  1. We are trying to email our annual tax receipts automatically through CSuite this year, BUT there is currently no option in CSuite to edit the email content. You can edit the receipt template easily, but the content (email subject line and body) is the first time the donor sees. It would be great to be able to have a message that says something like "Greetings from the community Foundation! Thank you for gifts in 20XX! Please see attached document for your annual giving summary for 20XX. Reach out to me with questions at email@address.org".

  2. Similar to the Form 990 on the Organization > Documents -- it would be great to have the option to create one for other types of documents that Organizations submit annually. My personal example of this would be Financial Audits; where the Folder would be called 'Financial Audits' and when you click "View More" you would be able to see each year uploaded. Currently, each document is it's own file and it can become very cluttered.

    BONUS points if a question from the application/end of grant form could push to this folder

  3. It would be nice for the follow up assignment popup to be able to include a column that notes if the contact is the primary contact for that organization and/or include contact title. This would help with removing extra workflow steps for ensuring that the correct person is being assigned grant agreements, etc.

  4. We have a handful of organizations that are in default for completing final reports (follow-ups) from previous years' grant cycles (some before we started in GLM). Our policy is that they are ineligible to apply for another grant if they have not completed their previous requirements. Is there a way to automatically notify them when they enter their EIN that they are not eligible and need to contact us to discuss?

  5. Trying for this idea again.

    We have many users that act as both applicants and evaluators, at different times. We frequently have users contact us because they’re not able to submit forms related to their requests as applicants. Even though they’ve been told they need to be under the applicant role, they log in, see their applicant forms right there on the evaluator dashboard, fill them out, and then can’t submit. Unhelpfully, the error message they get is that there is a prior form that they haven’t submitted, which isn’t the case.

  7. On the new organization summary, the Print Packet download button always downloads the same pdf of all the org. requests no matter which tab you click on in left-side menu. Makes sense if you're on the Requests tab but would be more helpful to be able to download the info. from the tab/screen you're currently on when clicking the button (e.g. Contacts or Comments).

  9. Hi, Currently there is the ability to import profiles to a campaign. It would be extremely helpful if we could also bulk import RSVP and attendance also instead of updating each profile 1 by 1. We currently use a 3rd party app for invites to an event. We build the list in CSuites through campaigns.

  10. I'd like to be able to pull a report based on the time and date when an evaluator submitted an evaluation form. That data exists - it can be found under a request's submission history - but I want to be able to know when the evaluator submitted the form, not when it was marked as complete.

We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.

  13. It would be helpful if on approvals, we could predetermine a future date and not have to enter it every time. For example, we issue ALL scholarship payment on 07/02/2025. However, this field auto-populates to the current date. If we could have a date set, but able to change it if the payment needs extended, that would be quite the time saver -- especially when processing 450+ scholarships!

  14. In GLM/SLM it would be great to add due dates for evaluation forms. Automated emails could then be attached and reminders to complete evaluations could be automated.

    As a small staff, I have to remember to do this, along with all the other things we are doing. While I do keep in close contact with our committees, it would be lovely for this system (where we have invested a significant amount of $$) to take on some of the burden, instead of leaving it on our shoulders. ...work smarter, not harder...

While we are shifting to the use of post by payment in CSuite and will now be entering the "full award" amount for our multi-year or semester scholarships, we understood that it would only display that semester's installment amount as tied to the follow-up form for the upcoming semester. Instead, it's still displaying the entire award amount to the student which causes confusion for them. I understand it's possible to now add other shared fields into the form to pull 'installment 1, 2, 3, etc.' but that is going to require me to build additional forms based on year or…

  16. I would like all grants to go through each status without skipping one. Please add a submit button and a complete button to the internal process applications. This will allow us to choose where we would like the application to move on the dashboard.

  17. It would be really helpful to have a timestamp added to the 'Initial Submit Date' custom column, so we can see the submission time. We have just closed a grant round, and had an application sneak through after the deadline, but unless we go into the submission log for each individual application we have no way of identifying which one it is!

  18. Year-end receipts - When we print year-end receipts for donors in bulk, it would be very helpful to be able to export the file as a Word file, rather than only as a PDF. Word is so much easier for editing page ends, in the event the donor has a long list of donations. Thank you!

  19. We currently have 3 administrators. The first administrator views each submitted application and then moves it to the complete status for the next 2 administrators to complete their reviews. We would like to see if an auto generated email could be set up to alert the other administrators when that application has been moved into the complete bucket.

  20. the most recent upgrade got rid of the key icon in the upper right hand corner of a user's profile and i liked to propose it (or something similar) be added back. It was extremely helpful to have a visual indicator on the main screen of the user profile of if the user had system access or not. A color-coded indicator (green for access, red for no access) would be an improvement on the previous dark grey/light grey key icon.

    The icon wouldn't need to be functional (like it used to be) now that the toggle for turning access on/off…
