Please allow us to Turn Off Recurring Grants in Fund Holder Portal
we do not have the capacity to monitor this - please give us the option to turn it off, thanks!

Due to the release of the Portal in the sandbox (August in Live sites), requests related to the legacy fund advisor system are being moved to not planned. Foundant plans to sunset the legacy fund advisor portal on 4/1/2025.

Currently in the Donor Portal, there is the option to make a 'recurring grant' in the Grant Request tab. Some Foundations may offer this option, but our Foundation currently does not for a variety of reasons. It looks like the 'recurring grant' checkbox is built into the CSuite software and can't be hidden or removed. However, it's confusing for our portal users because the box is in the portal even though we try our best to explain that we don't support that option and they shouldn't check the box to make a recurring grant. I propose that we create an option for Foundations to hide this feature in the portal, so that if a Foundation doesn't support the option it will be removed from a portal user's view.

We do not allow fund advisors to recommend recurring grants. It would be nice to be able to remove the checkbox for recurring grants on the Grant Request tab in the Donor Portal.
