  2. I would love to see the addition of an "opt out" checkbox function when an automatic email is going to be triggered. We use an automatic email that's attached to when a Final Report is assigned. The auto email sends out a grant award notification, but, if we ever need to adjust the Final Report due date, it will resend the grant award email.

  3. There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)

  4. Adding a label for Primary evaluator would also be a helpful benefit. We often assign a primary and secondary reviewer to each evaluation and Foundant currently does not seem to have a way to note this withing the system.

  5. In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.

    I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

    This has been submitted by multiple users over the years. I don't think it would be difficult to implement. PLEASE consider it.

  6. The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…

  7. Recently in SLM, we've had multiple 3rd party persons reach out to us to have the Request Link email resent to them so they can complete a student's letter of recommendation. To keep track of and know that they were sent, opened, etc., would it be possible to include those emails sent from the administrator's side of the platform in the searchable Email History module in the Communications section? We had a few that we resent tell us that they didn't even receive the ones from the admin. We also told them to look for the administrator@grantinterface.com sender address. Something…

  8. We use a scholarship scoring rubric that uses weighted scales for Income & GPA. In order to alleviate the workload for our evaluators, we don't ask them to score income or GPA since it is a fixed score based on the scale.

    We calculate these scores along with a total score using formulas within reporting. Currently, I am keeping the 9 lines of formula used to calculate the scores in a Word doc and copying and pasting each of the 9 lines into SLM Reporting for each Opportunity.

    There isn't a way to save formulas within reporting to where I could just copy and paste once or ideally, I would like to save the formula "set" and turn it on and off.

  10. We only want to accept a certain number of letters of Inquiry. The process we have been using is to turn on submission by setting the Visibility field to Public, and then turning it to Restricted once we have reached the desired number.
    This past funding cycle, we received three times our maximum in the first two minutes. The manual approach is no longer working for us.

  11. In GLM, the address fields do not allow for international organizations, and the strict requirements often make it so international applicants have to input incorrect information in order to create a profile. It would be great if these fields could accommodate international addresses.

  12. Our SLM evaluators would like to see the Score column populated with the total from the scoring they complete with the decimal question. Our committees prefer having the ability to score using .25, .5, and .75 on our 1-10 scoring scale, so that is why we do not use the provided Score question type on our evaluation forms. Is there any way we could have that column give the option to total that other question type? Our committee members would like to see how their scores compare across the applicants during their review. Thanks!

  13. It would be nice to abandon/close an application when you're in it. Having to exit back out into the request tab and count which one you were in is confusing. The only way to be sure I'm abandoning the correct application is to open it but the option to abandon/close is only on the request summary view. I added images for better clarification

  15. After talking to Foundant Support, I think it would be nice for fund advisors to be able to generate reports. Specifically, if fund advisors can pull a report with donor names, addresses, gift amounts, etc., rather than having to click into each donor's profile, would be helpful for the nonprofits and donors we serve.

We've had many grant award checks returned for "no receptacle" or "insufficient address" due to the application in GLM auto filling with whatever address was put in when the organization's account was initially set up. Most people will put their physical address in this spot. It would be helpful if when setting up new accounts in GLM both the mailing address and the physical address of an organization were required, then for the mailing address to be the default for the grant application. Any way around this issue?

  17. Create a "short name" option for fields that the user defines when designing a form so that data exports do not require manual manipulation of the column headings to create something functional for display purposes rather than having the entire question serve as the label for that column.

  18. The vast majority of the default Metrics Dashboard data is related to decisions and payments/disbursements. Our organization does not facilitate payment through SLM/CSuite, so these charts/datasets are blank/not useful to us at all.

    It would be great to be able to customize this dashboard to reflect the data in real-time that is most important to our organization (largely applicant data, so for example, race/ethnicity data, geographic location, number of applicants per program, etc).

  19. The number of documents shows up at the request level but not at the organization level. Seeing the number icon on the Documents tab would be helpful because it would indicate that information has been uploaded. I believe the number of comments shows up at the organization level, so would the number of documents be able to be added?

  20. We would like to remove or deactivate the "See Opportunities" button on the left-hand To Do panel. All of our applicants can get to the apply page by clicking "Apply", and having more than one pathway creates confusion.
