  2. It would be great if there was a way to customize how the Positive Pay and Check Register reports are generated. I have never had two banks that require the same import file, leaving an individual to manually create this upload based on frequency of check runs, which for some people is weekly. This results in time lost weekly to alter a report that could easily be customizable.

  4. It would be great if we could save a list of Uploads in the "Document" tab of the Request Summary that we could simply click to upload to that account...instead of uploading it for every request. Similar to email attachments -- they are saved in the system and can automatically be attached. But we want to be sure a particular document shows on every students dashboard, we have to upload it with every approval.

  5. the ability to upload deposits and ACH from your bank statement and then the ability to match records to your bank statements. A similar function as the check upload and match but on the deposit side.

  6. It would be really great to have access to similar features in both SLM & GLM when you have the same license level. For example we have standard license for both but only have access to Third Party References in SLM, whereas in order to access that in GLM, you have to upgrade to the Advanced License.

  8. We are manually going into each application and downloading the reviewer feedback and sending it to the applicant. This is very time consuming and tedious. If we could have an automation for the feedback to be available to the applicant on their dashboard that would be very helpful.

  9. In GLM/SLM on the application allow for an option to require one of two questions. For example: Enter Budget OR Upload Budget. Right now we need to have them both unrequired to allow for one to remain blank but would like to require that at least one of them be filled out.

  10. Currently, for a payment to go to a fiscal sponsor from GLM to C-Suite, it was recommended that the Applicant in GLM be the fiscal sponsor and not the organization applying for the grant. This would change the applicant to the Fiscal Sponsor in GLM, moving the record of the application away from the actual applying party. It would be great if there was a way that you could connect a Sponsoring Organization to C-Suite instead of a Sponsored Organization, so that the application record could still be tied to the actual applicant in GLM.

  11. I would like to be able to prevent a grants manager from changing answers on forms. Or maybe restrict certain questions. They need access to things that auditors can't access, so I can't use that role. I have customized the grants manager role, but this is not an option. Use case: I have a program officer that may be changing the answer to a question, and we don't want her to do that.

  12. Each month, our organization has dozens of journal entries that are imported for payroll and other month-end close items. Importing these entries is great as they spread across multiple funds. However, after importing, it's a pain to attach the same file dozens of times for documentation purposes. It would be extremely helpful if there was a button on the "list" journal entry screen (the one that shows all pending or approved entries) to attach a singular file to all selected entries.

    I think this could work similarly to the "Post all" feature available so you don't need to post each…

  18. The auditor role is good for people who need to see and report on a particular grant but they are able to see all the other grant process. It would be great to be able to limit what processes auditors can see. Also, being able to add an auditor to be notified when applications in that process are submitted would be a very handy feature!

  19. It would be really helpful if admins could opt to receive notification when a third party fills out their portion of the application/form. For example, we have our grant agreement set up for a third party to fill in banking info, it would be great if instead of having to go in and check whether they've filled it out, I would get an email notifying me that they had so I can mark the form complete. This would work the same way as when we set up auto emails for when forms are submitted.

  20. it would be helpful to have the ability to add multiple email addresses to the transfer request email function. We have to notify the custodian, investment manager and investment advisor - and sometimes there are multiple people at each location.
