Add the 'Log' Menu item to every screen that has data on it.
Many screens have the 'Log' menu item, but not all of them. For example, Fund fee type has a 'log' button to see who edited it, but Admin Fee types does not. But if you go into "Logs" and add a few filters, you can create a filter that approximated what the 'log' button would have done for that screen.
It would be best if all screens that had any sort of editable data on it had a 'log' button on it that would create a filtered log list for that item.

Toggle off closed accounts in bank reconcile
I would like to be able to toggle off the closed accounts in the bank reconciliation page. I see the sense in being able to see them sometimes, but I think the reconciliation page will become cluttered over time.

Adding an Org to a Household for Roll-Up Reporting
I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.

Address Validation
It has been a few years since this was posted and archived so I'm trying again. It would be amazing to have a way to standardize/validate addresses and add zip+4 based on how the USPS wants them. There should be the ability to have a valid address suggested and/or option to keep the address as entered.

Thank You Tracking
It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.

Hide or Deactivate Letter Template

I'd like to be able to hide, delete, or deactivate a grant letter template even if it has been used with a check. When used with a check, you cannot delete a template. This would help clean up the list of available grant letter templates to choose from when some become defunct.

Identifying Yearly Tax Recipients
Would it be possible to create a Boolean field on profiles to indicate that they should receive a Yearly Tax Receipt? The batch process for generating Yearly Tax Receipts relies of filtering the list of Donors, however there does not currently appear to be a consistent field/value available to filter Donor records for this purpose.

Fix Paper Fund Statement File to be consistent with Online Statements (Page Count)
Less an idea and more an observation of inconsistencies between the online version and paper version of fund statements within the same batch that requires attention. The page count of the online statement is accurate for that statement (i.e. "1 of 5"), however the page count of the paper statement gets recalculated for the full size of the paper file (i.e. "1 of 306"), as though a new batch of statements have been generated rather than compiling the already generated individual statement PDFs into a single document. OPTION TO SAVE EDITED TAX RECEIPTS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS TO PROFILES
It would be great if there was a way to save edited acknowledgments/tax receipt letters to profiles without having to download them and reupload them to the files area. We have soooo many different scenarios that we simply cannot put in enough tax receipt templates, and we are always making several edits to the templates. This means the letter that is saved with the gift is not what actually was sent.
With FIMS, we were able to click a button to run macros after we were done making edits, and it saved all the letters in the file to each…

1099 Indicator box bulk update
Please allow this box to be bulk updated. I'd like to set them all as "Yes" so that when one is "No" it means we've done the research needed to determine that they are a corporation or otherwise exempt.

vendor custom field
Please add the ability to have custom fields on vendors. I'd like to be able to flag those who are corporations, or otherwise meet a 1099 exception so never need a 1099.

1099 - Add Mailing Address to Report
The 1099 report pulls the Primary address for a profile, but we need it to pull the Mailing address, the Primary for us is the Physical address. Please add a column for the Mailing Address so that we do not need to check each profile and update addresses before submitting.
I also suggest that you add a column for primary email address as then we could email the 1099s through the filing systems.

When emailing statements from Fund Statement Grouping, the file attachment reads "statement.pdf" for all statements that are emailed. Having the name of the fund would be helpful for those who received several statements. We have complaints from advisors of their difficulty when receiving them when they all say the same thing. Example: Advisor has 6 different funds with us, each fund has an Agency and Donor portion. They receive 12 emails with all of them having attachments that read "statement.pdf". I've inquired through Support who said it wasn't possible, and have searched through Idea Lab and haven't found anything on…

grantee tab
Grant tab on Grantee page: I would love to see "Grant Award Summary" and "Grant Paid Summary" be separate tabs from "Grants" OR be able to collapse them. For certain grantees this is a VERY LONG list. We use the Grants section much more often and it is a lot to scroll through. It is easier for us to find a grant when we can see the description. Thank you!

For a non-gift, is there a way to generate a notification to thank donors for their gifts that come from another donor advised fund or a commercial fund that do not receive the tax deduction notification?

New Portal: Grants listed in Make a Grant Request
In the Fund Advisor tab, when a user clicks the menu item to make a Grant Request, it leads to a page that lists a bunch of recent grants, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to the time frame of the grants listed. I've logged in as different Fund Advisors (with old DAFs) and the grants listed aren't the same time frame. One listed grants as of last May, one listed grants as of last February. It seems strange and arbitrary.

Fund Advisor Options - Donations and Grants Emails
We would love the option of toggling donations and grants notifications BY THE FUND for fund advisors. We add designated funds for our designated fund recipients so they can see previous year's grants, BUT we don't want them to receive the grants notification email when the grant is made, since some funds benefit more than one organization.

FA access to donation receipts
I just learned on the Idea Lab Live session that the DONOR tab has to be functional in the Portal for FAs to be able to view their donation receipts, thus making the portal accessible to any of our donors. We do not want this, we want to limit access to the portal to only our fund advisors, while still being able to provide them with the information they need. We are not comfortable with not being able to control who accesses the portal for information. If it is possible to restrict this to FAs, please make it so.
