  1. Currently, if you click "Delete" on a recurring grant, there is no page to say "Are you sure you want to delete this item?". Once deleted, there is no way to find the recurring grant record to add a note.

    We have an internal policy to NOT delete recurring grant records for this reason, and instead max out the occurrence so the record moves to closed/inactive, but we maintain the records.

    I have accidentally hit "Delete" when I am intended to click "Edit", luckily only for recurring grant records where I am trying to close out the request, but one…

  2. Be able to pull other profile fund relationships on to the fund statement. For example, be able to put successor advisor name and contact information so that the fund advisor can confirm that information annually.

  3. Is there ANY way to show the paper clip symbol for an attachment on the listing of a voucher?? So, when you have a list of vouchers or grants, there would be a symbol showing you have an attachment scanned for that voucher and/or grant. We scan our payables into the voucher and grant so if our Auditor picks that item in the audit, we don't have to physically pull it, it is in CS. I would like to go back and check to be sure I scanned the payable portion to the voucher and/or grant but have to go…

  4. The short description and long description of a grant request on the catalog is not differentiated in any way. This looks a bit messy to the donor who may only want to glance at the short descriptions as opposed to reading the entire long description for each grant request. It would be very beneficial if there was a separation between the short description and the long description such as a line, a larger space, or even just bolding the short description and not bolding the long one.

  5. It would be very helpful to create a Kanban board for ALL tasks with the ability to sort by status, who is assigned, priority, task type, due date, etc. This will help assignees to stay on track and leadership to see what everyone is working on.

  8. When you look at the fund list and pull by group, there is no count of how many funds are in that group. It would be nice to have a number, maybe at the bottom of the list, that tells you exactly how many funds make up that group. We advertise what types of funds we have, scholarship, endowed, etc. and being able to quickly look at how many would be very beneficial.

    Currently we have to hand count from the screen or copy/paste into an excel document to count. Something that should be very easy is made very difficult.

  9. Right now, it is very difficult to understand what each of the datasets and columns mean while working in the data visualization tool. It would be very help to have either/both of:
    - A full Data Dictionary that explains what each dataset and their columns mean in layperson's terms
    - The ability to export the full dataset from the "Edit Data" page. Right now you can only see a couple rows at a time and there's no search functionality. It would be easier to see what each column means and find what you're looking for with the functionality that an…

  10. Can a process be created where we can upload in bulk internal grants? Each year there are many funds in Community Suite that transfer funds to our Grant Making fund. It would be quicker and easier if this were able to be completed with a CSV upload instead of having to do all the steps of an internal grant multiple times.

  11. Homer CF would like the option to create a grant without assigning a specific fund so an award letter can be issued to the grantee.

    Next steps would be to add the fund, post grant, move forward in buckets accordingly.

  13. It would be extremely helpful to be able to use the custom Tasks report for tasks not connected to an opportunity. It seems strange to me that we have the ability in CSuite to link tasks to Donors, to Funds, to Gifts, etc., and then are not able to report out on the details of those Tasks. I know we are not alone in using Tasks outside of tracking Opportunity Tasks. Using tasks has become a way for us to manage our workflows internally across departments, so would like to see more robust reporting that matches the existing functionality.

  14. I need old events to NOT show up on the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page. See attached picture. Right now, we only have a couple years’ worth of events, but I’m worried about how long it will get once we start having more events. I’ve tried making the old events “historical” events, but they’re still showing up as available tickets to purchase.

    Additional info: I get to the “Sell Ticket to Campaign - Choose Ticket” page when clicking “Buy Ticket” from a profile payment. There are both current and past events visible that have clickable ticket links.…

  15. Please add a new Donation Type as "Properties" with a sell function similar to Public Securities entry and sell processing. Our foundation receives donated properties that must be "sold" that have gain/loss that needs to offset on the correct asset general ledger account. This would be a huge help to the Finance Department.

  16. We archive unused fund fee types to get them out of the way. Please update the system so that archived fees don't show up when editing a fund. It would be much easier to not have to wade through fee types that are no longer used.

  17.     It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community     Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager.   18. When you do a donation rollup report in custom reports, it spits back inactive household profiles. We would still like to use the rollup report to get the advised and household donations rolled up, but would like to see the name of the active individual attached to this household profile.

  19. We would like to add two designation types to the existing options: Planned Giving/Gift/Giver (whatever makes more sense) and Prospect. We currently use a Profile Type, but it hides that under the Relationships tab. It would be helpful to see they have a planned giving commitment at the native profile level, just as easily as whether a profile is a Donor. We also anticipate this will give us other ways to run reports and dashboard data not currently available.

  20. It would be very helpful to be able to tag multiple funds in one note. Internally, we put notes on the fund advisor/donor profile and tag the note since we cannot do it the other way around. Would it be possible to tag multiple funds in a note, so we do not have to create duplicate notes on multiple funds profiles.
