  1. Please consider only allowing one application per process by each organization. I saw duplicate application from single applicant most of the time. I would be greatly appreciate if it is fixed soon.

  3. because in the grants module under the voucher bucket, you can't maintain custom filtering that can be used over and over, it would be great to be able to batch approve payments and batch create vouchers from the custom reports module.

  4. In the GivingHub event registration flow, it would be great to be able to customize the message when it is sold out. Or preventing registration on the main page by disabling the button so a message can say, contact us to get on the waitlist.

  5. Allow other non-applicant roles (Evaluator, Program Officer) the ability to generate AI summaries with the site admin managing this access through permissions that can be set at both a user and role level.

  6. We currently have an organization that we cannot delete due to a charity check that was conducted. Although this organization has no requests or contacts associated with it, the charity check issue prevents us from removing it. We also would like to have the ability to delete old users who are not tied to our grant applications, not just make them inactive. We currently do not use a CRM program and have used GLM as our main source for data.

  7. I've heard more than one client that it would be helpful to have a space in SLM/UA to track the spendable amount of each opportunity (similar to the process budget). The clients would use this question to track amounts awarded against the spendable balance to know "where they are" in the balance. If this could integrate from CSuite, that would be even better, but non-integrated clients have also asked for this so ideally, it's something that needs either option.

  8. As of now, if an applicant has to resubmit an application due to it being deemed incomplete, they can not receive a second confirmation email. This is critical, especially for smaller organizations, as it saves time and reassures applicants that their resubmittal has been processed.

  10. It would be very helpful to add an additional one or two column filters to the process, applicant, project name and eval 1 & 2 headings. I have Graduating High School and Applicant ID currently set. I would like to add Student Status and graduating year so I can see at a glance what I need for the applicant. I have to go into the application to get the info I need which can be time consuming.

  11. One of our evaluators brought to my attention that when she is completing evaluations – that the response to questions set up as text boxes are being cut off and it does not give her the ability to scroll. This seems to create a less than optimal experience for her and others. I realize to avoid this – I could create all questions as Text Area questions, but would prefer not to have to do this.

  12. In the GLM, I often use the Request History tab of an organization in my work. I would really like to be able to see a column with the amount of each grant request from that organization even if the grant was denied. Additionally, I believe this "Amount Requested" column would be helpful for both approved and denied grants because sometimes our board approves of only a portion of the requested funds.

  13. It would be helpful if we could run a report on who the last person was to modify a form. For example, if an admin prints follow ups and marks them complete, it would be great to see who marked it complete if we have multi staff working in the follow up stages.

  14. Within the Universal application, we need two different automatic emails for submission verifications. One for the Universal submission, and one for the opportunity submissions within the Universal. One generic submission verification is confusing to applicants

  15. It would be nice to abandon/close an application when you're in it. Having to exit back out into the request tab and count which one you were in is confusing. The only way to be sure I'm abandoning the correct application is to open it but the option to abandon/close is only on the request summary view. I added images for better clarification

Our grant committee has multiple times requested the ability for evaluators to have a "white board" type space in the evaluation process that they each can communicate with each other and ask raise questions about the grantee being reviewed so that all evaluators viewing that grantee could see what questions/clarifications are needed for that particular grantee. Right now, they communicate through me as the program manager and cannot communicate with each other through the software.

  18. On the applicant dashboard, it would be helpful in Historical to show by default (without needing to expand) the status of the request. From the applicant's perspective, it's key to know if a request was denied, approved and completed, or abandoned. It's nice to see immediately what was successful and what was not. The arrow to expand next to the category heading is not clear.

  19. It would be nice to have a Committee option in GLM, like SLM, for evaluators. We utilize the portal for different processes throughout the year including accepting nominations for an awards event we host. It would be helpful to use a committee option when assigning evaluators.

  20. After talking to Foundant Support, I think it would be nice for fund advisors to be able to generate reports. Specifically, if fund advisors can pull a report with donor names, addresses, gift amounts, etc., rather than having to click into each donor's profile, would be helpful for the nonprofits and donors we serve.
