It would be nice to be able to list more than one email address as "Pay" on profiles. Often times larger organization's need to have multiple people notified of grant payment details - someone in the Finance office, the CEO, and the person who is managing the grant. Further, organization's regularly request that we notify multiple people and its frustrating that we have to either tell them we can't do it or find work arounds on their email filters or shared email accounts to make this happen.
Finally, we regularly run into problems with organization's receiving funding but not sharing the information with each other due to only one person receiving the funds. That's a shortcoming on the grantee that could easily be fixed by having the ability to notify multiple individuals.

I will add to this point: "But with this update we would have to click a link to another page and search for that field through that list to see the tip instead." that people generally won't want to do that as it is more effort than hovering over the quick guide.
