Recurring donation description on tax receipt
We recently launched CSuite and noticed that when donors create a recurring donation online, neither the email they receive nor the tax receipt are customizable in a way to indicate that the donation is recurring. I think a simple solution to this would be to update the "description" field to say "recurring online donation" instead of just "online donation" when donors select recurring. If it's possible to also include the end date (if the donor specified an end date), that would be great too!
We will likely still choose to follow-up with new recurring donors, but we received a lot of inquiries from donors who had to re-enroll as recurring donors after migrating to CS wondering if they had correctly set up a recurring donation, as there is no indication of this.
