Campaign Profile Note
It would be great to have a note that lives specifically on individual campaign profiles. We track unsubscribes from our e-newsletters, and instead of bogging down the individual's main profile page with notes, it would be great to have one tying back to the specific campaign they unsubscribed from.

Voucher Template
It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

Ability to remove Work Organization and Title from Campaign Mailing Addresses
We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!
Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.
Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

Promise and Event Tickets
Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

Campaigns: Additional Permissions
Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

For Profiles that are flagged Do not Mail
Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

Ability to Import Ticket Requests
Could we import ticket requests when we import tickets to an event? Entering by hand is too much work.

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

URL for newsletter campaign
Would love to allow people sign up to our Newsletter Campaign from our website.
Currently I've set up a separate event campaign that I will be linking to from our website to but it looks a bit weird as the form is meant for a "ticket" and it will require us to transfer profiles from one campaign to another.

Export CSV order for Campaign Mailing List
We would like the export order to be address name followed by work title then label. For organizations this shows the primary contact, title, then the organization name. For individuals and households, we do have to delete the address name because it is a duplicate of the label. Having address title at the end of the export doesn't make sense (although I greatly appreciate it being added!)

Bring back the option for archived campaign to show on a profile!
I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.
20 votesThere is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns. Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

Custom Additional Fields for Tickets in Event Campaigns
As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.
We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.
I know there are some order options that we…

Set registration information required
We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket. At this point, it would have been easier for organizations to call or email us and…

Campaign Main Page
Currently when you are on the Campaigns main page, you have to either search for the campaign or click on "list" on the left hand side to select the campaign you want to look at. I wish this page had the campaigns already listed so you could select right there and not have to go to another page. It would be a lot easier and a lot less clicks to get to where you want to go.

RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
We need an RSVP for a household where we can add the household members without going through the add a guest function. We are only using this campaign event to make sure each profile shows who attended.6 votes -
checkout - event options for non ticket options
We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.
For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.
I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.
Someone donating for…

Ticketed Events
It would great if for ticketed events we had the option to require guest information or not. We often see individuals buy tickets but skip the part about adding their guests information. It becomes quite difficult the day of the event to know who is coming with that guest, especially if they do not arrive to the event at the same time and haven't been instructed by the ticket purchaser to mention they are they guest of so and so.

pledges
Currently, pledges can be linked to campaigns, but the linking does not carry through to the general ledger posting resulting in campaign revenues being understated on the campaign income statement.
Add the event id to the pledge journal entry to complete the “link” to the campaign.1 vote -
Record of steps used to build campaign
We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for…
