  1. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  3. Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

  7. When changing a grantee after having ran the Charity Check in C-suite, it would be great that the Charity Status Check gets cleared with the change as right now it keeps the date from the previous grantee and doesn't stop you from pushing the grant to GLM if using that function.

  8. It would be very beneficial if you could use the result of a set of search results as a "starting place" for a custom report. As an example (see attachment), I ran a Profiles List filtered by Engagement Strategy. It gave me a nice list of what I was looking for except for some custom fields I had added to the profiles. Now I want to simply add those custom fields to this set of search results. If I could save the search results as the start of my custom report, all I would have to do was add my…

  9. Can you add the "exclude from RevShare" tick box as an option for bulk editing funds? We want to bulk edit all of our legacy funds to exclude them from revshare and have to do it one by one currently.

  10. Can we incorporate the 30 cent transaction fee into the calculation when a donor chooses to cover the processing fee? We get a lot of questions as to why an amount of $99.70 was deposited, for example, and when we explain that the donor covered the fee, but there was an additional fee not covered, it just creates unnecessary confusion and time out of our day to explain. Seems like a simple adjustment.

  11. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  12. Could items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu, not only have the heart, but also appear in "red" font? This would help identify the anticipated next step from either the Donations/Receipt bucket or Donations/Tribute bucket.

  13. In an effort to clean up our database, we've been marking profiles as "inactive" if they don't meet recent activity requirements. We recently discovered that those inactive profiles aren't showing on the list of possible profiles when a donation is being entered; therefore, a duplicate profile was created. We would find it helpful if the inactive profile was still listed in the drop-down menu so we would know that it needed to be "reactivated" so the donation could be processed properly.

  14. It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.

  16. Please make the Grant Request button that appears on Grants AND Scholarships on the new Giving Hub OPTIONAL. The button is not needed for scholarships as they have an application process already (in most cases).

Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.

  19. We need to be able to have more than one Event Ticket Tab Name. We have 19 affiliates so it is not uncommon to have more than one event with tickets for sale happening at any given time. It would be nice if this Event Ticket Tab Name was somehow tied to the actual Campaign, this way for each affiliate, their event tickets for multiple events would each have their own tab name.

  20. It's great when we realize we posted a gift to the wrong donor (happens a few times during our Annual Give Day). While it's easily corrected, could there be a warning that you must also Edit the General Ledger information. This is a two part process.
