Financial Filter: Add "Admin Fee Group" and "Admin Fee Type"
We use Admin Fee Group to group multiple funds by fund advisor in order to apply graduated admin fees.
When asked to provide a financial report for a particular admin fee group or admin fee type, we currently run an admin fee export, manually isolate the applicable fee group, and then XLOOKUP financial information for each fund.
This manual workaround is time-consuming and inefficient. Having "Admin Fee Group" and "Admin Fee Type" available as Financial Filters would streamline reporting and be a huge timesaver.

Improving the Grant Approver Process
As a large foundation, we believe the proper way to manage grant approvers is by allowing specific users authority at the fund level. More specifically, this is almost always based on Fund Group, SubGroup, Division, or Segment. It’s very difficult to manage this, though. When assigning approvers, you have to manually choose each fund they can approve, one by one. There’s no way to filter the list of funds, and there’s no batch update function. Other than being time consuming, this can lead to certain funds being missed when making changes. In addition, there are times when all grant approvers for a particular fund are out of the office, which puts grants on hold unnecessarily. To alleviate this, we have a couple of suggestions, but other approaches are welcome. We simply want something that makes this less cumbersome and less susceptible to error.
First, if we be really helpful if we could filter the list of funds in Grant Approvers by Fund Group, SubGroup, Division, or Segment. That alone would be dramatically improve the approval process, assuming the “All” specification applies to the filtered list.
For temporary grant approvals when someone is absent, it would be great if there was a function where we could specify replacing person 1 with person 2 on all funds, with a scheduled start date and end date. That way if someone is known to be out of the office, we can have someone else replace them during their absence.
Those are just suggestions, but alleviating the issues are our main concern.

Add Donation Type: Properties
Please add a new Donation Type as "Properties" with a sell function similar to Public Securities entry and sell processing. Our foundation receives donated properties that must be "sold" that have gain/loss that needs to offset on the correct asset general ledger account. This would be a huge help to the Finance Department.

DAFPay | Opt-out
We would like the ability to remove or block connections with DAFpay. Currently the block occurs after a donor has linked their portal to Chariot's (without our permission or visibility). Instead, that block should exist at the start of the donor's attempt to connect DAFpay to CSuite's donor portal. We feel this is key for maintaining data/donor security.

Login As --Removes user's existing login
I know that Login As was intended to bounce the user out of their own CSuite login when used; however, I would ask that you reconsider this approach. From a Customer Service perspective, this is a nightmare. We most often use Login As when on the phone with a Fund Advisor (and now could be anyone with portal access), to help them troubleshoot either getting into the system or working with the system. If we then have to answer any questions that require us to be logged into CSuite ourselves, the portal user has to wait while the customer service user opens a new browser, goes through MFA and logs into CSuite. But, oh, guess what? They are now logged out of Login As.
Secondly, for any organization that uses a default browser and/or a password manager, we now have to maintain browser short cuts, password manager log in and MFA in two separate browsers! This is a lot to manage--especially when you have a customer on the phone.
We had previously had no problem proxying as a Fund Advisor and keeping our own version of CSuite open. We really need to have that ability back in the new portal, so that we are able to service our customers effectively.
The final issue with this is basic ability to validate and troubleshoot our own externally facing site. I'm trying to simply walk through the site to document updates and I can only do so without being logged into CSuite at the same time? How do we validate what is displayed vs what we see in Csuite? In the 10 minutes that I have been trying to document requirements, I have had to log into Csuite about 4 times now. This is not a good customer experience!!

All Record of Recurring Grants are Deleted by Fund Advisor in Portal
We just discovered with the new portal that when a fund advisor clicks "Cancel Recurring Grant", all record of the recurring grant is deleted out of the system. This is WAY too much access for the fund advisor to have. If they accidentally delete it, we can't view logs to see when it occurred or retrieve attached files to the recurring grant.
Please allow us the ability to turn off certain features in the portal (like cancelling a recurring grant) for fund advisors if we don't want to take the risk of information being deleted without our consent. These types of logs and records are critical support and backup that we provide to our auditors, and without it, we are in a very bad position from documentation for our audit. At the very least, allowing us to "approve" a cancellation would be ideal, as I could see a fund advisor accidentally clicking "Cancel" and it provides no warnings.

Ability to select the same beneficiary more than once when configuring percentages (Same Beneficiary, Different Purpose)
It would be helpful to be able to select the same beneficiary more than once when setting up percentages in the fund. The beneficiary may have separate purposes and percentages. For accuracy and staying within the parameters of the text limits this would be very helpful to users. A previous idea has been archived. Please consider this.

