  1. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  2. Right now the ability to add a profile while on a campaign requires the Campaign Edit permission. Staff that are adding profiles to campaigns from that screen shouldn't necessarily be able to edit the campaign. Can this be a separate permission?

  3. Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

  4. If someone is registering for a tournament and they need to select their T-shirt size, choose their level of difficulty, etc., it is very inefficient to assign these to the profiles after they have checked out. If we have 100 users signing up, we need to contact each one for this information?

As a workaround, we are using the notes tab hoping the majority of users use it to enter their team name, t-shirt sizes and difficulty level, but this should really be an option for users to complete for all campaigns/events during checkout.

  5. When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.

This could be resolved by enabling scheduled ticket sales reports, where the time can…

  6. 20+ pages of ideas for events should raise a concern that the current campaign solution is quite inadequate.

Several fields for in-person events are not set up with a radio button allowing us to make them required. We cannot make guests' names (first and last) and main entree choices in Requests required. This causes extra work for our two-person organization that the software could prevent with basic modifications.

  8. We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

  9. A. There should be a way to see what information was imputted when they registeded. This would be beneficial so that
    1. If there is an issue with a registration it is easy to see what information was actually submitted and
    2. If they add additional information like phone or address info we did not have before that it could be added to the profile.
    B. When matching registrations to profiles, if the information entered matches a profile with it marked primary, it should trump other profiles not marked primary (aka if matching email, and I have 3 profiles with…

  10. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  12. Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home.…

  13. It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

  14. We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!

Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.

Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

  15. Some donors have committed to attending an event, and we would like the ability to attach event tickets to a promise (with no finance involvement). We cannot use a pledge, as some commitments are paid in various ways and require complex financial processing to adjust and apply payments. Using a promise will enable us to reserve the tickets until payment is applied. This approach will also allow us to present the reserved seats and the remaining balance.

  16. Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

  18. When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

  19. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

There is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns.  Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

  20. We would like the export order to be address name followed by work title then label. For organizations this shows the primary contact, title, then the organization name. For individuals and households, we do have to delete the address name because it is a duplicate of the label. Having address title at the end of the export doesn't make sense (although I greatly appreciate it being added!)
