  1. Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

  3. The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.

    At this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

  4. My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.
    I am not talking about the donor choosing the wrong fund on their donor portal. I am talking about the Grant Request…

  5. When using an Opportunity Template, the only option is to print the letters, there's no option to email them. Please incorporate the option to email letters in batch (all records selected from the listing of open opportunities) for Opportunities.

  6. On grants related to the Grant Advisor field, the field prepopulates with an individual who has the Fund Advisor designation. It would be helpful for the field:
    to default to blank or a Fund Founder instead and
    contain the ability to list multiple people in the case of a fund with multiple founders.

  8. Not all, but some of our multi-year scholarships have GPA requirements that place students on probation for a semester. I would love for there to be a toggle or checkbox on the student's profile that would allow us to flag these students. Somewhat like an "alert" in Csuite. It would be helpful rather than keeping a separate list elsewhere.

  9. When running a custom report in CSuite, the default setting for Results per Page is 20 rows per page. For most use cases, this requires unnecessary pagination through what are often much larger data sets.

    Given the processing capabilities of modern devices, a higher default, such as 200 rows, would be easily manageable and would save staff significant time when reviewing or exporting report data.

  10. Currently, any staff member with access to view a profile can see all fields on that profile, including custom fields. This creates a challenge for foundations that want to store sensitive information, such as wealth screening data or estimated net worth in CSuite, but only want certain staff members to have visibility into those fields.

    We would like the ability to:

    1. Mark a custom field as restricted or private.
    2. Control which staff roles or individual users can view that field.
    3. Hide the field entirely from users who do not have the appropriate permission, rather than simply displaying a blank value.

  11. When a fund is marked as anonymous at the fund level, that setting applies to all grant requests by default. However, it's common for fund holders to occasionally want a specific grant to be non-anonymous. For example, when they want their information passed along to the receiving nonprofit.

    Currently, when a fund is not marked anonymous, the grant request form includes an "Anonymous" checkbox so the fund holder can make a specific grant anonymous. But the reverse does not exist: when a fund is marked anonymous, there is no "Not Anonymous" checkbox on the request form for the fund holder…

  12. When a prospective fund holder submits a Fund Request through the online form, that submission captures much of the information needed to begin drafting a fund agreement. Currently, there is no way to carry that information forward into a templated document without manual re-entry.
    We would like the ability to create a document template that pulls fields from a submitted Fund Request record and generates a first-draft fund agreement. This would:

    1. Reduce manual data re-entry for staff after a fund request is received.
    2. Standardize the initial fund agreement drafting process.
    3. Create a more seamless handoff from the intake stage to…

  13. Update the Cover the Credit Card Fee Option in the Giving Hub to be a setting on each fund rather than a universal Giving Hub setting.

    We turned this on for a corporate fund but not all fundholders want to offer this option.

  14. Currently audit only group access allows access to view logs, but not logs within a donation transaction for example. Open permissions so auditors can view the log from within the transaction.

  17. How are folks handling the "pledge" name for DAFs? Is there a way to rename that field to something like "future giving" to keep IRS compliance? That way the donor can still fulfill a "pledge" without calling it that

  18. Record monthly payments in bulk for invoices (loans) and record the deposit of the funds directly in the bank account. Payments are received by EFT with a PAD and are automatically withdrawn from the loan recipients accounts and deposited into our organizations bank account. It is too many steps to create a profile payment for each and then apply it to the invoice and then do a deposit.
