Sticky Sorting on CSuite Buckets/Workload Pages
Currently in CSuite, when a user sorts a Bucket/Workload/List page by a specific column (for example: Grantee, Grant Date, Amount, Status, etc.), that sort resets when the user navigates away from the page and then returns. This requires the user to reapply the same sort repeatedly throughout the day.
We are requesting that Bucket/Workload/List pages retain (“stick”) the user’s last selected sort order when navigating away from and back to the page, either for the duration of the session or as a user-level preference.
This enhancement would:

public name
It would be awesome if the option to bring in the Public Name of a fund was available everywhere Fund Name is. Anytime I send out correspondence, I am using the Public Name, not our internal name.

dashboard
The dashboards for grants and donations are excellent It would be amazing to have something similar for reporting on our organization's finances and investment performance. Graphic presentation of info is important to our finance committee, and it seems a shame to have to create everything manually from exported reports now that CSuite has dashboard capabilities.
Create a dashboard for financial performance. (budget YTD and full year, year over year, trends, etc.) Allow user to select and save filters (accounts, fund groups, etc.)

upload voucher
Hey there,
In the voucher upload screen, would it be possible when uploading a csv to get a preview page after the initial upload page where we can verify the data prior to fully submitting? We upload 50+ vouchers as a time to record credit card transactions and it would be very nice to be able to confirm that nothing happened in the upload, like a value shifted and ended up causing a misalignment of values, or a profile number got entered incorrectly. This would prevent any kind of upload problems that would require subsequent manual deletions of a whole…

Show GLM Reports in CSuite
When you go visit an organization's page in C-Suite, it would be great to show a list of GLM submissions that you could click to open the PDF, much like the list of grants can open the individual grants. These could be arranged by date, so you could easily see the most recent.

A solution/integration like Expensify or Concur for vendor Receipts
A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

Enable entry of Grant Type on Refund Grants to ensure accurate grant reporting. This will allow grants to be correctly grouped by Grant Type in reporting. Currently, capturing this information requires manual adjustments in Excel after exporting the report.

Recurring Grant - Add confirmation for Delete
In recurring grant records, the Delete button is directly beneath the Edit button. It's easy to click it mistakenly, and there is no secondary confirmation screen to confirm the deletion was intentional before it's done. Please add a secondary step to confirm a record should be deleted to avoid accidental record deletion.

Allow payable amounts to stay in checking during balance swap
Each fund has an option to keep spendable amounts in the checking account. We use this for all invested funds. For several long term grants, we post the grant long before it's paid which will take it out of spendable so our program staff doesn't overspend the fund. However, during the cash swap process, CSuite wants to roll those funds back into the investment. Since we've already committed those funds, we don't want them at risk in the market. The only current option is to remember to uncheck those transactions when balancing the asset accounts so it doesn't swap. This…

Add Advisor field(s) to "Import donations"
It would be great if the Import Donations file had options/fields to add Advisor information. When there are giving campaigns such us Giving Days, we receive multiple donations through a third party. EX: Colorado Gives Day donations are done through Colorado Gives Foundation. We would like to import the donations individually but Colorado Gives Foundation needs to be the primary donor and the individual donors are the advisors. Thank you!

Add a "make public" option for the list of Philanthropic Interest Types/Grant Types
We would like to enable the “interest types” option in fund advisor portal. However, we have several grant types/interest types that we don’t want displayed publicly, and according to support you either have to display all or nothing. It would be great if there could be a "make public" checkbox or something on that order, so you could fill in the public display name and check whether or not you want that grant type displayed in the portal or not.

Edit Page - Field Comments
It would be nice if, for each major page that has an edit button (profiles, donations, vouchers, etc), we could have a corresponding system data version of the page were we could write comments for each data field (perhaps in some kind of markup where we could also bold, italisize, color change/highlight). Just a textbox for each field that allowed us to insert comments for them that would then display during the actual use of that page.

We'd like to recommend a couple of additional customization options for the online portal:
1). It would be great if we could customize the text of the Grant Request "Description" box (specifically, we would like to be able to include instructions about what people making Grant Requests should include in that box. Right now we have some "Portal Content" text that provides those instructions, but we feel the instructions would be followed more consistently if we could change the name of "Description" -- to utilize this change effectively, we would also like to see a character limit for the box…

Donation Notification Delay
There should be a system-wide option to delay sending automatic email notifications to fund advisors when a donation is posted. Delaying it for 2-3 days would give us more time to review and correct any errors.

Dark Mode
Please add Dark Mode support for CSuite on a basis of user. It's become incredibly commonplace over the last several years and some of us prefer a less intensely white interface. I've attached an imperfect screenshot of what this may look like.

Reporting
Allow filtering on the same field more than once for the same report. For example, we might want to see 2 specific dates, or eliminate more than one batch or date from a report.

Portal - customize email subject line and body
There should be a way to customize the email subject line and body in the portal. We have a new portal user who has reached out to us about editing some of the wording as it is confusing to the user and I agree. The specific instance is the email that the user receives after submitting a grant request and the subject line is "Request Confirmation". To the user, it sounds like they need to take action, when it should say something like "We’ve Received Your Grant Request" or "Thanks for Submitting Your Grant Request". Same with the body of…

Entering Guest Information on Campaign Ticket should be REQUIRED
Currently when someone registers or purchases a ticket for an event it asks for the purchaser's information before hitting "Submit". AFTER hitting submit, it shows "Add Guest Information". Most guests do not fill this out.
It would be ideal if guest information was REQUIRED before the "Submit" button (example: 3 slots for guest information if there were 3 tickets with 1 seat each selected).
The initial entering of "Your Information" before the "Submit" button should have the option to customize which fields are required. It automatically requires First & Last name, Email, and Phone. What if we need address to…

GST
Currently there is no ability to easily record and report on GST which is a statutory requirement in Australia. There are workarounds, however it would be a significant improvement if there were tax codes created which could then be reported on.
