Funds without tasks associated to them should be reportable
In reports and Data Visualization, you are able to create a report that shows all the opts and tasks associated with a Fund. We would like to be able to run a report or DV to show all funds that do not have tasks in a given date range so that we know who which fund advisors we need to touch base with. Currently, the only way to do this, is to run a report for all funds, and run a second report that shows funds with tasks, export both lists, and then do a vlookup in excel against the…

bulk open opportunities
It would be really helpful to be able to bulk open opportunities. Currently we can bulk close them, but not the reverse.

Add "Assign To" option for opportunity tasks
Add the same feature of "Assign To" that is available in Tasks to Opportunity Tasks, so that multiple opportunities will pull in a report under one opportunity task entry. As opposed to "Share with" because this doesn't actually show up in the opportunity task report.
Ex: 5 staff go to an event. Allow one user to create one opportunity task and assign to each of the 5 staff members that went to the event. When the opportunity task report is pulled for that quarter, it will show one entry with 5 opportunities completed and accounted for within that one entry.

Opportunity Assignment
When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

Opportunity Tasks
There seems to be an inconsistency in how we can populate Tasks. If you create a task when you create an opportunity, you get far fewer fields than if you add a task separately.
The available fields from Create Opportunity specific to Tasks are: Task Type, Description, and Due/Reminder Date. The available fields from the left-side menu of the opportunity "Add Opp Task" is Assign to, Send Calendar Invite, Task Type, Description, Due/Reminder Date, and Recurring interval.
I would like this to be consistent across the areas where tasks can be added.

Opportunity Beneficiary Profile
Beneficiary and Additional Beneficiaries can be added, but they seem to be underneath the incorrect section. These fields are included under the "add opportunity tasks" rather than the actual opportunity itself. This gives the false impression that this field will be visible on Tasks, when in reality it won't.

Opportunity Stage Adjustment
Currently, when attempting to sort the stages within an opportunity, you need to use the numeric sorting method -- I believe a drag & drop option could be more impactful and user-friendly. This style of sorting is seen throughout the Csuite and would benefit opportunities.

There should be a way to bulk update amounts and target dates on opportunities, either through an import or a bulk actions.

List both Individual and Household opportunities under Household profile
It would be great to access both Individual and Household opportunities under the Household's profile. I am imagining something similar to how you can view all the donations under the household whether it be the individual or household.

When running an opportunities report or viewing opportunities, it would be beneficial to be able to filter the opportunities by stage. Viewing and reporting by stage can facilitate progress updates and help identify categories/levels of donor engagement when used for moves management.

Link grant to opportunity
We would like to link grants to opportunities. We have some clients where we are managing a few multi-year grant commitments. These are not through GLM but through a separate agreement. We'd like to use opportunity tasks to collaborate on these, list the beneficiary profiles, and link the actual grant records. This would allow us the flexibility to utilize opportunities to track the work done for these relationships as these donors trust us to steward these specific grants that would not work as a recurring grant series because there is added complexity.

Add Option to Copy Opportunities
Add option to copy an Opportunity so the stages are retained in the new Opportunity and can be updated from there.

Link multiple opportunities to a donation
Although we now have the ability to link multiple beneficiaries to one opportunity, this wasn't the case in the past. It would be great to have the option to link a donation to multiple opportunities since some of our bequests gifts benefit multiple organizations and separate opportunities have already been created for these gifts.

Secondary Assignee Notification/Tracking
While it’s great that we can now add a secondary assignee to an opportunity, it doesn’t add much value if the secondary assignee isn’t notified or made aware of their designation. At the very least, it would be helpful if they received an alert letting them know they’ve been added, but ideally those opportunities would also appear on their “My Open” page so they can easily keep track of them.

The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

"Profile Linked Name" in Opportunities - can it just be a profile name field for reporting?
Hi - really like the ability to link multiple profiles and the advisor to an opportunity. However, in reporting, the profile name that pulls into the report is the one that shows the main name, plus any name linked to that name (Profile Linked Name). This includes if the opportunity was for an organization. Ideally, I would like to choose the profile field for one name only, and the profiles I would like to associate with the opportunity, and not have all linked profiles appear. Thank you!

colour code the Opportunities tables for advisors and connected
Really like the change to how the advisor and connected opportunities show. Coud the difference between these types and the normal connections be colour coded, in addition to the word, or something else format it so that the difference is easily seen at a glance?
