Add capability to include screenshots/images within Notes. This allows you to fully capture what may be needed for reference in the future when accessing a given application.

Return to Dashboard from Reports & Data Sets Pages
Can there be a button added to the Reports & Data Sets pages that allows us to return to the dashboard rather than relying on the separate home page window to stay open? Or add the banner with our company logo, Search button, Tools button, etc. at the top of Reports & Data Sets pages? Thanks!

Create a "file upload" option for table cells
We use the table feature for applicants to enter their budgets, which we often require quotes for. Right now we have to make a separate question for applicants to upload their quotes which can make it complicated in the grant review and approval process -- trying to figure out which quote goes with which line item. Creating a "file upload" option for table cells (right now options are text, integer, decimal, currency, date, and drop down list) would make this easier for administrators, reviewers, and applicants!

Salutation Field on GLM User Profile
It would be really helpful to include a salutation field in the user profile form in GLM that can also be an available merge field in the email templates. It's not always appropriate to address applicants by their first name or prefix and last name. Having that flexibility would be really useful.

Allow grant applicants to view evaluations in the portal
Allow grant applicants to view evaluations within the portal. This will be a great learning tool for them, and remove the step of having the admin or grant manager download the evaluations and email them by request.

default answers (multiple choice)
It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.
This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

Batch Download Email History
For organizations subject to Right to Know laws, being able to batch export a request's or a contact's email history would be hugely helpful. As it is, you cannot print out emails, you have to copy them into a separate document.

Filter Organizations (Active vs Archived)
Suggestion: Having a preexisting field(s) that allows the user to filter active from archived organization in reports without the need for filtering out specific organizations using the "organization name" field.

Organize the follow ups
Please provide a way to remove completed electronic signature agreements and completed interim reports from the "follow ups complete" list without having to close the grant. either separate tabs for each or a way to remove them altogether.

Budget Categories
It would be helpful if Foundant allowed budgets to be broken into user-defined categories. For instance, I would need categories such as Salaries & Benefits, Project Equipment, Project Supplies, etc. This would make it easier for grantors to view and track the budget. Otherwise, I have to manage these categories in Excel (or other software), which defeats part of the purpose of using Foundant.

It looks like it may have been updated recently, but can it be added to the grant manager settings to allow them to see other requests in the organization profile? It used to be that the grant manager role could see other requests even if they couldn't click into them, that gave them a good idea of an organization's grant history with us, but without that available to view now, it's difficult for our team to collaborate and connect over shared grantees.

Would it be possible to allow administrators/grant staff to download application answers without the attachments included? We are sometimes sharing applications with leadership, but having to edit the PDFs to remove attachments like due diligence and audit information is tedious. If we could choose to download the application packet with or without the attachments would be so helpful.

Please add an export to an Excel sheet option to the Requests page. I cannot copy the requests, and I cannot export the information for my board members who wish to have the history of requests and decisions on the board agenda.

Primary Contact default for unassigned requests
For requests being sent from C-Suite to GLM, please can the follow-ups default to the organization's primary contact. Currently, it seems to assign them alphabetically, which is not helpful. For unassigned requests, the follow-ups should ideally always default to the primary contact in GLM.

Managing different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs
I would like the ability to manage different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs in the same browser without being logged off automatically. For example, earlier today I was almost done creating an new email template in SLM. I attempted to open up a new tab to assist an applicant and the system automatically logged me out of the other SLM tab. I lost everything that I was working on and this isn't the first time that this has happened. Thank you!

Allow Custom Fields in Search Criteria,
Allow for the use of Customized Fields in search criteria for organizations and users, not all current fields are useful. An example of this is TAX ID - This is not a useful search field

Evaluator progress
We need a progress report, accessible from the Dashboard, that shows the progress of each evaluator by # of evaluations and what status they are in: No login, Pending, Draft, Complete. A quick color coded bar: White, Red, Orange, Green would be all that's needed and make it easy to identify who needs to complete evaluations as deadlines draw near. This could also be accomplished by buckets of status, with evaluator names located within each bucket OR a Percentage Complete after each Evaluator name. And of the above three would help in identifying evaluators that need a nudge.

Email Address Copying Issues
I am having a very hard time working through the system and gathering email addresses to communicate. Since the new display was updated now your email addresses don’t show fully in the dashboard. In the past I was about to highlight and copy the email address, but now if they are too long, which most are, I cannot. This is a recommendation to display the email addresses where you can see the entire thing:

Add encryption for collecting ACH and other sensitive data
This is a placeholder for clients who: (1) want an easier and more secure way of collecting ACH data, other banking details, or other very sensitive data; and (2) Do not expect to process payments through CSuite.
