Hi Everyone!
Thank you for the initial feedback.
With our August Monthly Release, we just made this viewable in your live environment. Based on your sandbox feedbac,k we have made a couple of updates:
-Sort order of cards: primary contact in top right and then alpha A-Z, comments, and documents showing newest to oldest left to right.
-Table vs Card view on contacts, documents, and comments, you can change the view to either card or table view.
Foundation Status:
There is a full charity check to view all information. We are continuing to update this view and will highlight the organization more prominently in the coming releases.

I don't know how to upvote Danny Freund's comment about Charity Check, but it needs to be recognized. This has come back to ******* a few times because the private foundation warning does not pop up until CSuite.

First blush, I am loving the new look. Did I not dig deep enough or did the Candid public profile got away?
Will any of the "cards" be customizable? Maybe a custom field be added to the summary.

Hey All,
Would you need multiple levels of folders or would one level be enough?

One level would be amazing and so helpful. Multiple levels would allow me to customize more for each of our counties.

This would be a great addition. We also have instructions, internal fields, and demographic information that we don't need to print. It is time consuming to open the pdf and delete pages before printing.

I would like to see the "ASSIGNED TO YOU" label and column much larger and/or with a different color. The left-side menu is smaller and your eyes are drawn to the larger cards and colors.

This is very important for our foundation. Not everyone has access to both CSuite and GLM. If the grant team runs the charity check that passes in GLM, they will continue to process the request. Once it gets to the finance team and it does not pass, it makes for an awkward conversation between departments and with an applicant. It should be the same level of review in both systems to prevent extra work for a grant that cannot be paid out.Vonda Carr

Is it possible to have the Overdue Follow Ups drill down to which follow ups are overdue without going to the entire request list? Some grantees have multiple grants and multiple follow ups and can end way down the list.
