Enhancement to templates
Desired change: Enhance how organization contact name / address is processed in templates
Currently: there is not a field that will pull the contact name AND the organization name for our donation letters. Any field I use to include organization name creates a blank space when the donor does not have an organization listed.
For donation letters I would like to include at the top of each letter:
Donors Name (Mr. and Mrs. John Smith)
Organization Name IF APPLICABLE (Food Pantry)
Street Address (123 Main Street)
City State Zip (Toledo, OH 43604)
A person's title would also be ideal but I'd settle for an Organization name. This functionality is already supported in printing of envelopes but I've been told that there is no capability currently to use whatever the envelope fields are in donation letter templates. PLEASE help! Not having this causes me to copy and paste for EVERY letter.

Related- in Grant letters- We use "Mailing Label" and "Organization" in our address block- but if Mailing Label is Blank, Csuite enters the Organization. This leads to quite a bit of editing once the grant letters are run.

This is important, especially when mailing grant checks. I don't want to send a grant check to just anyone at an organization, I want it to go to a specific person.
Currently, handwriting the individual's name on the typed envelope is easier/quicker than typing on to the envelope. (not very professional) -

We resolved this issue by ensuring that the mailing label in the Profile is left blank; addr. name merge fields will default to the org name. Then we use the {{org_contact_label}} and
{{addr.name}} in the donation letter to pull in both the org contact and the org name fields.

It would be extremely helpful to also include the person's title for letters.

I haven't been able to get this to work either. And what makes it more frustrating is that the envelopes print perfectly. Can we use whatever fields the envelopes are using in the donation letters?

I believe you can do that now. You can use {{addr.name}} and {{org_contact_label}}

On a donation template, it would be great to be able to pull the Organization's name AND the contact person's name at that organization to include in the addressee information at the top of the letter.
