  1. Within the Universal application, we need two different automatic emails for submission verifications. One for the Universal submission, and one for the opportunity submissions within the Universal. One generic submission verification is confusing to applicants

  2. Hello! I'm trying to compile a history on a scholarship recipient's requests and awards, and found that this User Summary/Request History is not exportable. I would like to be able to export this data to an excel file to be able to tabulate and manipulate the data. Thanks!

  3. Suggestion: When working on updating email templates, it would be very helpful to have an arrow button for “Next” and “Back” to easily navigate the email templates.
    Current Process: Now, the process requires that you go back to the email template section, pick the next template from the list, wait for it to open, make changes, save, go back to the email template listings page and then repeat that for every template. I noticed that you already have an arrow that forwards you to the next form in other stages within the dashboard, but not in the email templates section.…

  5. Ok, we all know red means alert. I have so many applicants who get confused about not being able to submit an LOI, Application, or Follow-up due to being over the character limit. There is no visual cue to direct them. Can that please be changed and save me the time of having to figure out what the problem is, having to increase the character count or explain it one more time?

  6. Our grantmaking organization has one large fundraiser each year for 20+ nonprofits. We often have donors who send one check that is distributed across several different nonprofits' funds. When a donor gives one check for one nonprofit, we are able to create a tax receipt using custom fields to share where the gift is routed to. In other words, the tax receipt includes the nonprofit fund, the nonprofit beneficiary, the gift amount, etc.

    However, if a check is distributed across multiple nonprofits and funds, this method does not work. We have not found a way to create a tax receipt…

  8. The number of documents shows up at the request level but not at the organization level. Seeing the number icon on the Documents tab would be helpful because it would indicate that information has been uploaded. I believe the number of comments shows up at the organization level, so would the number of documents be able to be added?

Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved. This has been a very big issue for us during our current grant process and I'd like to…

  12. It would be very helpful to add an additional one or two column filters to the process, applicant, project name and eval 1 & 2 headings. I have Graduating High School and Applicant ID currently set. I would like to add Student Status and graduating year so I can see at a glance what I need for the applicant. I have to go into the application to get the info I need which can be time consuming.

  13. Admins should have the feature to receive an automatic email when a grantee misses their follow-up deadline. This would help admins with follow-ups assigned at different times to keep track of grantees who don't turn in their reports on time.

  14. The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical or select the application button at the top creating a PDF popup.

    Please make all the text show so that the evaluators can just have a side by side comparison and not have to open up multiple documents.

  15. I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

  16. On the Dashboard there's the Amount Awarded graph that posts the last 10 years. Our organization would love the Payments graph to show the same (last 10 years vs. last 12 months). Or, we'd like the ability to change the Payments graph by year. Also, it would be so helpful if you could drill down on the graphs to see what grants make up those amounts/payments.

  18. We would like to remove or deactivate the "See Opportunities" button on the left-hand To Do panel. All of our applicants can get to the apply page by clicking "Apply", and having more than one pathway creates confusion.

  20. We would love the option to turn on 2-factor authentication. Applicants often share credentials to work on application and follow-up forms, and 2FA would help eliminate confusion on their end, as well as greatly reduce the risk of fraudulent activity.
