Delete Default Templates
I created a template I need to delete. I can't delete it because it is the default, and there is no other template in that category. We just don't need one in that category. But having one bad one isn't great either - I just want to delete it.

9/3/2024:Templates: Added the ability to delete templates. User will select the template id and delete from the left hand menu. Delete will not be allowed for fund statements.

We have older templates that are no longer applicable and because they were used we can't delete them, but if we could also be able to "Archive" the templates that would help keep the template list cleaner with only current templates that are in use.

Yes, I would like this ability as well. After 3 careful years of testing everything first in our Sandbox, I accidentally loaded a new template type in our Live database because I thought sure it was something we wanted to take advantage of. But our teams don't actually want to utilize the grant award letter at this time, so I would prefer to remove it so that it doesn't accidentally get emailed out. I can only replace the template because the system believes I need a default.

You can delete a template if it’s not a default one but you can't if it is the default. I accidently created two templates we will never use because I didn't understand what I was creating and now I can't delete them out of the template list.
