  1. REPOSTING Rhonda Page's Idea: For bulk year-end emailed receipts, correct auto-email message so not a string of numbers
    We would like the option to add content for bulk email for year-end receipts. There is no option currently to edit the content or the subject of the email. Currently, the content of the email is:

    Attached is your 2022010120221231 tax receipt summary.

    The subject is:
    Subject: Yearly Tax Receipt

    Our fear is donors won't open the email.

  2. Add household engagement strategy as a field option in reports on fund advisor reports. Right now, you can only see individual profile engagement strategies for fund advisors, and we keep the engagement strategy on households to avoid duplications in mailings. Thanks!

  3. All funds, even closed funds are required to have a checking account. However, if a checking account is listed on any fund, that account can't be closed when the bank account is no longer in use. We are running into an issue where we have a bank account that has been closed, but there are many (44) old, closed funds that have it listed as the checking account, so the account can't be closed in Csuite. While I can reopen and change the checking account on the closed funds, this is time consuming and I still have to change it…

  6. It would be very helpful to create a Kanban board for ALL tasks with the ability to sort by status, who is assigned, priority, task type, due date, etc. This will help assignees to stay on track and leadership to see what everyone is working on.

  8. Homer CF would like the option to create a grant without assigning a specific fund so an award letter can be issued to the grantee.

    Next steps would be to add the fund, post grant, move forward in buckets accordingly.

  12. The new advisor donate button (next to the create grant request button) on the portal only allows one-time donations. The only way to set up recurring donations is through the Giving Hub. Please make it so you can also set up recurring donations.

  13. I really appreciate the ability to customize campaigns with full HTML functionality. It has made our event pages look polished and visually engaging.

    That said, I’ve run into an issue with the Location field. Since this field is required to appear on ticket receipts, it would be much more intuitive for it to display at the top of the campaign page alongside the date and time. Currently, it appears at the very bottom of the page, where it’s easy to miss and not particularly useful for attendees.

  14. I feel like the donation tax receipt area is a bit confusing. I think it might be easier to understand that you "sent" out the receipt with a check box instead of an "unsend" once receipt is sent. It confuses me every time. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the wording is just a bit tricky.

  15. We have many donors who are entering their prefix (Mr/Mrs/Ms) to the "Suffix" field in the Giving Hub. I'm shocked that these aren't fields that we can customize in the Giving Hub Settings/Content pages. Or why isn't "Prefix" field being used already? Why have one and not the other?

    The Giving Hub check out page as it is currently configured is importing names incorrectly, and is causing a lot of data clean up work. We can't mail a thank you letter to John Doe Mr. - and what if a donor wants to put his name in as Mr. John…

  16. A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

  17. It would be great if the Import Donations file had options/fields to add Advisor information. When there are giving campaigns such us Giving Days, we receive multiple donations through a third party. EX: Colorado Gives Day donations are done through Colorado Gives Foundation. We would like to import the donations individually but Colorado Gives Foundation needs to be the primary donor and the individual donors are the advisors. Thank you!

  18. We would like to enable the “interest types” option in fund advisor portal. However, we have several grant types/interest types that we don’t want displayed publicly, and according to support you either have to display all or nothing. It would be great if there could be a "make public" checkbox or something on that order, so you could fill in the public display name and check whether or not you want that grant type displayed in the portal or not.

  19. Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

  20. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!
