Donation Notes - viewable in donation history
It would be great if a fund advisor could view notes made on a donation. We have a new fund where many donors have left very nice memorial notes on their donations, but the fund advisor can't view them. I have to go in and export them to excel and send them in a report.
The fund was created in memory of his late wife and it would be nice for him to see those notes instead of having to wait for me to send a report.

Yes, please. This would ensure messages are getting out timely from the donor to the fund advisor.
We do need to be careful that no information goes to the fund advisor on an anonymous gift that was not intended by the donor. For that reason, I like Jenny's idea of having two fields that are clearly marked as notes to internal staff only and notes to fund.

I just contacted support about this exact issue. This is something we would really like to see as well. Our donors want their notes to go to the fund advisors and our fund advisors want to see these personal notes. This would be an extremely valued enhancement.

Yes. Please. We have recently had a donations to different funds where some beautiful notes were left. It would be nice if the Fund Advisor could view these.

Please make Donation Notes entered by online donors to be seen by fund advisors.

Yes - or please add to "Special Instructions or Notes" in both the Donor Portal and Donation Portal that this field is internal only and does not get seen by the recipient or grantee.
