  1. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  2. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  3. If the customer has the option to "search existing accounts" (aka existing profiles) before they create a new account to purchase event tickets, we could avoid duplicates.

  4. Currently, pledges can be linked to campaigns, but the linking does not carry through to the general ledger posting resulting in campaign revenues being understated on the campaign income statement.
    Add the event id to the pledge journal entry to complete the “link” to the campaign.

  5. It would great if for ticketed events we had the option to require guest information or not. We often see individuals buy tickets but skip the part about adding their guests information. It becomes quite difficult the day of the event to know who is coming with that guest, especially if they do not arrive to the event at the same time and haven't been instructed by the ticket purchaser to mention they are they guest of so and so.

We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for…

  7. Add date filters to the Campaign Income Statements, that allows for information to be pulled for specific date ranges - i.e: to be able to view the IS for a specific period or month rather than the current YTD.

    This ability will assist with audit preparation as some events cross fiscal years

  8. Currently event ticket sales is the only place to post an item to sell where the proceeds will benefit the fund. This is confusing for some folks how it appears to the buyers. We are selling a book where the proceeds will benefit one our funds. In the future there could be campaigns selling a t-shirt or other items with all proceeds benefitting the fund.

  9. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

  10. We would like to add a note to RSVP's. For example, we currently have an event where people are RSVP-ing "No", but would like to talk to staff at a separate time. This would be a great way to keep track of these people/organizations.

  12. We noticed that we lost some of the profile filters when the update to campaigns occurred. We specifically are looking for the "invited to" filter where we could check past/current campaigns to add those profile lists to a new campaign. This is how we regularly build our mailing and event lists, and it was very convenient and easy for us to filter that way in one step. We were bummed to see that filter gone!

  13. Would like to see ticket purchasers and guests all in one spot. Currently, you can only see a list of ticket purchasers and the number of tickets they've purchased and then the "guests" of these ticket purchasers are in another area (guest list). Would be great to see the guests underneath the ticket purchaser, similar to how the campaign invitee list formats guests/household members (you have the invitee and then below them & to the right will list their guests or household profiles with their email info, all in one spot).

Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Don't want to use another site/platform to do it.(Eventbrite). Would be nice to have them all in one place and since…

  16. When you offer a meal choice in a campaign, we would like to see registering guests only have the choice to make one meal selection and the meal selection should be mandatory. Currently, it appears guests can select more than one meal choice or they can completely skip that step and still register.

  17. Ability to link (preferably automatically) the credit card fees associated with a campaign ticket purchase to the campaign on the statement of activities.

  18. It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.
