I would LOVE this! I often have to send batch PDFs of applications (sometimes over 200). Doing them one by one is so time consuming.

Just adding to this thread. Would love to see batch print from the applicant view of applications, agreements, and follow ups. Thank you so much for working on this!

As it is current, in order to download all information associated with processes they have to be individually downloading which is tedious and time-consuming. I would like to have to ability to download all associated application packets, approval packets, follow up packets, and documents associated with processes. This would streamline reporting and making information available for other organizations and governments who may need this information.

New to using GLM - I do not see that this has been implemented yet. Please add!

Many of our reviewers prefer to have a print version of applications handy (which includes attached documents such as budgets). Rather than downloading each application individually, it would be helpful to have the option to download all applications in a process as one document using a merge template that we upload.

I see that this has been suggested previously and has a number of votes. Is this something that is being worked on?

I agree that being able to batch download/print ALL .pdf documents (LOI's, Applications, Agency Evaluations, uploads, etc.) would be extremely helpful. Is this something Foundant is working on?

Yes, I have 31 applications that I have to download individually. Please make this happen!

I came here to post the same idea. Currently, an evaluator can download an application packet for a single application at a time. Some of our processes have more than a hundred applications, and it would be nice for the evaluator to have the option of downloading ALL the applications as ONE packet.

I, and many others, would love to have the option to batch download/print application packets. As part of our scholarship cycle, it is important to download and save all elements of each application for audit purposes. When you have hundreds of students applying for scholarships, productivity is impacted if we are required to download each application packet individually.

I saw other posts in Idea Lab requesting the same capability and Foundant's response shows that plans are in the works to implement this feature. However, that response was at least 10 months ago.

Please provide an update on when this will be rolled out, as I'm sure many other users are beginning their scholarships as well.

For both the GLM and SLM, can a feature be added that would allow you to download multiple applications/packets in a batch? It becomes a very tedious task to save each one individually. Thank you

I just got on to post a similar idea, and you had already posted this. I have to download 21 proposal packets separately which will take a long time.

Agreed. This would be super helpful in sharing documents with my grant review committee without manually going into each application to download the packet for each applicant.

We would like to be able to export the application packets for our scholarship process all at one time. Currently, we have to click on each application and create a print packet and export it as a pdf. There should be an easier way to export multiple packets as pdf files.

Agree with the other comments. I would add that for follow-up forms it would be great to be able to batch download as pdf (like a mid-term report).

I would also like to be able to batch download the pdfs, and/or would like our evaluators to be able to batch download them since they are using iPads and pdf files will move to iBooks so they can access them when offline.

I'd like to be able to batch download the pdfs! That would save SOO much time!
