notes on donor portal
Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

This would save us so much time as we export notes and send them to fund holders each month.
One enhancement we would like to also have you consider... Is there any chance you could allow us to filter the type of notes that appear on the portal?
For example, our staff add notes to the donation that have to do with internal processing and we would prefer are not seen by the fund advisor.

I support this idea given that recently I requested this information for a donor and it took quite a bit of time to prepare the report especially given the large number of donations.

Agreed we made note of this for future fund portal improvements and think this will both save on staff time and be of benefit to fund holders. If donors can't find the information they need in the portal then it becomes useless, and easily finding the information is key.
