New Portal: Please change the layout of the landing page for the new Portal
Having the contact information of the person logging in as the first thing that that they see when they log into the Portal is unusual and unhelpful. When you log into any other website, like your bank or investments accounts or even social media, you don’t see your profile information first; you see the account or information you are there to access. Our Donors, Fundholders, Grantees etc are not logging in to see their profile information – they’re logging in to see their Fund or to make a Donation etc. Those links are small and off to the side.
Please make the links to Donations, Funds or whatever other portal section the person has access to larger, more visible and the primary thing that is shown on the page upon log in, not the individual’s contact information.
