Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

Add an edit feature to the distribution calculation
Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation. Checkbox on grants - do not affect / apply to spendable
It would be helpful to have a checkbox on grants to control whether the grant affects the spendable balance or not. Of course, the default behavior should be for the grant to decrease the spendable balance of the fund. Occasionally, we have grants that should not affect the spendable balance of the fund, and currently, we need to perform a manual adjustment for these grants. Sponsored org
Can we add sponsored org to the profile of a organization. This would be helpful so if we create a check for an org, that sponsor automatically goes on the check and gets paid. This will also help with record keeping when we pay grantees.

Primary email for grant letters
It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

GLM Grant Status in CSuite
It would be nice if the GLM status showed in CSuite the same way the CSuite status shows in GLM. This would keep from bouncing back and forth between applications.

Allow option to update/not update synced profile fields between GLM and CSuite
Currently, when a profile is linked from GLM to CSuite, existing CSuite data is overwritten with GLM data if it differs. Since CSuite is our database of record, and since applicants often misspell, type all caps, put their home addresses instead of org address, use abbreviations, etc., we often find that bad data has replaced the good in CSuite. memo line on grant checks
Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

Grant Notifications: Ability to customize email/subject line
Make the grant notification email something we can edit, or at least edit the subject line. Some of our donors get confused by the "Request Confirmation" subject line and feel like they have to respond to the email. Something like "Grant Requests Received" would be more helpful.

grant catalogue dates
We would like to have the start and ends dates for grant catalogue requests to be tied to the individual requests in our grants catalogue rather than tied to the entire catalogue. We recently had a request that needs to be removed from the catalogue prior to it's full funding due to a change in the entity that owns the project asking for funds. Add Changes Made on "Edit Pay Schedule" to the Grant Log
CSuite is not logging anything that happens on the “Edit Pay Schedule” page (….\grant\schedule?grant_id=xxxx) for a Grant record.
Is there any way that you can capture changes to the payment lines on a grant that are made on the "Edit Payment Schedule" page and record them in the log file for the grant?
Not sure how reasonable this request is, but right because changes are not captured, the log does not always line up with what is on the grant record for payment details.

Charity Check Data should be updated daily
The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.
2 votesAt this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

Copied grants - please make default grant & payment date the new grant date
Hello - it would be wonderful if a copied grant would automatically change the Grant Date and the Payment Date to the new date. Otherwise the copy function is really only partially helpful. Thank you!

Bulk delete grants...please!
We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

Add Tribute option for Grant Requests
This idea has been posted before, with many votes. I'm adding it again. In the new fund advisor portal, please add the option to add a tribute to grant requests. Donors want this option and a donation note is easily missed.

Grant Catalog Request Page - need character limits
Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

Fund Advisors Field for Grants
When you set up fund advisors for the portal, they are usually linked to the individual advisor's profile, not the household. This makes setting the household as the advisor when entering grants difficult because it populates the profiles with portal access. We then have to manually update this on the next page to the household profile, and this sometimes causes confusion if the individual profile is selected.

2 votesThere is the following fund setting that populates a drop down box when a Fund Advisor requests a grant. This is would require the household to be an advisor - you do not need to give them fund access:
- Allow Additional Advisors - Allows fund advisors to make grant requests on behalf of other advisors.
- This does not need to be selected to have more than one fund advisor setup on a fund.
