  1. We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.

    Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.

  2. Currently Grant Service Area, Profile Service Area, and Fund Service Area are all a dropdown options and a user can only select one option. It would be extremely helpful for reporting and tracking to have these fields as a multiple choice option to improve reporting and tracking

  3. Currently, when a file is shared, it's only shared to the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to see some file sharing options where we can choose where we would like to share the file to, and allowing to share to multiple areas. For example:
    1. Share to Advisor Portal
    2. Share to Grantee Portal
    3. Share to Donor Portal
    4. Share to Fund Profile
    5. Share to Profile

    We have started to send Welcome Letters from Opportunities. When we share the auto attached welcome letter, we would typically share this on the Advisor Portal and the Fund profile.

  4. Adding a fund to the grant catalog functions differently in the fund portal-facing catalog than it does in the public-facing catalog. There are also differences in how funds function when added to a portal-facing catalog, as opposed to all other imported requests. I’ll give an example and explain the problems this presents.
    In the portal-facing catalog, there is no “Learn More” button. This is inconsistent with the “Learn More” buttons on other requests imported from GLM or added manually. Additionally, clicking on a fund does not take you to an intermediary screen to read the full fund description (as do…

  5. My understanding is that on the Email History on a Profile, it will only display the file that was attached if it's system-generated.

    It would be useful to display the attached file for emails sent MANUALLY through CSuite, too.

  6. Add the same feature of "Assign To" that is available in Tasks to Opportunity Tasks, so that multiple opportunities will pull in a report under one opportunity task entry. As opposed to "Share with" because this doesn't actually show up in the opportunity task report.

    Ex: 5 staff go to an event. Allow one user to create one opportunity task and assign to each of the 5 staff members that went to the event. When the opportunity task report is pulled for that quarter, it will show one entry with 5 opportunities completed and accounted for within that one entry.

  7. LOVE the concept and functionality of the Donations Batch Workflow, but many of our largest volume batches are those that are applied to spendable for the fund. While the batch concept is pretty awesome, if the Apply to Spendable selection could be added to the full batch options (rather than going back to edit each donation one by one), that would be so very wonderful.

  8. We just launched a fundraising effort for one grantee via grant catalog. However, on the grant catalog page, we are worried that donors won't know to go to their cart after adding an amount and clicking ADD. We decided to link for marketing purposes to the individual grant request as the process of donating is simpler given it takes you to your cart automatically, but that page doesn't show total funded like it does on the main grant catalog page.   9. I'm not sure where this specific idea fits in terms of a category. We have certain types of tax classes in our system that are not eligible to receive grants from donor-advised funds. We would like a way to globally use this field to remove these grantees from view in the fund advisor portal.

  11. Enable the 'CC' field in Grant Document emails to automatically populate using the email address labeled 'CC' in the profile. This is currently done manually but automating it would save staff time. Referring to Grant Documents> Process Documents> Choose Batch> Email Documents.

  13. We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

    That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

  14. Currently, I can only download a NACHA file by date. It would be easier if I also had the option to download a NACHA file by batch because sometimes I want to pay them on the same day but post them in separate batches. Or if I just forget one grant, currently I have to pay it on a different day.

  15. The “Alumni” designation is a great option for adding education information to a profile. However, it would be better if we could rename it to “Education,” since the current label doesn’t really fit a community foundation’s needs.

  16. Could we make Note Type mandatory? Currently, anyone can create a note within the system, and leave the Note Type blank. In terms of reporting, having Note Type filled in is key.

  17. When wanting to validate settings on each general ledger account it is hard to double check/verify any of the following settings as they are not possible to view in a custom report or to even export out of CSuite from the Chart of Accounts:

  18. When sending grant award letters via Email - please create a function to auto-populate the non-primary emails into the cc fields. This would save so much time and not require staff to remember and manually add ccs each time. Alert notes don't even show up in the Email Grant Documents area so there's not an easy way to be reminded of who needs to be cced. There should be an option to automatically include more than just the primary email. Please also add any cc emails sent to the log of the grant and profile. Currently only the primary email…

  19. We have different engagement strategies based on internal personas. For example, we might have a "Frank Founder," (Founding Donor) that is also an "Andy Advisor," (professional advisor). Both have different engagement strategies such as the Andy Advisors getting invited to continuing education opportunities and Frank Founders getting invited to donor appreciation events. Is it possible to make change the drop down menu so that multiple engagement strategies can be selected? Or be able to add a custom field to help capture additional or "secondary engagement strategies?" Thank you for your consideration! :)

  20. We were in hopes of streamlining our communication with our payees when an ACH payment was processed. We enabled the check content but were disappointed when we tested the process that an automatic pdf is created that lists what Fund the payment is coming from. We would like the pdf to be an option that can be turned off OR have an option to not have the Fund shown on the pdf.
