  1. It would be helpful if, in the donor portal, it was clear to the fundholder that the Description field is visible to grantees but the Notes field is visible only internally. We have donors enter info in Notes that they want the grantee to see (e.g. "Thanks for all you do, from Joe Smith"), and we have to choose to copy it into the Grant Description field (labor intensive) or ignore it.

  2. Send one Donation Notify and Grant Notify email per day summarizing gift activity or grant activity for that fund that day rather than, in some cases, dozens of transactional emails.

  3. It would be super nice if our Donor Portal fund advisors had the same, great search experience that we do in Community Suite. As it is now, they have to type the grantee name exactly for it to come up in the list. For example we'd like them to be able to type "Cancer" and all the grantees with that name appear for them to choose their favorite. Thanks for the consideration!

  4. Allow/Require Donor to choose Grant Type on Fund Advisor Portal in every grant they make.

    Many donors give to orgs that have multiple aspects to their mission. Example - the YMCA provides youth development, housing, food access, climate etc. Currently, C Suite allows for only a default Grant Type (on Grantee record) to be applied to each Grant to that org - which doesn't drill down to the real purpose of the grant.

Currently on the Donor Portal when the fund is a scholarship, the Total Grants amount on the Home page shows $0, even though the Grants From The Fund page shows all scholarships granted from the fund. It is confusing to our donors to originally see that $0 grants have been made from the fund, but then click in a different tab and see all of the scholarships/grants that have gone out of the fund. Can these two areas be connected?

  7. Our fund advisors would like to be able to see the In Memory of/In Honor of fields as well as the Recognition field of a donation. I would hope this would be an easy add to the fund advisor permissions.

  8. It would be helpful if the "phone" field in the grant request section of the donor portal was not required, similar to "email." Donor advisors are unable to enter a grant for a new organization if they don't have a phone number of if the donor advisor doesn't know the phone number.

  9. Our old software isolated recurring grants in the donor portal which was very helpful for the donors/fundholders. It would be great if the donor/fundholder didn't need to scroll down on the grants tab to view recurring grants in the middle of multiple rows of grants listed but instead have a separate tab to "manage/view recurring grants".

  11. In the Donor Portal, from Recommend a Grant tab, there's a highlighted alert that reads: NOTE: There is an active grant catalog happening. You can give here.

    Let's make this field editable so that folks who've changed the name of their Grant Catalog can offer consistent language for fund advisors.

  13. Once a Fund Advisor submits a grant request, the information submitted in the Notes area is no longer visible to them. This prevents the Fund Advisor from having any visibility later on to ensure they provided correct instructions or wishes for their grant. Please make this a viewable field in the portal.

  14. The graphs on the fund advisor portal are great....except that we do not share donation amounts with the fund advisor. If you hold your cursor over the graph for donations, it shows the amount. Could we have the option to turn this off? Or have more options about what we could have on each portal? It might be nice for some just to have their grant history. The graphs are very impressive & we think our advisors will appreciate the visual.

  15. We were very excited to see Tribute Names show up on the fund advisor portal behind the donation description.

    However, now that you implemented the Non-Notify Tribute, the non-notify name is no longer showing up on the Fund Advisor Portal in Contribution Details.

    Even if there is no one to notify, we still want to make that information available to our fund holders.

  16. For donors who give to many orgs, it could take a lot of scrolling to get to the Grants listing under the Grantee Summary. It’d be great to have a jump link to skip from the top of the page to the top of the Grants listing.

  17. Donor portal - list vouchers in date order rather than by individual/organization. Many of my fund advisors want to see vouchers by date order rather than by individual/organization. I know you can export this information to get it in date order; however, it would be better if the Vouchers tab looked similar to the Contributions tab - in date order.

  18. Ability for a Fund Advisor to create an installment or multi-year grant in the system like Recurring grants are done. Currently only communicated in Description or Notes and requires manual setup in the grant record.

    Provide greater visibility for installment grants in the Fund Advisor Portal other than leaving the grant in the Approved status until fully paid. Allow Fund Advisors to see when future grant installments will be paid.

  20. Please remove the newly added feature of the attached Fund Advisor listing as the donor that now accompanies the fund name with interfund transfer gifts. The global hide donor name and information is not suitable for our community needs. We manage many funds where access to donor information is not only based on the fund but at the donor level. Please consider improvements that would allow community foundations the option to offer global adjustment if needed like our partners in Canada and also implement customization at the donor level for other format needs.
