  2. Would be great to be able to link to a user's profile from the committee list as well as email a committe from the committee list page. I see that you can email evaluators when your on an eval summary page that I saw somehow as I clicked about, but would be great to to from the committee list. I would imagine I'm not the only one who would need to do this outside of the assigning module phase. If I'm missing something, please educate me.

  4. I saw the idea to alphabetize the eligibility criteria by opportunity. I would like is sorted alphabetically regardless of opportunity. When we add a new opportunity, it often has criteria we have already defined but I don't remember for which opportunity. Plus, when you add a new criteria you have no idea where it ends up in the list of criteria. So even finding the newest one again is a scroll-a-thon.

  5. Provide the option to either sync with google analytics and/or add google tags to both SLM/GLM and CSuite pages. We need to be able to track how people are accessing these sites in the same way we track how people access and use our websites.

  7. It's also about user roles and auto emails attached to F/U forms...

    We really need an additional user role for our regional directors. Our program managers (in the Grant Manager role) do 99% of the lift in GLM, but every so often we need to be able to bump a form up to a director. But our directors are also in the GM role, so everyone gets the same email. Our current work around is to assign the form to the director, but that doesn't always catch their attention.

    Also, making the payment forms approvable would be great. That way…

  8. I always found the required step of clicking the "thumbs up" in GLM, after sending an award to Csuite odd and redundant. Now that thumbs up has become a toggle button, but there's no identification on it unless you hover over it...making it hard to notice. Ideally I'd recommend that step not be required. If needed, at least make it a larger button that says "Approve Installment for Csuite"

  9. I'd like to be able to search in reports for applications that took advantage of Collaborator options. We ask for "additional applicant" contact details in our request. I learned we have two requests in this cycle that did not add any details, confident the "collaborator" information was automatically included. I realize we can add signage in our application for better clarity in a future process. It would be helpful to have collaborator field options under the request or applicant tabs.

  11. There are a lot of staffing changes for organizations. Is there a way to allow the primary contact for an organization to see all request history for that organization regardless of who submitted the application? We get this question a lot when Directors / org leaders change. Right now, I just have to modify the user account for the old employee with the new employee contact info, but then we lose the history.

  12. Alternate Ways for Applicants to Response to Application Questions. I recently was made aware of Typeform, which offers multiple ways for applicants to respond to a question (e.g. verbally or via video) within the body of an application.   14. Currently, any user with Board Member level access can see ALL closed evaluations and it causes confusion. It would be helpful if that tab showed ONLY the closed evaluations to which a user is or was assigned.

  15. On the cover sheet of the printed "Follow Up Packet," it would be nice if the system were to display the contact information of the person to whom the Follow Up was assigned and not have it default to the applicant's contact information.

  16. We have five forms in our followup stage. We average about 200 applicants every year. When an applicant reaches the Follow Ups stage they are automatically assigned the five forms. This could potentially show as 1000 "Assigned/Draft" as a workload.

    We see the organization five times on the list, once for each form, but cannot tell if they have started the form or not.

    We would like to see the tab split into "Assigned" and "Draft" workload tabs. This would be very helpful to quickly see who has started what forms forms and who has not.

  17. We have evaluators that email our applicants outside of Foundant and then copy and paste it into their evaluation. It would be useful if we had the ability to be able to choose if we would like the staff evaluator to have the ability to email through Foundant.

Since the contact information was moved to a tab, when you click into the request you are defaulted to the "request" tab, and have to click to the "contact" tab in order to get back to the organization summary (or tell what organization you are looking at). I am generally back and forth to different things and it is frustrating to not be able to look at the request summary screen and a) know what organization I am looking at a request for without clicking the "contact" tab and b) be able to navigate back to the Organization summary without…

  19. When we copy a process we would like the option of whether or not to attach the follow-ups that are a part of the process. Our grants are 2 to 3 years long and the follow-ups will never be utilized in the same format. Current format creates a lot of extra work to delete all the follow-ups.

  20. When viewing a list of requests, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple requests by choosing the first one and shift+clicking on the last one (like the functionality in apps such as Gmail). This would be especially helpful when performing batch tasks such as closing evaluations on 100+ applications.
