  1. When printing multiple page financial reports, we need to have the column headings print at the top of the column on each page for ease of reading. It is impossible to know what each column is for once you print more than one page.

    For example, if I print an fund audit report for multiple funds, you cannot tell what the columns on the second page are reporting.

  2. You can set a primary contact for an organization. But there is no way to pull that into a report. We prefer not to set the contact on the actual organization profile because it then prints that name on a check. There is no way to pull primary contact as a field in a report. It would be great if this was a reportable field so we can create effective and efficient contact lists.

  3. Have the log show the name, ID and date whenever a profile is deleted. Our admin needs an audit trail of all MAC (move, add, change) activities in the log.

  4. Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.

    When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

  5. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  6. Can a function be created to sync a new Csuite campaign into an already existing Mailchimp tag? Right now, a new Mailchimp tag has to be created for each Csuite campaign causing clutter in Mailchimp. For reoccurring newsletters, having the option to sync individual campaigns into the same tag would be very helpful.

When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign…

  8. Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

  9. Tribute bucket in donations should show the number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses at the top of the page, next to the word Tribute, similar to the Receipt bucket and how it shows the number of donations that are done being reviewed and need their tax receipt sent.

  10. Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  11. Currently, when a fund advisor submits a grant request that is fulfilled via an internal grant (a transfer to another fund within the same foundation), the Grant Notify email is not triggered upon posting the internal transfer check.

    This creates an inconsistency in the donor experience:

    Fund advisors receive Donation Notify emails when their fund receives an internal grant

    But they do not receive Grant Notify emails when their fund gives an internal grant

    This lack of communication may cause confusion for fund advisors, especially if they are used to receiving confirmations for external grants.

Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite.   13. Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.

    This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

  14. Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

  15. One of the most limiting things about using Foundant is the lack of connectivity to other platforms that we all use. Even in cases where there is some integration (like with MailChimp) that integration is extremely limited.

    I found those ideas all via one quick search in the Idea Lab for the word "integrate." I bet there are many other requests that could also be solved this way.

  16. There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.

  17. Bring back the ability to pull all fund statements for funds under a specific fund advisor. Previous to the revamp of the fund statement workflow, there was an ability to select the Fund Statement ID for the specific month or quarter and to select "Print Individual." We could then generate a PDF file of all fund statements for that time period associated with a particular fund advisor. There is no way to do this in the new workflow, but we constantly have fund advisors calling and requesting all the fund statements for their funds. For those fund advisors managing more…

  20. Right now people only have the option to "purchase" the ticket to indicate that they are RSVP-ing "Yes". It would be extremely helpful to have some way for people to indicate that they RSVP "No."

    The "RSVP" field under a campaign currently populates based on Yes/No they have responded (bought a ticket) as opposed to Yes/No if they are attending.

    My larger hope would be that this field is used to see either:

    1) they RSVP'ed "yes" and plan to attend,
    2) they RSVP'ed "no" and cannot attend, or
    3) they have not RSVP'ed at all

    Perhaps there could be…
