  1. In the SLM Eligibility Center, I would like to request a "What Changed" update screen after rerunning eligibility on an applicant. Currently the process just re-runs, and it is up to the user to determine what changes to the application's eligibility occurred. This is particularly problematic if the changes include removing/being un-matched with an opportunity, because the user must then go abandon that opportunity for the student if we do not want them to have the ability to apply without being actually eligible.   2. We have 13 affiliates. Right now, we do not allow our affiliate staff to have access to CSuite to update CRM data, but we would LOVE to be able to do that. They all have to use a third party software to do so because we do not allow them direct access. Our concern is with donor privacy and we do not want affiliate staff members to be able to see contacts that have not donated to their affiliate funds.   3. We need a progress report, accessible from the Dashboard, that shows the progress of each evaluator by # of evaluations and what status they are in: No login, Pending, Draft, Complete. A quick color coded bar: White, Red, Orange, Green would be all that's needed and make it easy to identify who needs to complete evaluations as deadlines draw near. This could also be accomplished by buckets of status, with evaluator names located within each bucket OR a Percentage Complete after each Evaluator name. And of the above three would help in identifying evaluators that need a nudge.

  4. I know others have asked for this, I think it would be really helpful for any foundation or funder that has multiple processes per year. Right now, our program officers are seeing an increasingly longer list of randomly-ordered processes to choose from when they're filtering. Our Archived list count is currently 38, and we've only been using GLM since 2024! Even just defaulting to an alphabetic order, as opposed to "the order in which processes are created" or whatever it is currently, would be helpful.

  5. Please allow for the ability to upload multiple files to a single upload question.

    Currently, it is only possible to upload one file per question. It would be very helpful and much more effective if the File Upload question type allowed for multiple files to be uploaded to a single upload question, as opposed to needing one file upload question for each upload.

    Alternatively, the option to upload a folder to a file upload question would be another possible remedy.

  7. I wonder if there is a way to create a report that shows certain information by Organization. For instance, if I wanted to see which organizations are in a certain area, I could run a list with addresses. If I wanted to see Board information for a particular Organization (or Organizations) I could run a list that would have the Organization name along with a list of the board members they included on their most recent grant request. Or maybe I could go to a certain grant cycle and run a report on that one cycle that shows addresses or…

  8. It would be ideal if "due date" was changed to "payment date" or an option to select from both.

    Also, being able to chose from "payment date" (executed) to "payment confirmed (cashed/etc) would also be helpful.

  9. Currently "Internal Description" in a marketing campaign pulls existing data from the internal description on the Fund that is connected to the campaign. It would be helpful if "Internal Description" was its own field connected to the campaign itself and could be used in reports. This would enable another source of data for campaigns. Or it would be helpful to be able to have a custom field for campaigns.

Particularly when we are down to the deadline wire for committee member scoring in Foundant, it would be helpful not only to know the last login of the users, but also easily see who all is actively logged into our system at any point in time. This would help me understand who is still working vs. who I need to reach out to. I do not want to bother our busy volunteers if they are already doing what I need them to do.

  12. As you continue to tweak the new profile views in SLM, I suggest that you add an email history link to the profile page. With the help of Aden on chat, I found it after clicking on the edit pencil and then clicking on the 3 dots where it is one of 3 selections.

  13. Hi. I think a good idea would be to add another automated email option after the evaluator does his/her evaluation. It would be nice for the administrator (me) to get notified that the evaluator has finished the evaluation. Thank you.

We're getting an increasing number of applicants submitting their attachments in Apple file formats (primarily Numbers and Pages) and currently have to either download, convert and reupload them as compatible files or have applicants send in new documents via email in order to make the attachments viewable in GLM for our review team. Is there way to get the document viewer to work with Apple formats?

  17. On the applicant dashboard, the status next to the scholarship requests should include 'assigned' or 'completed' for follow-ups. Currently, it shows assigned for the follow- ups but unless the applicant goes one step further and actually opens the application, they can't quickly tell if they have something due or if it has been completed.

  18. As I believe it is currently implemented, a user's account only allows them a single title, but they can be connected to multiple Organization records. A person's title may vary between the organization's they are affiliated with - they may be a Development Director for one organization, but the Board President for another. I would like a person's title to be stored at the User+Organization level, not the User level.

  20. We had several fake applications submitted in our last grant process. Mostly we suspect real people using AI to help them build "believable" documentation for the evidence request, such as fake Schedule F or P&L statements as well as fake vendor receipts for reimbursable activities. We'd love to have some sort of detection tool for spotting those as we had several red flags across the fake apps that were shared. See attachment for details.
