  1. If an online grant request is submitted and the grantee is changed by a staff member before the grant is created, the log should show us the original information. It only shows the original grantee IF the original was already a profile. If the grantee was manually entered, and a staff member changed the grantee to an existing profile, the original grantee is blank in the log.

    Please add a log of all grantee information from the original request (grantee name, address, etc.) if it was entered manually and then the grantee was changed before the grant was created.

  2. On a grant record, "Email" is an option next to the field "Grant Award Letter". It seems that this field is not working as expected. It returns a yellow warning message, and doesn't send the email.

  3. When assigning opportunities -- The initial assignee and secondary assignee selections function and look differently. It would be appreciated if these were consistent for system literacy. Apart from this, it seems that you can continue to re-add a secondary assignee.

  4. There seems to be an inconsistency in how we can populate Tasks. If you create a task when you create an opportunity, you get far fewer fields than if you add a task separately.

    The available fields from Create Opportunity specific to Tasks are: Task Type, Description, and Due/Reminder Date. The available fields from the left-side menu of the opportunity "Add Opp Task" is Assign to, Send Calendar Invite, Task Type, Description, Due/Reminder Date, and Recurring interval.

    I would like this to be consistent across the areas where tasks can be added.

  5. Beneficiary and Additional Beneficiaries can be added, but they seem to be underneath the incorrect section. These fields are included under the "add opportunity tasks" rather than the actual opportunity itself. This gives the false impression that this field will be visible on Tasks, when in reality it won't.

  6. Currently, when attempting to sort the stages within an opportunity, you need to use the numeric sorting method -- I believe a drag & drop option could be more impactful and user-friendly. This style of sorting is seen throughout the Csuite and would benefit opportunities.

  7. While we appreciate your software and all the grand things it can do, we have found it difficult to keep up with the rate at which you make changes. We are a small office of three people. We struggle keeping up with our day-to-day tasks, let alone keeping up with software updates. We are so far behind on your software updates--we just can't keep up. Can you consider doing these on a broader calendar scale? Or maybe implement them based on changes more for 'big offices' vs. 'little shops' ?

  8. Implement an easy way for our fund advisors to make an internal donation from their fund to our Community Foundation fund. Right now, it's done through Grant Request but this requires a number of steps and is not intuitive.

  9. There should be a function to 'bulk delete' profiles using a checkbox when manually scanning the profiles tab, instead of having to click "delete" individually from a campaign, which causes the page to refresh each time and makes you lose your spot.

  11. After creating a campaign, there is an option to import a CSV document with the Profile IDs of donors/advisors who received the email. This allows you to add multiple profiles to the campaign at once.

    There should be the same feature for donations attributed to a campaign, we should be able to upload a CSV file of Donation IDs to the marketing campaign instead of having to manually add each donation 1 by 1.

  12. Prim Date on addresses needs to be a searchable/filterable field by date in Custom Reports.

    For large mailings that may be going out in the future, Foundations using professional external print vendors for large mailings will often need to provide an accurate data list of addresses well in advance. If the future mailing date would affect the addresses pulled (e.g. knowing that the future mailing date will have toggled many Prim Dates to a different address than is currently Primary), there is no way to actually search or filter or BULK report for Prim Dates.

  13. In Campaign / Events / Income Statements - please create the ability to add filters. Currently, on fundraising events, the income statement pulls revenue from a fees/general ledger account that does not relate to the actual event revenue and should not be mixed in with the fundraising general ledger activity. This results in always having an incorrect Income Statement for Fundraising Events tied to specific fund types where other fees might occur.

  14. Love that I'm able to upload documents, such as newsletters, with visibility in the portal for online fund advisors. The only limitation is that it must be done for ID of every fund group (ie: scholarships, donor advised, Agency, etc). It would be really nice to have a global option to upload a document (and potentially a notification) in 1 transaction that impacts all funds. If that exists and I missed it, please share!

  16. Add the option to be able to add a Custom Field in the Donor link on a Profile when viewing a Profile's donation history, if the organization has added a Custom Field associated with a donation. Currently, we have a Custom Field that can be viewed only when we open each donation. We would like to be able to see at a glance, the Custom Field when opening the donation history on a profile. Currently we either have to open each donation to see this field or run a report for a donor when we want to see this field.…

  17. Allow the option to require two-factor authentication for Fund Advisors in the portal. Currently we can only advise they enable this feature but would like the toggle option to require it as an added security measure.

  18. When running an opportunities report or viewing opportunities, it would be beneficial to be able to filter the opportunities by stage. Viewing and reporting by stage can facilitate progress updates and help identify categories/levels of donor engagement when used for moves management.

  20. Additional options for custom field objects would be very useful. For example, we'd like to build a custom field specifically on the student record/student designation part of a profile that could then be shared to SLM as an integrated custom field. We are also interested in building custom fields on scholarships - not on individual scholarship awards but on the profile for an available scholarship from a specific fund. We envision using this for things like eligibility criteria, number of scholarships/scholarship amount, etc.
