Custom Reports: Fund balances on a prior date
In Custom Reports, please have the option to filter dates with Current Fundbalance and Current Principal. I realize this option is in Financials, but we run various reports that we need the fund balance, principal with different dates.

Journal entry approval
It would be good to have the option to add the name of the approver to a journal entry report to show that it was approved. It is currently not a merge field for reporting.

Add voucher date or payment date to fund statement fields to be added into fund statement templates
Currently, on the fund statement templates, under the grants options, you can only pull in grant date and not the actual payment/voucher date. Our fundholders look at the statements like bank reconciliations so the payment/voucher date would be helpful as sometimes our grant date is a week before the payment is made.

I'm new to this software and find our current RSVP process super cumbersome for donors, especially for events that require meal selections. The webpage requires adding the guest to the "cart" then we expect donors to go back and select meal options. Not sure if this is whether the process would be streamlined if we added an events module, or if perhaps we just don't know how to set things up correctly. A more user-friendly donor registration experience is highly desirable!

Chart of Accounts list - export to Excel; sort within CSuite
Please add the option to export the chart of accounts from Home > Accounts and the option to sort by different fields within Csuite. Both are basic functions of every other accounting system I've worked with. Need for audit, creating new accounts (currently have to review multiple COA categories to determine if number is in use), and for analysis.

Bring back the option to exclude scholarship fees for individual scholarships
Please bring back the option to exclude individual scholarships from being charge a scholarship fee.
We just found out that this is no longer available. When we have to redo a scholarship, and depending on the reason for the reissue, we do not always charge a scholarship fee,
It was so convenient when, all we needed to do was click on 'exclude' on the scholarship screen. We have been informed that we now have to do journal entries or modify the admin fee settings.

Canceled grant notification
When grants are canceled after submission, can the donor receive an email confirmation to confirm? Some have called us to confirm that the grant was canceled on our end.

Campaigns: Add the Campaign Group as a field when looking at Profiles in a Campaign
Along with "RSVP", "Attended", etc. columns, add one for the "Group" so it is visible at the full list of profiles level w/i the Campaign.

Fund Advisor Portal - Grant Requests Approval
When a Grant Request submitted online through the Fund Advisor Portal, we require two signatures from the organization submitting the grant request. Similar to the grant approval process in C-Suite, currently the fund advisor portal does not have a dual authorization process which causes us to reach out via phone/email for a second approval.

Creating multiple reports from one report/database
When using an existing report, it would be nice to be able to use that report with additional filters and be able to save that report as a "new" report. So in a sense, using the existing report as a "data set" and then be able to create multiple reports (from this existing report).

Online Grant Request
It would be great to have a field on the grant request section of the advisor portal that is fully customizable and that you have to check if you want that particular advisor to see it on their page.
For example, we have a number of funds that receive a company match for grants they request. If I could add a note on their portal about the match that would be great. But I would want the option to check a box to have that displayed on certain advisors so it's not listed on all.

combined report campaigns
Combined campaign report with registration revenues and donations. Right now, you can only pull 1 or the other and fund advisors do not understand that breakdown.

notes on campaign ticket
Internal area for csuite user to add ticket notes or edit ticket notes to a ticket purchased not through the online donation portal. For example, the contact information for a sponsor bringing guests to an event with 4 seats and a payment has been entered by a csuite admin.

Profile, add Address 3 for department
Add Address 3 to be able to include Department or Building. When adding it to the other lines is gets quite long.

Option to Change Subject Heading on Emails for Grant Notices
As it appears right now, when I "Process Documents" in the Documents bucket to send the award notice to grantees, the subject heading reads 'Grant Letter' I have to change each batch to make it more personalized. Is there any way for us to be able to customize the headings of these emails?

Bulk complete tasks
From the task list, you should be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

Fund Advisor Portal settings for on demand service - mobile grant recommend & name successors
I was just recently on a Fidelity site and saw a couple of cool options for on-demand service for fund advisors. A mobile-friendly option where grants can be made via a mobile device and the option to name a successor via their portal. Re the successor - would likely have to give us flexibility in language used and somehow capture signature or consent or something, but interesting idea ...

Customize Donor Portal
We would like the option to make modifications to the Donor Portal so during our Giving to Lincoln month, donors who are making grants to participating nonprofits from their donor advised fund can log in and select from the Grantees they've given to in the past, they can then select a check box that this is for Give to Lincoln Day. We could then add the NPOs that are participating in CSuite and this NPOs would pull over to the portal as participating NPOs for our giving day.
