Better aging reports for AP

It would be helpful if we had more robust options for the aging report in AP. When you do the historical AP, you lose the dates (although they're listed for the grants payable). I'd love to see those dates.

Enhancements to Payables were released on 11/2.  Here is the release note:


Accounts Payable: Updated the Accounts Payable list to include an aging schedule for Accounts, Grants and Scholarships Payable based on the date of the Voucher, Grant or Scholarship. Enhanced the Historical AP left menu option which populates a report that will “age” the payable by year based on the payment line detail for the grant or scholarship record. This report is commonly requested at year end as audit prep begins. The Grant or Scholarship ID has been added along with the award date. Columns have been added that reflect the payment line detail by year.

    This is needed for AR as well. A historical AP or AR aging is a common report and often requested by auditors. Its usually a default report in any accounting software.

    A raw export would also be much appreciated. The regular export is practically useless with thousands of lines of data! Thanks!

    Right now Foundant can only produce an AP Aging Chart for the current date, like today. However, this is a pretty common report requested by Auditors for a specific date, usually at the end of an accounting period, not the current date.

    the report is missing scheduled payment - a key field for multi-year grants and scholarhips

    This is our first year working on audit in C Suite. The Historical AP report gives a nice aging report for AP and Grants Payable, except the AP is missing voucher date field. It would be great if the AP voucher had the same fields as the Gants payable report. Thank you.

    I would like to see a report to show the payment dates on a grant or scholarship to figure out short and long term payables.
