When an applicant signs into their dashboard, is it possible to have the access code box appear right away rather than having to click "Apply" at the top of the page first? Our Open process LOI appears on that first page and applicants with an access code are getting confused when they don't see an access code box and they complete an LOI even if they have been given an access code for a particular application.

Evaluator progress
We need a progress report, accessible from the Dashboard, that shows the progress of each evaluator by # of evaluations and what status they are in: No login, Pending, Draft, Complete. A quick color coded bar: White, Red, Orange, Green would be all that's needed and make it easy to identify who needs to complete evaluations as deadlines draw near. This could also be accomplished by buckets of status, with evaluator names located within each bucket OR a Percentage Complete after each Evaluator name. And of the above three would help in identifying evaluators that need a nudge.

Can we have the ability to reorder archived processes in GLM?
I know others have asked for this, I think it would be really helpful for any foundation or funder that has multiple processes per year. Right now, our program officers are seeing an increasingly longer list of randomly-ordered processes to choose from when they're filtering. Our Archived list count is currently 38, and we've only been using GLM since 2024! Even just defaulting to an alphabetic order, as opposed to "the order in which processes are created" or whatever it is currently, would be helpful.

"Internal Description" in Campaign should be specific to campaign
Currently "Internal Description" in a marketing campaign pulls existing data from the internal description on the Fund that is connected to the campaign. It would be helpful if "Internal Description" was its own field connected to the campaign itself and could be used in reports. This would enable another source of data for campaigns. Or it would be helpful to be able to have a custom field for campaigns.

Add Apple file formats to document viewer
We're getting an increasing number of applicants submitting their attachments in Apple file formats (primarily Numbers and Pages) and currently have to either download, convert and reupload them as compatible files or have applicants send in new documents via email in order to make the attachments viewable in GLM for our review team. Is there way to get the document viewer to work with Apple formats?

follow-up status
On the applicant dashboard, the status next to the scholarship requests should include 'assigned' or 'completed' for follow-ups. Currently, it shows assigned for the follow- ups but unless the applicant goes one step further and actually opens the application, they can't quickly tell if they have something due or if it has been completed.

branching question in follow up form
Allowing branching questions within a follow up form will improve the grantee experience by only answering the most relevant questions based on the responses.

fraud detection
We had several fake applications submitted in our last grant process. Mostly we suspect real people using AI to help them build "believable" documentation for the evidence request, such as fake Schedule F or P&L statements as well as fake vendor receipts for reimbursable activities. We'd love to have some sort of detection tool for spotting those as we had several red flags across the fake apps that were shared. See attachment for details.

Add Request ID to search criteria
We print the Request ID in most of our reports. It would be very handy to be able to search for a request using this unique identifier.

Bulk Download
We would like the ability to bulk download print packets after they have been moved forward. As it stands now, there is no alternative workflow for batch downloading the print packets once the evaluations have been completed.

Collaborator and Upload Questions
It would be nice to give applicants the option to share or not share file upload questions to collaborators. For instance, if the applicant is uploading sensitive documents, ie. pay rates, a collaborator may not need to see uploaded document information.

Collaborator added Functionality
With the collaborator feature, it would be nice to be able to have the option to have a check box to share admin comments to the collaborators if needed. Now that collaborators can assist applicants, admin comments are only visible to applicants.

Create & Attach Merge Docs in Batch
Merge multiple docs to applications: It would be helpful to be able to choose multiple requests and have the option to create a merge doc and save to the request for each one, all at once. This would give the option to create merge docs and save to requests in batches.

ways to see reference information vs using application
We need a more efficient way to track which references students have requested, including contact information and submission status, without having to open each individual application. This is especially important for third or fourth references, which are only required for certain scholarship opportunities or unique situations.
Additionally, there should be a way to automatically notify a reference if a student changes their selection, so the original reference knows they are no longer required to submit. Currently, a significant amount of time is spent responding to emails and manually confirming when reference requests have been withdrawn.

Right now, when our grantees apply for renewing grants, they see a pop-up box that tells them have already applied. Eventually there is another button to "apply again" but overall it's a very confusing process and we are spending a lot of time walking applicant through it. Is there a way to streamline this or make it easier? Feels like the older system worked better.

batch draft approvals and conditional approval status option
For our processes it would be helpful to have the option for a "conditionally approved" status that lies between regular "draft approved" and "approved". Also being able to make batch actions on any of these three levels of approval is also ideal.

default answers (multiple choice)
It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.
This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…
