Keep Affiliate Events Separate from Main Giving Hub
I would like the option to have an event listed on an affiliate's giving hub only, and not on our main giving hub.
Right now the work around is to mark the event as private and let the affiliate use a direct link to the ticket.
While this keeps the event off of our main giving hub, it also hides it on the affiliate's giving hub event tab.

Custom Donation report should go back to report after bulk posting donations
I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

On the Fund Balance Report: Could you please add ability to see fields for fund group, fund subgroup, fund division and fund segment - especially on the Export of the report.

Upload IDs - Legacy Profile Code
It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

Multifund grant filter
It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

scholarship award lettter
The email template (from Scholarship/Content) for a Scholarship Award Letter only offers one field for the Dear "Student.Name" . Please give us options - at least "First Name" because sending and email that says Dear Last Name, First Name is kind of terrible.

Rename "Sponsored Org"
We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

Campaign Profile Note
It would be great to have a note that lives specifically on individual campaign profiles. We track unsubscribes from our e-newsletters, and instead of bogging down the individual's main profile page with notes, it would be great to have one tying back to the specific campaign they unsubscribed from.

Tribute Donation Report
The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.
This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

Giving Hub - Customized Questions
It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. Layout/Necessary Fields for Additional Donation Campaigns
When building a Campaign, when you choose to have an additional donations as an option, it changes the checkout process and requires the registrant's address even if they do not choose to to donate. This has caused confusion for some registrants with the extra steps as many of our events are free but have additional donation as an option.
It would be much more ideal for the additional donation and the registrant info field to be on the same page, then have them enter more complete info if they need to enter payment info.7 votes -
Downloading the Campaign Registration List for Event Check In
When pulling the registrant list for an in-person events, it would be ideal to select the info and layout of the list, such as all registrants with guest info below, and organization info if the participant used their organization.
As it is now, there is a lot of sifting necessary to narrow down the list to make an effective check in list.8 votes -
Campaign Removal Options
I'd like to be able to bulk remove from campaign IF they've been invited to another campaign. For example, if we're having a special reception for an invite and we don't want that group to be included on the general invite list, and vice versa.

Reinstate "show all fund advisors" on portal fund summary page
Before the portal redesign, fund advisors who logged in were able to see everyone who had access to a fund (e.g., if John and Jane Smith were the two advisors on a fund, either one of them could see both of their names as people with access on the fund summary page after logging in). This functionality is no longer available with the new portal layout - could a toggle/setting be added in to reinstate this feature?
