  1. On the Fund Statement page of the new fund advisor portal, the list has 3 columns -- Description, Date, and View. The Date column is much wider in the full page view and the description is too tight. Is it possible to better space those columns so that it fits better the width of the information in the column?

  3. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  5. Add Detail Trial Balance to the list of reports on the left menu when in a fund record. Right now, if we go into a fund record we have to select Trial Balance, then the date, then go back to reports and select Detail Trial Balance and then adjust the date range.

When sharing direct links to pages within the Giving Hub, there are no defined metatags (og:title, og:image, og:description) which means the link preview in social media sites (or other places it's shared digitally, i.e. new Outlook) is empty/blank. This is not optimal for marketing purposes and particularly when we'd like donors/orgs to share direct links to donate pages and/or to campaigns.

    The same is true of the landing pages for each section of the Giving Hub.

    We could, I suppose, create a page on our org's native website "news" feed to correspond to each campaign for the purposes of social…

  7. Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

When doing a lookup in General Ledger for a specific account, it would be beneficial if there were an option to 'save' lookup parameters so users don't have to keep entering the same search criteria multiple times. For example, 90% of the time I am reviewing transactions in only a few GL accounts for the current month's date range. Every time I do this, I have to re-enter the account and date criteria which wastes a lot of time.   10. We would like to see the body of the note have a "collapse" feature - so that long notes do not make it difficult to scan all notes in that profile. If you allowed for the first 50-100 characters to show, then had a collapse feature (such as a "more" button or an "expand/collapse" button) then the entire string of notes would be a uniform size with enough "preview" visible to understand the gist of the note and its content.

  12. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.

  16. Our foundation has an Endowment Program that is offered to our Member Congregations and Schools and we invest funds on their behalf and use the portal for them to request disbursements. I can change Tab names, however, it would be helpful if we could also customize the header on the page so it matches. For instance, we use Deposits instead of Donations and it can be confusing to them. We also don't use Grants but use Disbursements since it is their money and we are just investing it for them.

  17. It would be very helpful to have the option to post internal grants to receiving fund spendable during grant entry. As it is now, we have to post the internal grant, then click on the Donation ID, then click on Apply to Spendable [change].

  18. In the Grantees (T3010) Report (under CRA Reporting), it would be helpful to add a field for the expense account related to each grant. Then one could sort the data and tie back to the financial statements much more easily. I'm adding this information manually and would love to eliminate this step!

  19. Add filter option to Till or at least have the ability to add a column and sort in the till. It is crucial to our operations to be able to isolate posted gifts in particular groups to be deposited. The current settings do not allow for efficient isolating/depositing. I have noted this request has been posted several times with several votes for years and it has not gained the attention or importance it deserves.
