Profile Merge should include all fields
Coming from Raisers Edge where we had comprehensive options to include / exclude what was merged from the source profile to the target profile, we are finding some gaps for what is included with a profile merge in CSuite. We are finding data that does not come over to the target profile from the source profile which requires additional manual entries to restore all information back to the merged profile.
Below are the fields that are not being considered in the profile merge based on testing in our Sandbox as of this date (5/23/2023).

I agree!! Our biggest conversion issue was our use of attributes with descriptions and comments. There is nowhere for this extra data except notes, which is only filtered in one field.

I would love to see Stripe ID added to profile merge fields as well.

I had 2 households that I was merging together. The old profile had a Steward and Engagement Strategy on the profile. The newer profile did not. When I merged the older profile into the newer profile, the Steward and Engagement Strategy was lost.
I believe this is a bug and should be fixed. We should never lose any information from the old profile unless it was intentionally selected in the fields to keep when merging. The Steward and Engagement Strategy fields are not listed when merging profiles so there is no way to choose to keep the info.
