Universal Application Column Filters
It would be very helpful to add an additional one or two column filters to the process, applicant, project name and eval 1 & 2 headings. I have Graduating High School and Applicant ID currently set. I would like to add Student Status and graduating year so I can see at a glance what I need for the applicant. I have to go into the application to get the info I need which can be time consuming.

text boxes cut off
One of our evaluators brought to my attention that when she is completing evaluations – that the response to questions set up as text boxes are being cut off and it does not give her the ability to scroll. This seems to create a less than optimal experience for her and others. I realize to avoid this – I could create all questions as Text Area questions, but would prefer not to have to do this.

We are liking the new Org Summary page and are wondering if any modifications are allowed? For example, for each request if the follow up has been submitted or closed, can it state that instead of them all saying follow up assigned? It is not helpful to have that if it isn't totally accurate info. I noticed that even if all the reports are closed, it still says follow up assigned and that is frustrating.

Evaluations: Availability of "White Board" common space for evaluators
Our grant committee has multiple times requested the ability for evaluators to have a "white board" type space in the evaluation process that they each can communicate with each other and ask raise questions about the grantee being reviewed so that all evaluators viewing that grantee could see what questions/clarifications are needed for that particular grantee. Right now, they communicate through me as the program manager and cannot communicate with each other through the software.

Adding the application Number as a Tab
It would be nice to view the application numbers for each grant. I often times have to go into the applications during any part of the process even after closing the application. It would be nice to see the application number so I could avoid clicking into several of the same grant name to find the correct application. Please do not remove the other tabs just add this option or allow it to be editable.

applicant dashboard
On the applicant dashboard, it would be helpful in Historical to show by default (without needing to expand) the status of the request. From the applicant's perspective, it's key to know if a request was denied, approved and completed, or abandoned. It's nice to see immediately what was successful and what was not. The arrow to expand next to the category heading is not clear.

Committees for Evaluation in GLM
It would be nice to have a Committee option in GLM, like SLM, for evaluators. We utilize the portal for different processes throughout the year including accepting nominations for an awards event we host. It would be helpful to use a committee option when assigning evaluators.

Make it possible to delete or hide sections of the dashboard that are no longer relevant
It is currently impossible to get rid of a section of the dashboard once you have used it in some of your applications. In our case, we used to have an LOI as part of our application process. We got rid of that over 5 years ago, and yet to this day two large boxes on our staff dashboard screen are taken up by a process that hasn't been relevant in close to a decade.

Fund Advisor Portal Reports
After talking to Foundant Support, I think it would be nice for fund advisors to be able to generate reports. Specifically, if fund advisors can pull a report with donor names, addresses, gift amounts, etc., rather than having to click into each donor's profile, would be helpful for the nonprofits and donors we serve.

data field labels
Create a "short name" option for fields that the user defines when designing a form so that data exports do not require manual manipulation of the column headings to create something functional for display purposes rather than having the entire question serve as the label for that column.

Increase Custom Message Visibility
Custom Message/Yellow Card - In the New Dashboard, the yellow card/custom message card in the upper left corner needs to have the visibility adjusted so more of our custom message can be seen, similar to the other cards. Right now, it is cut in half with a large blank space that serves no purpose.

Customize Data in Metrics Dashboard
The vast majority of the default Metrics Dashboard data is related to decisions and payments/disbursements. Our organization does not facilitate payment through SLM/CSuite, so these charts/datasets are blank/not useful to us at all.
It would be great to be able to customize this dashboard to reflect the data in real-time that is most important to our organization (largely applicant data, so for example, race/ethnicity data, geographic location, number of applicants per program, etc).

Add New Custom Fields to ONLY Future Grants without using Versioning or Custom Visibility Conditions
Currently, when we want to add new custom fields to new records without adding them to existing/historical records, we either have to install SmartVersioning or utilize the Created Date in a custom visibility condition on the field.
SmartVersioning is a large investment of time and effort to install and utilize properly, so I often use custom visibility when this type of need is not a large one. However, recently, I learned that each custom visibility condition could impact system performance long-term, so it would be extremely useful to be able to add new fields to only new records without having…

Ability to permanently set date range in my dashboard
Issue: Ability to permanently set date range in my dashboard.
I have come to rely on my dashboard, it is set as my landing page when I login in to C-Suite each day. There is a feature that I am hoping can be improved. When you launch the dashboard, the date range is based on that day's date and provides a year's worth of lookback data.
I use the dashboard for my fiscal year for the most part. It's true, you can adjust the dates. And I do...because you have to do it every time you wish to see a…

Synced/Approved Grant Notification
Implementing an automated email or system notification in CSuite when grants are synced or approved from GLM would greatly reduce the risk of missed payments and improve workflow efficiency.
As Grants Manager, I primarily work in GLM while our CFO manages CSuite. Currently, we rely on long email threads to track requests and approvals, making it easy for information to be overlooked. Approved grants have gone unpaid on time simply because the approvals were buried in email.
An automatic email alert - similar to those sent to administrators when a form is submitted in GLM - or a visible CSuite…

Integrating with MonkeyPod nonprofit financial platform, CRM, fundraising, email marketing
MonkeyPod is a software for Nonprofits, including grant-makers like ArtsNow. It houses our financial platform (taking the place of Quickbooks which does not speak nonprofit), CRM, fundraising, email marketing, etc.
A connection with Foundant would allow a full integration with the financial platform for grant applications that are approved and automate the accounting in the same way they do for other platforms.

Integrate with SMU DataArts
SMU DataArts (https://culturaldata.org/about/) is widely recognized as the standard for data collection and analysis in the arts and culture sector. Many funders—including private foundations, municipal and regional agencies, and state-level public funding entities—already require applicants to complete the Cultural Data Profile (CDP) as part of the grant process.
This creates duplication and added costs. For example, the Ohio Arts Council
uses SMU DataArts through its Artie platform to collect and report statewide impact data. In Cleveland, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture relies on a costly customized SurveyMonkey system (https://apply.surveymonkey.com). In both cases, arts organizations are entering the…1 vote -
Number of Documents for Organization Summary
The number of documents shows up at the request level but not at the organization level. Seeing the number icon on the Documents tab would be helpful because it would indicate that information has been uploaded. I believe the number of comments shows up at the organization level, so would the number of documents be able to be added?
