  1. In SLM on the Applicant Opportunities tab in a UA, it would be helpful if the Request column could be sorted. Right now, it just shows one number of total students in that specific opportunity. If you could sort be students who are drafted or submitted, that would be a really helpful feature. This could help scholarship providers market those opportunities with lower numbers much easier than having to pull a report each time.

  2. It would be helpful to add the option to put an application and/or an organization on hold. We often run into a problem where the applicant has submitted documents without signatures, or they did not submit follow-up forms from a previous grant. If this information isn't shared with managers payments can accidentally be processed or applications can be pushed through by the manager because they were unaware of the process hold done by the finance team. To add a feature that locks everything and shows a red alert of why the process can't proceed would be great.

  3. The vast majority of the Metrics Dashboard data is related to decisions and payments/disbursements. Our organization does not facilitate payment through SLM/CSuite, so these charts/datasets are blank/not useful to us at all.

    Given the mission of our organization, it would be great to be able to customize this dashboard to reflect the data in real-time that is most important to our organization (largely applicant data, so for example, race/ethnicity data, geographic location, number of applicants per program, etc).

  4. Every download has the same name. It is confusing when you're downloading many different applications/evals/etc for internal archiving. The downloaded file needs the process name and the applicant name and year when I download. I just end up with ApplicationPacket (1), ApplicationPacket (2), etc., I have to rename every single file one by one so I don't lose track of which is which.

  5. Hello! I'm trying to compile a history on a scholarship recipient's requests and awards, and found that this User Summary/Request History is not exportable. I would like to be able to export this data to an excel file to be able to tabulate and manipulate the data. Thanks!

  6. Suggestion: When working on updating email templates, it would be very helpful to have an arrow button for “Next” and “Back” to easily navigate the email templates.
    Current Process: Now, the process requires that you go back to the email template section, pick the next template from the list, wait for it to open, make changes, save, go back to the email template listings page and then repeat that for every template. I noticed that you already have an arrow that forwards you to the next form in other stages within the dashboard, but not in the email templates section.…

I would like an established set of questions (or ability to establish a system set for our org) within the SLM to choose from when building applications so that they can more easily become shared questions (meaning that information can prepopulate in other forms once established on a foundational form like a scholarship application). Particularly, a student's institution name and student ID is needed for us on multiple forms - I need a cleaner way for that to populate across the board (especially when coming into a position and working through different word choices on questions from one year to…

  8. It would be helpful when an applicant submits a follow-up form that the automatic email that is sent to the admins has the actual person who submitted the follow-up form. Instead of "A new (blank) has been submitted for (grantee phase)".

  10. The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical or select the application button at the top creating a PDF popup.

    Please make all the text show so that the evaluators can just have a side by side comparison and not have to open up multiple documents.

  11. I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

  12. On the Dashboard there's the Amount Awarded graph that posts the last 10 years. Our organization would love the Payments graph to show the same (last 10 years vs. last 12 months). Or, we'd like the ability to change the Payments graph by year. Also, it would be so helpful if you could drill down on the graphs to see what grants make up those amounts/payments.

  15. We would really love the option to turn off applicant's ability to edit their own contact information. We have had problems with applicants changing names and email addresses during staff changes, and it creates huge problems with our record-keeping and historical data.

  17. Allow information from the organization and user details to auto-fill answers to questions in any form. For example, on the application form if the question is organization submitting an application that information would auto-populate based on the organization the user is linked to. Another example, would be if there is a question on the applicant form that asks who is completing the application, that information based on the user information of the person logged in.

When a Follow Up is submitted by a grantee, we would love for that Follow Up to show in the dashboard of the Program Officer who worked with that organization during the application stage so they can easily tell they have a report to review and approve. We have the Program Officer assigned at the LOI/Application/Evaluation stage, but then we aren't able to maintain that assignment through Follow Ups.

    Currently, I, as the administrator, get an email when a follow up has been submitted, and then because there's no way to bring in the assigned Program Officer on the email…

  19. The request history table in the print packet is so helpful. Board members and evaluators really like to have a quick snapshot of this information.

    It would be great if we could
    1) pull this table into application or evaluation form as an internal field or
    2) create a field with the option to make request history pop out as an external window
    or any solution that offers a simple way to have eyes on request history to those folks who spend little time in the database and don't feel comfortable with extra clicks

  20. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies.
