  1. It would be helpful when an applicant submits a follow-up form that the automatic email that is sent to the admins has the actual person who submitted the follow-up form. Instead of "A new (blank) has been submitted for (grantee phase)".

Currently, once a manager evaluation has been assigned, if the manager reviews it and then realizes it should be reassigned to another manager, if he saves it (even without answering any questions), it locks the evaluation and it cannot be reassigned. This is an issue and has not always been this way. I would like to recommend this be changed so if needing to reassign an evaluation, it can be done without issue by the administrator, even if it has been saved.   3. The side-by-side view for evaluations does not properly show all of the text for 'text box' type questions. To see the rest of the text a user must manually select the text to make the box scroll - this is nonsensical or select the application button at the top creating a PDF popup.

    Please make all the text show so that the evaluators can just have a side by side comparison and not have to open up multiple documents.

  4. I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

  5. On the Dashboard there's the Amount Awarded graph that posts the last 10 years. Our organization would love the Payments graph to show the same (last 10 years vs. last 12 months). Or, we'd like the ability to change the Payments graph by year. Also, it would be so helpful if you could drill down on the graphs to see what grants make up those amounts/payments.

  8. We would really love the option to turn off applicant's ability to edit their own contact information. We have had problems with applicants changing names and email addresses during staff changes, and it creates huge problems with our record-keeping and historical data.

  10. Allow information from the organization and user details to auto-fill answers to questions in any form. For example, on the application form if the question is organization submitting an application that information would auto-populate based on the organization the user is linked to. Another example, would be if there is a question on the applicant form that asks who is completing the application, that information based on the user information of the person logged in.

  11. Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers.   12. Currently check content provides custom fields so I am using that to send payment notifications. However, I recently discovered this sends a notice to all payment recipients not just the ACH recipients like I was told. A support representative told me that if we use Voucher Content, and Grants Content it will only send notifications to those ACH payees, but there are no custom fields in these areas so I can't include any details about the payment or who the fundholder was that issued the grant payment like I can in the check content area.   13. It would be useful to have the inability to use custom merge fields in an email template.

    Some background on our proposed use this feature and the need it addresses:

    Our foundation was attempting to create an email template which can serve as a digital copy of the scholarship award letter we send to recipients. However, we are unable to create a "master" email template that would serve across all opportunities because there is no way to pull in a description of the scholarship each recipient has won.

  14. NEW ADMINISTRATOR DASHBOARD (WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT)
    Enhancement to the Dashboard to make it easier to organize the Grants Manager/Program Manager's work - oversight for the entire process, with multiple grant cycles/processes in progress at the same time and a number of reminders and follow up to ensure are completed. Not unlike the Applicant dashboard (which will make it easier to, at a glance, recognize the deliverables) - a new Administrator dashboard would significantly improve efficiency of workflow for all of the staff responsible for the grant processes.

  15. In the process manager, there is currently 2 buckets for processes to live:
    -Available
    -Archive

    We'd like to see a third option for processes to live for historical management:
    -Available/Active
    -Unavailable/Inactive
    -Archive/Historical

    We have processes that have gone through several updates over time. It would be nice to keep what we need in Available/Active and Unavailable/Inactive buckets but older version in Archive/Historical that are not so forward facing. Not available on the immediate search area/filter area. A place for historical process to go and live instead of deleting or saving a PDF version on our internal drives.

  17. I would like to see a feature where the amount of time spent on on evaluating grant applications can be audited/collected. This would help us measure the amount of time spent reviewing grant applications. It would be super cool if it could be filtered per person (grant evaluator) and per process. Going deeper, even if as an administrator, I could see the total amount of time spent in Foundant would be wonderful.

  18. For the screen in which SLM users input their contact information, please add a drop-down menu for the prefix. Additionally, include instructions reminding users to use proper case when entering their name and address. This will help reduce the amount of cleanup work required by the Foundation.

  19. Please allow for the option to edit the invitation email that is sent to the collaborators.

    Unlike many of the system emails, the collaborator email is not editable as the template is simply not available to edit. We are asking that you give us the option to edit this template to make it more personalized and seem less "phishy". It is currently unbranded, very simple, and makes some worried that it is an illegitimate email.

  20. It would be helpful to increase the character count limit on the Evaluator Description of Opportunities in SLM so that we can include more information on required and preferred criteria for evaluators to consider as they are reviewing.
