  1. Please create the ability to export the Chart of Accounts and include a column for Financial View each account is assigned. There is no way to check what rolls up in a financial view without opening up each individually.

  2. I really appreciate the ability to customize campaigns with full HTML functionality. It has made our event pages look polished and visually engaging.

    That said, I’ve run into an issue with the Location field. Since this field is required to appear on ticket receipts, it would be much more intuitive for it to display at the top of the campaign page alongside the date and time. Currently, it appears at the very bottom of the page, where it’s easy to miss and not particularly useful for attendees.

  3. In reports and Data Visualization, you are able to create a report that shows all the opts and tasks associated with a Fund. We would like to be able to run a report or DV to show all funds that do not have tasks in a given date range so that we know who which fund advisors we need to touch base with. Currently, the only way to do this, is to run a report for all funds, and run a second report that shows funds with tasks, export both lists, and then do a vlookup in excel against the…

  4. Adding back the previously archived idea of the ability to round to more amounts, like $250 or $500. We have some scholarships that award at $500 increments and it would be helpful to have something enforcing that.

  6. I would like to open multiple reports from the dashoard without leaving it! I want to right click the report id to open in a new tab without being blocked. This is helpful to me when comparing certain metrics and different reports. I know there are workarounds (i.e opening up multiple report tabs and then clicking the id) but would really like to see things streamlined.

  7. We have many funds with both spouses as Fund Advisors, neither should be "primary" but C Suite forces one to be primary and it can't be unchecked. Please allow the option not to have a primary Fund Advisor. We don't want either to be primary but C Suite doesn't give us the option to remove the primary tag.

    Please see this previous Idea Lab post with many votes that requested the same thing but Foundant's response was that the primary tag could just be moved to another Fund Advisor.   8. LYBUNT Report in Dashboards is not accurate because it counts donations from households and individuals as separate.

    For example, if Jane Doe only donated in 2025 but the Jane and John Doe household donated in 2026, the LYBUNT report would show Jane Doe which would be incorrect because Jane actually did donate in 2026 with John through the household.

    I suggest having the LYBUNT report consider donations from indiv and their households as one unit to prevent this issue.

  9. Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.

    While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.

    What’s Missing Today

    Current Google Analytics support allows for:
    -Page and event tracking on Giving Hub pages
    -Donation-related event data via Measurement Protocol

  10. It would be helpful to be able to select the same beneficiary more than once when setting up percentages in the fund. The beneficiary may have separate purposes and percentages. For accuracy and staying within the parameters of the text limits this would be very helpful to users. A previous idea has been archived. Please consider this.

Many of our donors or grantees with access to the portal are having trouble setting (or resetting) a password because there is no guidance on the login page for what their passwords must contain, i.e. minimum characters, special characters, etc. I asked support if we could add info on the login page but they said, currently, there is no ability to do this. Please vote and thanks for considering!

  12. Foundations increasingly allow donors and fund advisors to update their contact information directly through the Portal, which is a great improvement for data accuracy and staff efficiency.

    However, when an individual profile that belongs to a household updates their address, the household address is not automatically updated. Many foundations use the household record as the primary source for mailings and communications, which can lead to inconsistencies and outdated addresses.

    Current Challenge:
    -Individual updates address via Portal
    -Household address remains unchanged
    -Mailings continue to pull from the household record
    -Staff must manually reconcile records

We have a monthly board meeting, would love to make a report showing employee activity since the last board meeting but the closest options are "Last Month" (which would show events before the last board meeting) and "Current Month" (which would be missing events since the last board meeting).

    If there was a "Last 4 weeks" like the current "Last 2 weeks", that would be perfect

  15. I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.

    Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

  17. I feel like the donation tax receipt area is a bit confusing. I think it might be easier to understand that you "sent" out the receipt with a check box instead of an "unsend" once receipt is sent. It confuses me every time. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the wording is just a bit tricky.

  18. The notes that are automatically saved to grantee profiles when a grant award letter is sent do not include emails that were cc'd, nor is the attachment included. There is a link where a file could be attached, but it gives me an error and I don't want to have to manually attach grant award letters to each note on a grantee profile anyway.

    When emailing grant award letters from CSuite, we have added a note in the Other Detail field on grantee emails that they are for grant notifications, but this detail isn't available as a field to pull…

  19. The category function is great for organizing files but we would like to provide more organization by having sub categories. Like a main category would be Finance and sub categories would be documents finance would be concerned with such as W9s. Thank You cards would be a Donor sub category. etc.

  20. I am curious to know if it is possible to hide non-custom fields? For example, if we never utilize the Recognition Name field in a profile, can this field not be provided as an option in the creation and view of a profile?
