  1. Stripe duplicates

    Currently, online donations via Stripe create a New Profile if the donor enters different data in any of these four fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email. For orgs that receive numerous online gifts, the duplicates can quickly become a nightmare. We suggest the Stripe-CSuite data matching be modified to look for a match on 2 of 3 fields - say, last name, street address or email address, to reduce the number of duplicate profiles.

    Please also:
    - add 'date created', and the ability to sort by date created in the duplicates form
    -devise a bulk de-deduping process

    It would be great if we could have a way to organize the files attached to a fund or profile... some type of folder feature?

  3. Duplicate Memorial/Honorarium Profiles Created

    Please give us the option to choose an existing profile for a memorial/honor contact INSTEAD of creating a new profile every time. This wastes our time later because we have to merge profiles. Thanks!

  4. duplicate merge

    When merging a duplicate with two identical addresses, merged profile should only include one address, as it does with email or phone numbers.

  5. Income statement - YTD over YTD comparison

    We appreciate being able to run YOY comparisons, but we would like the ability to do a little more fine-tuning of the dates for comparative purposes. Currently, we can only run a full year comparison (or a full year vs a partial year).

    As an example, what if we wanted to run a YTD report for Q3... and compare that to the same YTD period for the prior year?

    If we try and enter 1/1/2018 - 9/30/2019 and select YOY, we get a report comparing a full year to a partial year. It shows us figures for 1/1/2018 - 12/31/2018…

  6. Test System Emails Before Sending

    We need a way to test send emails from the system, particularly those that go with fund statements. Even though we can see the preview in Content, this doesn't simulate how different email providers will handle the email. Both times we've sent out our quarterly fund statements, despite our best efforts, we realize a mistake only after seeing it hit fund advisors' actual inboxes.

  7. Formatted 1099s

    It would be terrific if the system could spit out the information for 1099-MISC in a format that could be printed directly on the forms!

  8. Default Grant Fields

    Service Area, Grant Type (for which we use NTEE codes), and Grant Advisor must be entered for every grant. It would be helpful if the Service Area and Grant Type were default based on the profile of the grantee, and the Grant Advisor were default based on the fund.

  9. Add option to have multiple tributes per donation

    Currently, it is only possible to add 1 tribute per donation in Community Suite. Is there a way to add the ability to apply multiple tributes? And have them pulled into the acknowledgement letter template?

  10. Detailed general ledger report

    It would be very helpful to have a detailed general ledger report of all the transactions for a particular fund or set of funds to review data. Most systems have a report that is often requested by auditors and fundholders to get a complete picture of all the detailed line items that have gone into their fund.

    This report would make it easier to review data.

  11. Deceased Fund Advisor

    I recently discovered that marking a profile deceased did not prevent donation notification emails from being sent to this fund advisor. Knowing this now, I will always delete a deceased profile's fund advisor access as well as marking their profile deceased. However, it would be very helpful if after a profile is marked deceased, the system would refer to that and not send any automated emails to that profile. Thanks for considering!

  12. Csuite files: Add "create folder" ability to funds/Donor Portal files

    Would it be possible to add the ability to have folders for funds and within the Donor Portal? We are finding the ability to add files useful, but having the ability to organize files into folders would be more efficient and make the files easier to find. Thanks!

  13. split payments

    Split payments to multiple funds in one screen
    We will have donors give to 20+ funds in one payment. It would be great to be able to split the payments in one screen with drop downs for each fund and amount applied. Currently, there are too many steps in the split payment process with the potential of errors.

  14. zip codes

    The new zip code feature is not efficient. The auto-fill feature of the zip code was helpful. Now it is gone. This means, the problem for a few is now the problem for all. In that I now have to take time to enter the citystatezip for all profiles. How about, let's keep the autofill zip code feature and provide the option to change the citystate from that same window. That would be helpful.

  15. Bank reconcile - approvals and log

    For stronger internal controls, our auditors recommended the addition of two pieces to the Bank Reconciliation process in CSuite:

    1. Approvals, to support our actual workflow. We have one team member that reconciles the account, and another that approves the work. It would be wonderful if we could enable approvals like we can with Vouchers or other areas of the system.

    2. Log, showing the date/time and username who processed the bank rec. If approvals were turned on it could document when each step happened. Rather than only being able to see a history report that it was done, we need to…

  16. Multiple Donation Entry

    Would be FANTASTIC to be able to enter a batch of donations, review them on a report and post as a batch, rather than having to post after each donation ( to create a deposit in the till )

  17. Sandbox Sync Date

    It would be nice to know when the last time the sandbox was synced. It could be a simple status line System Data. Better yet, maybe something that everyone could see, like in the red "this is your test site" line - "this is your test site (mm/dd/yy)". But having access to it anywhere would be great.

    The ability to search existing profiles when submitting a name in the box: "Whom to Notify". Currently, when we type a name here, it generates a new profile, even if the individual is already in our system.

  19. Search profiles by address

    In addition to searching profiles by name, it would be helpful to be able to search by address. We often find duplicates that happened or profiles created and not linked to their household because a person's name was slightly different on the checks from one account than another, or because they were listed as Mrs. John Smith on the joint check and Jane Smith on their individual check. If we could check by address, we would probably catch more of these.

  20. Recurring Donation Login

    It would be nice if recurring donors could login or follow a link in their monthly receipt email that would allow them to edit or cancel their recurring donations instead of having to call our office to make any changes or stop their donations.
