Donor/Fund Advisor Portal: Grantee Search
It would be super nice if our Donor Portal fund advisors had the same, great search experience that we do in Community Suite. As it is now, they have to type the grantee name exactly for it to come up in the list. For example we'd like them to be able to type "Cancer" and all the grantees with that name appear for them to choose their favorite. Thanks for the consideration!

Holly - I believe the request is for the donor to see the options before they click on the search button.
We would also like to see the street address in the search results so that the donor can be sure they are selecting the correct location when there are multiple locations for the same grantee.

The part of the search experience in CSuite that we would really like to see for the Donor/Fund Advisor Portal is that it would show the options of grantees from our records as they are typing. This is helpful to guide their typing and avoid them putting in too many words or putting them in the wrong order that results in no matches. For example if someone starts typing "Cancer" it would show "Cancer Wellness Center" in the suggestions, among others. If they see that it might prevent someone from typing "Cancer Center" and getting no results matching their search.

This would be so helpful to weed out duplicate grantee records.

We would also like to see the street address included in the search results. This is particularly helpful when organizations have multiple locations or have very similar names and work in the same city.
