Allow up to 3 decimal places on public security quantity field

Please update the public security quantity field to allow for 3 decimal places. We receive donations broken out to the thousandth place and cannot enter them correctly.

    Yes, we need this ability as well for accurate gift amounts. @SallyWeldon, we ended up putting it in as 1 share at the total value and made notes.

    Any idea what other foundations are using as a work around in the meantime?
