  1. When processing manual fees, the calculation date automatically generates as the date that the fees were processed. That's inaccurate for us as our fees are all calculated as of quarter end but most likely not processed until a month later. We would prefer that a calculation date field be added so that we can select the date ourselves.

  2. We would like to add more than one fund to a manual fee entry. We frequently have to process manual fees for more than 100 funds, and it would be cleaner and less time consuming if this could be all in one manual fee entry with different funds (like journal entries where you can add a fund). In addition, a duplicate or copy function would be ideal so we can simply edit information as needed each quarter after duplicating last quarter's fees.

The option to email tax receipts directly from a donation does not provide a customization option, so you have to edit the text that will be in the subject of the email for each donation if you don't prefer to use C-Suite's default subject field. Please add the ability to create our own default subject field that will generate for every donation.

  7. Donor rollup reports don't rollup First Date nor Last Date for donations made by an Individual member of a Household, or when a donation was Advised. This is confusing and deceiving, since Rollup Reports are supposed to help reflect all giving from or associated with a Household. There have been several other IdeaLab submissions related to this issue but dismissed due to level of engagement - maybe those Ideas should be "rolledup" to accurately indicate interest in this being fixed by Foundant.

  8. Please consider adding an approval log (or something similar) to a scholarship record. Currently there is nothing that mimics the 'Approval' log that appears on a grant. When a scholarship record has 'auto-approve' turned on, it auto runs through the grant stage, and still does not receive a logged approval. There is no easy way to see which user made the approval on the scholarship record, at any point in the system (SLM through to CSUITE). The lack of this transparency means we have to upload additional documentation to CSuite, showing who approved the scholarship to be paid, even when…

  10. Can we please have totals when we are looking at grant and donation history detail within Fund History, especially once a filter is applied. It would be so helpful and avoid the extra steps of exporting to Excel each time!

  12. Is it possible to hide all closed funds. It's frustrating to accidently click on the closed fund and have to go back again to retype. Staff here complain all the time to me.

  13. This was already posted and marked as implemented back in December, but now our top menu option has been taken away. Please give us back the option to use our old menu at the top of the page!!

  15. Shiny New Look: Responded to user feedback on the new UI updates, particularly around visibility and shading:
    - Increased contrast when grouping a custom report.
    - Increased contrast between enabled and disabled action buttons according to user permissions.
    - Updated buttons for generating award letters on scholarships.

    This did not happen on my sccreen

  17. We have several multiyear grants that are tied to one application. Once we process the first payment, the remaining payments are listed under voucher even though they are not due for a year or two. Can we get a "place hold" button for these multiyear grants so we don't accidently initiate payment?

  18. Currently, the Giving Hub setting that requires donors to review and agree to legal terms (one of CSuite’s latest releases) applies only to donations.

    As a donor-directed Foundation, we require donors, each time they make a grant request, to approve and attest to the IRS written acknowledgment confirming that no services or benefits are received in exchange for a distribution.

    Having this Giving Hub setting extend to grant requests submitted through the portal would allow for this process to be streamlined.

  19. 1- Can C Suite help track approvals from multiple fund advisors and automatically put the grant in when enough approvals are received? And also do reminder emails to fund advisors who have not responded with their approval or disproval.
