We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.

  2. Form Completion Indicator. It would be nice if the completions indicator could be configured based only on the questions that are actually applicable or mandatory. Right now it seems the indicator counts every single questions in the form, regardless of whether they are mandatory or not or if they are just displaying a question which can be misleading to the applicant who is applying

  3. We are liking the new Org Summary page and are wondering if any modifications are allowed? For example, for each request if the follow up has been submitted or closed, can it state that instead of them all saying follow up assigned? It is not helpful to have that if it isn't totally accurate info. I noticed that even if all the reports are closed, it still says follow up assigned and that is frustrating.

  5. It is currently impossible to get rid of a section of the dashboard once you have used it in some of your applications. In our case, we used to have an LOI as part of our application process. We got rid of that over 5 years ago, and yet to this day two large boxes on our staff dashboard screen are taken up by a process that hasn't been relevant in close to a decade.

  6. Our SLM evaluators would like to see the Score column populated with the total from the scoring they complete with the decimal question. Our committees prefer having the ability to score using .25, .5, and .75 on our 1-10 scoring scale, so that is why we do not use the provided Score question type on our evaluation forms. Is there any way we could have that column give the option to total that other question type? Our committee members would like to see how their scores compare across the applicants during their review. Thanks!

  7. Support Hub needs better documentation re: Print Packets
    https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404567826071-Print-Packets
    Please detail the logic about question view-ability and how they are reflected in different print packets. Nothing is mentioned on this page about Print Packets for Follow-Ups. Apparently question view-ability is reflected differently in Application packets and Follow-Up print packets. at least according to a support chat that I had.

  8. Hello! On the left, I've integrated the applicant answers into the evaluation form, which is great, but I lose the comments! (Which are still in the application on the right.) Is there any way we can get those to go with the question? Thanks!

  9. I'd like to propose the idea of restricting applicants who have been set as inactive to no longer be included on emails. Ideally, those who are set to inactive should not continue to receive emails through Foundnat. For example, when I send an email to a user and I cc' the primary organizational contact (who happens to be inactive) he/she is included on the email chain. My temporary fix is to edit the inactive profile and then make a dummy email address and select a new applicant as the primary organizational contact.

  12. Show Decision Status: current setting applies to entire site (available under site settings). Moving this setting to the Process Manager and allowing it to be set individually on each process would open up more flexibility to accommodate different foundation's workflows.

    Example: two grant programs are open at the same time. one is a rolling basis application process with fast turn around. the other is a quarterly LOI process involving board meetings. the ideal use of "show decision status" for these two programs would be vastly differently; yet the software is forcing one setting for all.

  13. We have long project names for our applications and an automatically generated request ID (example 20240041) that includes the year, would be helpful to identify and search for a specific request, without needing to remember the project name or organization name.

When generating fund statements in bulk, there is no option to efficiently save each fund's statement as a separate PDF file - the only option is to save them all in one compiled PDF (via either "Generate All File" or "Create Print File"), or to save each fund's statement separately via a series of clicks.

    I would like the ability to generate and save fund statements as individual PDFs with a customizable File Name (eg: %Fund_name Statement FY 2024-2025.pdf) with one (or two) simple clicks!

  16. We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

  19. We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

  20. CSuite/GLM synced grants: Applicants that receive multiple grants from designated funds need to be able to see the Fund Name in order to easily differentiate between the grants they have received. It needs to be available for other forms and merge fields too. Specifically on Follow Up forms and in email merge templates.
