  3. We need side-by-side columns for our evaluators so that they can see how their individual application score compares to the group of evaluators' average score. Only the person in the admin role can see the average group score. And, if the admin is also an evaluator, things get messy quickly in a meeting. An admin/evaluator can never see both their individual score column and the average score column without flipping between roles. Having the ability to see individual scores and average scores on ONE PAGE in side-by-side columns will greatly help with our evaluation meetings and enable us to make…

  4. Users may find it helpful if Foundant updated the language on the applicant-facing pop-up that notifies users of existing request drafts. Currently, the pop-up provides link to the existing draft(s) and two buttons: Apply and Cancel, which does not seem to be intuitive for navigating to an existing draft.

    To reduce confusion, would it be possible to change the Apply button text to Start New Draft. This updated language would clearly indicate that selecting this option will create a new draft rather than continuing with an existing one.

  5. I recently requested that some fields be synched between two processes. The sync resulted in broken branching logic on one of them. I would like for branching logic to be automatically updated when fields used in the logic are updated, i.e. when fields are synced, or when a multiple choice item is renamed. Because the updates often are made outside of the form that has the affected logic, the only way the broken logic is ultimately discovered is when an applicant encounters an issue and reports it.   7. It would be useful to see the name of the Organization at all time when working in a request. When we have long forms, the name is not visible as we go down the form.

    When we go back and forth between other applications, it could be practical to be able to see the name without going up the page.

  8. Currently, exporting a batch of templates compiles all documents into a single file, which often requires them to be manually split at a later stage. It would be greatly appreciated if we could automatically export all selections to separate documents.

  12. I would love to have a search option when evaluators are assigned. We have over 150 potential evaluators so it would be helpful to be able to search by name instead of scrolling to find the evaluator's name.

  13. The standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others?

    I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful!

  14. UA - Application - See the total # of opportunities a 'opportunity specific question' applies to.

    I have several questions that are only for need-based scholarships. On every one of these questions I have to check my 40-50 opportunities. It would be very helpful to see the total number that are checked to help me be sure I have them all.

Someone else requested it, but it was archived, so I would like to bring back into consideration third party reminders based on a due date (the application due date, if not a separate third party due date), instead of the date when the third party response was requested. Our application process opens several months before the application due date, and some requests are made right away. Not only will those recommenders forget by the actual due date, but it has historically seriously annoyed our recommenders to receive a reminder before the actual due date.   16. We would like the ability to 'Close' an application, rather than 'abandon' or 'deny'. We leverage GLM to have a General Inquiry, which we then copy applications to different processes depending on a conversation with the applicant. Once we're done - not moving forward through the system, it causes confusion for the applicant to see the original as denied/abandoned.

  17. Building forms with many branching questions groups can get confusing. It would be nice, as an admin, to be able to see how each question group is branched within a form without having to click on each one.

  18. With grant catalogs, we're able to hide the donate button until we're ready to let donors contribute; however, we are not able to hide the "add to cart" button for each individual grant when someone clicks directly into that grant from the grant catalog. For our Match Days, some organizations like to have the unique URL for their specific grant catalog item to promote which bypasses the top level grant catalog. This is where we cannot suppress until "Match Day" starts.

  19. A requirement for our scholarship application is that the student must upload an academic transcript. I am currently having to open over 140 applications, then open the document in the transcript section of the application to verify it is actually a transcript. Could AI be developed to open and interpret the document to confirm it is a transcript? It would be a huge time-saver for staff.

In the eligibility quiz in GLM, the ability to customize a "passing" message like you can customize a "failure" message would be beneficial to make things very clear to applicants that they can move on to the application stage. We had a few organizations last cycle that passed the eligibility quiz but it wasn't entirely clear to them that they were allowed to move onto the next step in the application process.
