Please add an export to an Excel sheet option to the Requests page. I cannot copy the requests, and I cannot export the information for my board members who wish to have the history of requests and decisions on the board agenda.

Primary Contact default for unassigned requests
For requests being sent from C-Suite to GLM, please can the follow-ups default to the organization's primary contact. Currently, it seems to assign them alphabetically, which is not helpful. For unassigned requests, the follow-ups should ideally always default to the primary contact in GLM.

Allow Custom Fields in Search Criteria,
Allow for the use of Customized Fields in search criteria for organizations and users, not all current fields are useful. An example of this is TAX ID - This is not a useful search field

Email Address Copying Issues
I am having a very hard time working through the system and gathering email addresses to communicate. Since the new display was updated now your email addresses don’t show fully in the dashboard. In the past I was about to highlight and copy the email address, but now if they are too long, which most are, I cannot. This is a recommendation to display the email addresses where you can see the entire thing:

Add Donation Advisor as Receipt Template Merge Field
Simple, or maybe not so simple, request to add “donation advisor” as a receipt merge field option.
For us this would allow build out of conditional formatting related to acknowledgement of Donor Advised Gifts. See original support email below for reasoning and/or more details.
I was hoping you could help us finalize a new template we are developing for our “simple acknowledgement” receipt. This is the version we use when we want to provide a record of the gift but intentionally do not include tax language.

Customize Link Preview Cards for sharing url to portal
A Link Preview Card is that clickable photo that appears when you share a link on social media.
For SLM / GLM / Giving Portal, these cards don't have any pictures when you share their urls, which makes them look sketchy / broken.
I would like to be able to add metatags to the <head> of the HTML of our SLM/GLM/Giving Portal so that a nice picture shows up when we share links to these things.

different log in for every portion of foundant
It seems every part of foundant requires a different login. I had to create one for the idea lab. This is very confusing and sometimes my password storage confuses them. Please simplify!

Option to leave the chat queue.
I would appreciate the option to leave the chat queue. I may have to run to a meeting, or have answered my own question. I would rather not waste other clients time in the queue.

Allow Evaluators to turn off side-by-side evaluation view
I would appreciate the option to allow evaluators to turn off the side-by-side view. I have an evaluator with limited vision and the side-by-side makes it hard for him to view the applications and forms. I provided a workaround showing him how to download and open a pdf of the application, but this doesnt resize the evaluation form.

Spendable Calculation
For our use with scholarships and our budgets it would be helpful to allow the user within foundant to designate the years we are calculating the three-year average. For example, our scholarship budget is due in the fall of one academic year, and it's created before the end of the FY. Therefore, we need to be able to calculate the average of the three years prior. So, for example, to calculate the FY26 Spending it was calculated off the EOFY 2025, 2024 and 2023. It would be great if there could be a company field that is available for evaluators. I don't want to have to create an organization to attach the evaluator just to have the company name associated with the evaluator.

Make it easier to sort fields in reports
It is incredibly difficult to sort the selected fields for a report. Every time I am trying to change the order of combined fields around other combined fields, it only allows me to combine that field with the other field. It won't let me put the combined field next to the other combined field. This has made it almost impossible for me to order my columns. I've had to find a workaround by separating the combined field and then recombining.

When an applicant submits multiple applications because they change their mind about which school they plan to attend (because they can't edit their submitted application) it would be really helpful to be able to add a column in the view of the profile summary to see the school so that we can abandon the UA and its associated opportunities that are no longer their chosen school.

Assignment grid - making it more user friendly
When assigning applications to reviewers in the Meeting Manager, there used to be a super helpful feature that allowed you to 'pin' a reviewer to the far left of the table to more easily assign them to applications. Now, if you even have more than 2 reviewers (which is always the case!), it's very hard to have to scroll all the way to the right and then all the way back to confirm you're assigning the right person to the right application!

Add Field Visibility in Reporting
I would like to be able to pull the visibility of a field into a report. I've come across a field that is on several of our processes and it's supposed to be an Internal visibility field, but on some processes it's visibility is set to Everyone. It would be so much easier if I could run a report to see which processes or forms that field has the incorrect visibility so I know which one's I need to correct versus having to manually click into each process and verify one-by-one.

Evaluator Scores
It would be helpful on under the Committee tab to see evaluation status. Being able to add a column on the main committee list that shows 2/10 evaluations complete. Then when you click into that committee, you could get more details on who hasn't completed their scores or their status. Currently the only way we see this is by going into each process separately. This is time consuming when we just need an overall whole number.

Settings: Show Decision Status: Option by School
It would be nice to be able to customize the decision status viewability by school (and to select a specific date, rather than a set number of days after the decision has been made).
I have a healthy selection of schools that would like us to hold notifications to the students until they host their own award ceremony. These schools want to make the initial announcements of awards to the students (keeping the awards a secret until then).
