Provide an "Add Steward" button to the left of a Profile
It would save time to have an "Add Steward" button on the screen to the left of a Profile. This would be faster than editing the profile.

In order to reduce the number of options in the left side menu, it was decided to keep the option to add a steward to a profile in the edit view.
