  1. It would be helpful for our grantees to receive a message when a previous report was accepted (completed on our end) so they can move onto the next report that’s due. The only notification they receive is if the reports are sent back as incomplete.

  2. Hello,

    Our grantees are receiving automated reminder emails attached to their grants at 2am. This is leading to confusion and overlooked emails because folks assume they are not legitimate emails. Is it possible to adjust the time that automated email reminders are sent to during business hours? Thank you!

We'd be grateful if there was a way for the admin to edit LOIs/applications from within the evaluation process (ie. the double-pane view), without having to back out into the org's overview and click in from there to edit the form (and then click back into evaluation mode to get to the next form). We have some internal review fields attached to the LOI, rather than to the LOI evaluation, so that we can carry those fields forward to subsequent parts of the process and have them copied into subsequent processes.   7. We have a number of pretty straightforward eligibility criteria that apply for all potential grantees. We would like for grantees to be able to take the eligibility quiz at any and all times. A quiz is a more dynamic option than asking people to read through a bunch of text which they often choose not to do.

    If their results lead them to a custom pass/fail message, according to their answers, and the road ends there, we will be thrilled.

  8. We would like to prevent applicants from selecting the primary contact.

    We love that applicants can now invite their colleagues to join their org. If we can make a small tweak so that they cannot select who the primary contact is, that would be really helpful.

    Our specific usage example: We use the primary contact to indicate who is at the helm of the organization (ex: this allows us to use the primary contact as a merge field in documents that address the ED/CEO). The word "primary" is confusing to applicants - they think it indicates who is the primary…

  10. What would really help us (and I'm not sure in which category to include this idea) would be a tab that allows for a project management view for administrators & reviewers. More specifically, to visualize where we are in the different steps of the process after approval of the proposal: recommendation sent to Board; Board approved; grant agreement prepared. This would really help our team to see where in the grant management process we are. Or is this already available and haven't I found it yet?

  11. Include mergeable fields to be used in templates and reporting based on the staff member assigned to the request. Currently, there are only merged fields for the applicant assigned to the request, not the internal staff member.

  12. Include mergeable fields based on specific request installments (currently this is all installments or the first installment). This will enable us to easily create a cheque request form based on the upcoming installment that needs to be paid.

  15. In our organization, we ask for applicants to self-report information and to also provide an uploaded document or image that shows proof of what has been entered. In the current configuration, the document viewer window is stationary and does not allow administrators to move the viewer to the side in a way that allows them to also view the application in a side-by-side format.   17. Redirect to login page after password reset.

    Can you please have the system automatically redirct to the main login page after a password reset has been completed? This seems like an easy fix and should be automatic but currently users have to then go back in and locate the login page after they just reset their password.

    In a perfect world, we could also have the system automatically send folks a password reset when adding new users to an organization vs. having to tell them to go reset themselves or manually having to send them an email reset link.

  18. We use a two-step evaluation process which involves two different groups of evaluators, one for each step. Once the first group evaluates the LOI we would like to restrict the visibility of that form from the second group of evaluators.

    Right now that requires going into each question and table row or column and updating the visibility, a very time-consuming and tedious job, between the two evaluation phases.

    It would be great if we could alter the visibility at the form level, overriding field by field visibility settings. That would allow us to basically turn the LOI form off after…

  19. When creating Follow Up forms, it would be a real time-saver, and lessen the likelihood of error, to be able to pull information or fields from the Applicant Opportunities section of the Universe into the follow up form. (Or even from the connected CSuite Scholarship.)

    Currently, each opportunity we have has its own initial acceptance follow up form where the student must certify they still meet that scholarship's criteria, and we have to manually copy/paste that criteria into the follow up form from the Applicant Description section of the Opportunities page, or the scholarship description in CSuite.

  20. Is there any way to have the applicant's business title, as well as the primary contact's business title, listed on the cover page of the application and follow-up forms? Their other data, such as address, phone #, etc. is there and it would be nice to have the business title listed as well so you don't have to go back into contacts to find it. This would be especially helpful for the evaluators when it is a new or unfamiliar organization applying for a grant.
