Remove follow up form/popup from process
I am training a colleague on entering grants into Foundant. Unfortunately, we're unable to remove a follow up form from a process once it has been used. And we're unable to remove the popup message for the follow up. So, while training I have to say "Oh just ignore that, we don't use it", which makes training clunky. Please give us the option to remove a follow up form (or at least the popup) we don't use.

Bring back the option to learn in the SLM Sandbox in a systematic way that builds skills from zero to full knowledge.
Bring back the option to learn in the SLM Sandbox in a systematic way that builds skills from zero to full knowledge of the Foundant SLM.
The new system - while beautiful - is just random by topic, and unable to walk a person with no experience through the process of learning how to use SLM efficiently.

New button needed for students like these :)
My Problem: What about a student who doesn't complete two follow-ups but is still active, then graduates? Where do I put them now if I don't want to delete any follow-ups?
Foundant: Then you'll have to mark the follow ups as complete. Or you can download the follow ups and attach on their request record under document tab, and then delete their follow ups.
Wishing there was a button for something like this, since the student technically shouldn't be closed or abandoned.

Abandoning/Closing and Application within the Application View
It would be nice to abandon/close an application when you're in it. Having to exit back out into the request tab and count which one you were in is confusing. The only way to be sure I'm abandoning the correct application is to open it but the option to abandon/close is only on the request summary view. I added images for better clarification

Add the possibility to preview PDF or Excel files uploaded by clients (to avoid having to dowload all files)
Currently in single/multiple file upload fields: it is only possible to dowload the files that have been uploaded. The idea would be to have the possibility to only view/preview the file without downloading it.

Hold or lock an application or organization
It would be helpful to add the option to put an application and/or an organization on hold. We often run into a problem where the applicant has submitted documents without signatures, or they did not submit follow-up forms from a previous grant. If this information isn't shared with managers payments can accidentally be processed or applications can be pushed through by the manager because they were unaware of the process hold done by the finance team. To add a feature that locks everything and shows a red alert of why the process can't proceed would be great.

Customize Data in Metrics Dashboard
The vast majority of the Metrics Dashboard data is related to decisions and payments/disbursements. Our organization does not facilitate payment through SLM/CSuite, so these charts/datasets are blank/not useful to us at all.
Given the mission of our organization, it would be great to be able to customize this dashboard to reflect the data in real-time that is most important to our organization (largely applicant data, so for example, race/ethnicity data, geographic location, number of applicants per program, etc).

It would be nice to be able to include accents in the response fields, without having to copy and paste from another document.

Turn off ability for applicants to edit their contact information
We would really love the option to turn off applicant's ability to edit their own contact information. We have had problems with applicants changing names and email addresses during staff changes, and it creates huge problems with our record-keeping and historical data.

Unique access codes
We would love access codes that can be made unique for each applicant, so that the code cannot be used more than once, and cannot be shared between potential applicants.

Allow information from the organization and user details to auto-fill answers to questions in any form. For example, on the application form if the question is organization submitting an application that information would auto-populate based on the organization the user is linked to. Another example, would be if there is a question on the applicant form that asks who is completing the application, that information based on the user information of the person logged in.

Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. It would also be nice if the community foundation staff could determine a…

Include custom fields on voucher content and grant content
Currently check content provides custom fields so I am using that to send payment notifications. However, I recently discovered this sends a notice to all payment recipients not just the ACH recipients like I was told. A support representative told me that if we use Voucher Content, and Grants Content it will only send notifications to those ACH payees, but there are no custom fields in these areas so I can't include any details about the payment or who the fundholder was that issued the grant payment like I can in the check content area. Please add the custom fields…

NEW ADMINISTRATOR DASHBOARD (WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT)
Enhancement to the Dashboard to make it easier to organize the Grants Manager/Program Manager's work - oversight for the entire process, with multiple grant cycles/processes in progress at the same time and a number of reminders and follow up to ensure are completed. Not unlike the Applicant dashboard (which will make it easier to, at a glance, recognize the deliverables) - a new Administrator dashboard would significantly improve efficiency of workflow for all of the staff responsible for the grant processes.1 vote -
reassigning requests
I would be nice if you could see if a request has been re-assigned by looking in the Request History, or Submission History.

Audit Foundant User hours based on assigned roles
I would like to see a feature where the amount of time spent on on evaluating grant applications can be audited/collected. This would help us measure the amount of time spent reviewing grant applications. It would be super cool if it could be filtered per person (grant evaluator) and per process. Going deeper, even if as an administrator, I could see the total amount of time spent in Foundant would be wonderful.

SLM Student Contact Information - Changes for Consistency
For the screen in which SLM users input their contact information, please add a drop-down menu for the prefix. Additionally, include instructions reminding users to use proper case when entering their name and address. This will help reduce the amount of cleanup work required by the Foundation.

Increase Character Count of Evaluator Description
It would be helpful to increase the character count limit on the Evaluator Description of Opportunities in SLM so that we can include more information on required and preferred criteria for evaluators to consider as they are reviewing.