Entering Guest Information on Campaign Ticket should be REQUIRED
Currently when someone registers or purchases a ticket for an event it asks for the purchaser's information before hitting "Submit". AFTER hitting submit, it shows "Add Guest Information". Most guests do not fill this out.
It would be ideal if guest information was REQUIRED before the "Submit" button (example: 3 slots for guest information if there were 3 tickets with 1 seat each selected).
The initial entering of "Your Information" before the "Submit" button should have the option to customize which fields are required. It automatically requires First & Last name, Email, and Phone. What if we need address to send mail to after the event?

Add New CSuite Profile Matching Options
When matching CSuite profiles and looking for duplicates, please add:
1) Conditional Logic (If/Then) – Use conditional logic and allow Users to choose which fields (name, address, email, phone) to use, and to set the order of those fields (Ex: If name matches, then match on address).
2) Match on Address – Recognize and flag profiles with the same address on the duplicate screen.
3) Fuzzy Matching – Recognize slight differences in names (Bob/Robert), and addresses (1234 E Elm St/1234 East Elm Street) and other information due to spelling variations, abbreviations, and typos.

Multiple Funds Linked to an Opportunity
It would be nice to have the Fund field on Opportunities to be able to link to multiple funds. We have several donors with more than one fund, and opposed to setting up an opportunity for each fund, we'd like to have one opportunity for stewardship per profile.

Customize Event/Ticket Registration Fields
Allow additional information to be gathered when people are registering for events. Information such as dietary needs, guest age, consenting to/ understanding guidelines, etc. would be handy.

Show Deleted Profiles in the Log
Have the log show the name, ID and date whenever a profile is deleted. Our admin needs an audit trail of all MAC (move, add, change) activities in the log.

Automate Spendable Calculation
When working with Endowment Funds we have to remember to calculate the spendable balances for the fund each year. It would be great if Csuite allowed you to set a date that spendable balances were automatically calculated for you.

Choose Alternate Email for Statement Delivery
It would be helpful to be able to select an Alternate Email that Statements are sent to through the Fund Advisor designation like is possible for Donation Notify and Grant Notify. It would be even more helpful if we could select email delivery addresses for all three (Statement, Donation Notify and Grant Notify) on a fund-by-fund basis within the Fund Advisor designation. We have many people who have both work and personal connections to funds and would prefer not to comingle their communications.

Easy Campaign Filtering
It is difficult to sort through RSVPs on a Campaign Page via the Profile tab. It is inefficient to go to a reports to just to easily see the RSVP Yes/No profiles. It would be much better to sort ascending/descending on the Campaign page like a Report.

Grant Notify for Internal Grants
Currently, when a fund advisor submits a grant request that is fulfilled via an internal grant (a transfer to another fund within the same foundation), the Grant Notify email is not triggered upon posting the internal transfer check.
This creates an inconsistency in the donor experience:
Fund advisors receive Donation Notify emails when their fund receives an internal grant
But they do not receive Grant Notify emails when their fund gives an internal grant
This lack of communication may cause confusion for fund advisors, especially if they are used to receiving confirmations for external grants.
Request:
Please enable the Grant Notify email to trigger when an Internal Grant Transfer Check is posted, so fund advisors are notified of all posted grants—internal or external. This change would ensure consistent communication and transparency for fund advisors engaging in internal giving.

It would be great if we could create sub-folders within reports beyond just having categories - such as by user name, or at the very least, making the different categories collapsible or expandable.

Recurring Grants
Recurring Grants needs some work!
When viewing an existing recurring grant, Delete is too close to Edit.
When clicking Delete, there needs to be a confirmation warning that a user does intend to delete this recurring grant.
If a recurring grant is deleted, the record should be moved to the Closed section of Recurring Grants or a new section called Deleted. Currently, it's just - poof - gone. Even when there was a grant history tied to that recurring grant.
Fund advisors have the ability to cancel recurring grants in the portal. They need a confirmation warning that they are about to delete a recurring grant.
When a fund advisor deletes a recurring grant, it causes the recurring grant record to disappear from Csuite, too. Again, deleting a recurring grant should move it to the Closed or Deleted tab, so the history of the grants that were created from that recurring grant remains.
A notification needs to be sent to foundation staff when a fund advisor deletes a recurring grant.
