I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  2. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

  4. Have the log show the name, ID and date whenever a profile is deleted. Our admin needs an audit trail of all MAC (move, add, change) activities in the log.

  6. As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.

    We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

  7. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign…

  9. You can set a primary contact for an organization. But there is no way to pull that into a report. We prefer not to set the contact on the actual organization profile because it then prints that name on a check. There is no way to pull primary contact as a field in a report. It would be great if this was a reportable field so we can create effective and efficient contact lists.

Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite.   12. Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.

    When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

  13. Can a function be created to sync a new Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag? Right now, a new Mailchimp tag has to be created for each Csuite campaign causing clutter in Mailchimp. For reoccurring newsletters, having the option to sync individual campaigns into the same tag would be very helpful.

  14. Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

  15. Tribute bucket in donations should show the number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses at the top of the page, next to the word Tribute, similar to the Receipt bucket and how it shows the number of donations that are done being reviewed and need their tax receipt sent.

  16. Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  17. There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.

  18. Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.

    This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

  19. One of the most limiting things about using Foundant is the lack of connectivity to other platforms that we all use. Even in cases where there is some integration (like with MailChimp) that integration is extremely limited.

    I found those ideas all via one quick search in the Idea Lab for the word "integrate." I bet there are many other requests that could also be solved this way.

  20. Currently, journal entries are displayed sorted by debit and credit values, which makes it difficult to review and approve entries efficiently.

    When comparing entries against the entry spreadsheet, which lists them in the order of journal entry ID, the current sorting method disrupts the sequence and increases the likelihood of oversight or error. This misalignment between the system view and the entry format complicates the review process and slows down approvals.
