  1. Currently we are unable to customize fields at the top of the portal (fund balance, spendable balance, cash available, etc). It would be nice to be able to customize these fields to reflect language that our donors are acquainted with. Please allow for the customization of these fields in the portal.

  2. Right now, our fund statements attach to the email as statement.pdf. We prefer more specific naming conventions (ideally the Public Name of the Fund and the Time Period of the Statement) but at a minimum would like to be able to name the PDF with our Organization name.

  3. Rather than just letting anyone with a primary email in the system be able to log in to the portal, it would be nice if that was more of a request to login. The user could enter their email to login, but then the system sends an email to an admin at our organization to approve the login and grant access. This would allow us to confirm the profile associated with that email will provide them (and their household/individual/org profiles) the appropriate access.

  4. In the portal, the grant summary does not include an "export" button like the grant history page does. I think adding this would allow for a consistent experience for users. Please add an "export" button to the grant summary page.

  5. A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.

  6. It would be helpfuld to list all invited campaigns under the engagement tab of the profile. Currently it only lists active campaigns. We would like a way to see more historical enagament of individuals on their profile.

  7. When a scholarship becomes a grant there is no way to open all the custom fields for editing, like you can with an original grant. We currently have to select each one individually to edit and we have a lot. Can an edit custom field function on the left nav bar be added?

  8. We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.

    Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

  9. Currently a Fund's unique donation link can only be found by navigating to the Giving Hub and searching for that Fund, then copying the link from the search bar. That link should be available directly in the Fund profile.

  10. Reviewing the portal updates. I had noticed on the left hand side the 5 options, Fund Summary, Gifts etc. Is it possible the visibility of the options could be improved? Making the colour darker or more prominent? To ensure everyone can easily see them. Thank you.

  12. Customizing the Portal's styles is unnecessarily difficult. In part, this is because the elements on each page are only given generic classes. In particular, the body element has the classes "ft_body" and "portal." But that makes it very difficult to target the content of only one page with a desired style.

    Instead, the body element should be given a unique id attribute to distinguish the page on which it appears from every other page. Ideally, the id should identify the role-based portal in which the page appears and the function of the page within that portal.

  13. Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
    We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.

  14. On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.

    While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

  15. In the new Portal there is an option on the Fund Advisor settings section to Hide Descriptions. Unfortunately, it hides both the Grant and Donation Description.

    With the new portal, our Foundation intends to use the Comments section to capture public-facing notes on gifts into the fund.

    Advisors need to see the purpose of their grants.

    Can this be two separate functions?

    Hide Donation Description, and Hide Grant Description.

  16. When using the new Enable Address Validation feature, the recommended address should not appear in all CAPS. Request this be revised to standard upper and lower case.

  17. It would be helpful if we could have more than one Donation Advisor (i.e. soft credit) on all gifts. For example, if a couple gives through a commercial DAF or trust, we can only add one of the members of the couple or the household. If we add the household as the donation advisor, the gift history will only show on the household. That information doesn't flow down to the individuals. But if we add one of the two spouses, that information will roll up to the household. If we could add both spouses, that would be ideal.
