Gift internal Notifications: Automatic notification of interfund donation to recipient fund advisor
We process a great number of interfund grant/donations and really need for CSuite to generate an automatic notification to the recipient fund advisor informing them that their fund has received a donation from another fund at our foundation. Is there any way you can do this for us?

Funds: Added the Grant Advisor field to Grant Beneficiary table on fund. This will allow users to select from a list of fund advisors for the fund to complete the grant advisor field on spendable grants upon creation. This field will be a limited list of fund advisors on the fund.
Grants: Updated spendable grants to allow for the grant advisors to be populated from the fund record in the Fund Beneficiary table. When creating spendable grants, the field will populate on the table for users to review before processing the grants. Users will be able to remove and then edit the grant advisor from the grant new bucket.
Fund Advisors: Updated internal grants to send donation notifications to the fund advisor, if the Donation Notify checkbox is enabled for the fund advisor. Prior to this release internal donation did not send notifications to the fund advisors. This notification will populate from Donation Content donation_notify_email_body.

Is this idea still being considered? It is still vital and looks like it was under consideration in 2022, but no further action has been taken. At this point, we have to manually email the fund advisor to let them know of the donation. Thank you for considering!

Hi, is this still being considered? A notification for donations and grants that are interfund transfers would be very helpful for us as well. Thank you!

We have had some of our fund advisors contacted us because they did not receive a donation notification when an internal grant was deposited into their fund. The fund advisors are marked to be notified when a donation is deposited into their fund.
We have also tried to create an internal grant letter to send out to the agency that is receiving the internal grant, but the system does not allow it.
It would be great to have fund advisors be notified when internal grants are deposited.

Fund advisors have requested to receive email notification when their fund receives an internal grant like they do with other contributions.
