Make Fund Beneficiary Info Available in the Grantee Portal
Currently we give fund beneficiaries access as a fund advisor to the fund where they are the beneficiary. There are some funds that have multiple beneficiaries on one fund so it gets confusing for the different nonprofits. We have fixed this by now when setting up designated funds we set up one fund per beneficiary. Looking through Compass discussions everyone seems to deal with this in different ways.

Affiliate Portal Fund Balance Page: Add/Display Fund Group and/or Subgroup Column
On the Fund Balance page within an affiliate record, there's currently no way to see which fund group or fund subgroup a fund belongs to on that page. Adding an optional Fund Group or Subgroup column would help affiliates quickly categorize and distinguish their funds (fiscal sponsor, charitable remainder trust, agency, individual/family, etc.) without additional navigation.

Affiliate Portal Gifts Page - Add/Display Fund Name Column
When viewing the table displayed on the Gifts/Donations page on an affiliate record in the portal, there's currently no way to identify which fund a gift was directed to without running an export. Adding a Fund Name column directly to the gifts table would make this information immediately visible without the extra steps, which is a quick win for usability.

Income Statement Format
Due to large market swings of investment activity, the income statement can show confusing information. If a particular month has huge gains it could mask an issue where expenses exceed revenue. Moving realized and unrealized gains to a separate location on the income statement, the true performance of the foundation can be seen. We are attaching a sample income statement that we manually generate in excel. Besides segregating market gains and losses it would be wonderful to reflect the ending fund balance as well.

Transactional Admin Fee Maximum
It would be nice to be able to have a fund fee type of 1% of each donation received with a $1,000 minimum and $5,000 maximum annually, for example. We can currently accomplish the $1,000 minimum by assigning a 0% yearly fee with a $1,000 minimum (in addition to the 1% transactional fee). This fee looks back at transactional fees charged over the year and brings the total up to $1,000 if it isn't already. However, if a fund has already been charged over $5,000, I don't see an automated way to have a maximum fee on a transactional fee…

Grant Catalog Stripe Fee on Donation Report under Grants
We recently used the grant catalog for the first time to handle our Week of Giving Campaign. When I went into the grant after the week to put the donation report for each nonprofit and exported it as a CSV it does not include the "net of fee" amount or even just the stripe fee amount so that I can manually calculate the net amount. Can this field be added into the donation report.

Allow Multiple Promoted Fund Tiers/Groups on Donate Page
The current "Donate to a Fund" Giving Hub Page displays promoted Funds by default, with users able to view all non-private Funds by selecting "Show Additional Funds."
We would love the ability to further segment promoted Funds into two tiers/groups. Our preferred setup would be:
--Main page/default view: Internal Funds only ("Tier 1 Promoted")
--Additional tabs or sections beneath:

Add an In Kind Donation Import to the Auction Item Import
CSuite currently has the ability to import auction items into the campaigns module
Auction items are often donated and need to be entered as an In Kind donation
Could Donor information be added to the auction item upload to also create the in kind donations when the auction items are uploaded.
This could would eliminate the current need for double entry

Allow grant requests to be submitted when a fund's available cash balance is insufficient
Problem and use case:
Some DAF foundations/organizations operate in a model where grant requests are submitted before funds are transferred into the fund. The vetting, due diligence, and approval process must happen first, and the donor does not send money until after the grant has been approved. As a result, the fund will almost always carry an insufficient cash balance at the time a request is submitted.

Currently, DocuSign integration appears to be available in other Foundant products such as Grant Lifecycle Manager (GLM) and Scholarship Lifecycle Manager (SLM), but not within CSuite. This creates a gap in workflow efficiency for organizations that rely on CSuite for fund management, donor engagement, and grant processing.

General Ledger Selection by Year on Fund Profiles
In our previous software, we could simply select the year that we wanted to view for each fund in the general ledger by using a dropdown menu containing the year. Adding this option to fund profiles would be much easier and faster, and less cumbersome than running a general ledger search.

aging for A/R and A/P
Based on the many comments over the years of people asking for this I don't believe there is a full understanding of what we need. Attached is an example of the aging format that an auditor is requiring us to provide as of a fiscal or calendar year end (historical). This is something that we'd need for both A/R and A/P. Please provide reporting that allows us to pull historical data in this type of format.

DAF Internal Grant LYBUNT/SYBUNT Reporting (Internal Grant Activity)
We are looking for enhanced reporting capabilities for Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), specifically around LYBUNT/SYBUNT-style tracking based on internal grant activity rather than donations.
Currently, it is difficult to:
-Identify DAFs who gave (via internal grants) last year but not this year (LYBUNT)
-Identify consistent vs. lapsed DAF grant activity over time
-Create clean rollups at the fund/advisor level without significant manual work (often requiring Excel exports)Use Case:

Tasks: add ID name to the columns displayed
On the tasks tab, the due date, type, description, ID #, assigned to, and created by are displayed.
Is it possible to add the column that shows who is attached to the ID # (such as the "grantee" or "profile name"?
