll up subfunds into a master fund statement without rolling the financials together.

    Many fund holders would still like a breakdown for each of their funds but don't want to look at a bunch of separate statements, instead, it would be great if it all lived in a single PDF/document.

    I could see this working similarly to how financials views work in fund statements, if not adding on an additional foreach that allows each sub-fund to generate its own group.

    The spendable balance of a fund should display (unless $-0-, this is feedback we are going to update in the next few months). There is a setting on a fund to hide spendable. Is that enabled? It is in Portal Options>Portal Settings.

  6. Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…
