  1. Currently, donation receipts show in list before posted for receipts. If they only appeared after posted, it would reduce the potential error in sending out a donation receipt too early, but allow for a placeholder to be made.

  2. Generate receipt option only after donations are posted to avoid errors and accidentally sending a receipt too early, but still allow you to save the donation in the system as a placeholder.

  3. We would like to be able to update the MFA communication from Foundant when our clients login to the Fund Portal. Currently the MFA sends a text with just numbers. Some of our Fund Advisors are weary of Spam/Phishing. Can we add the ability to customize the message.

    Example: Austin Community Foundation is sending your one time passcode: 000000

  4. Our organization makes loans to external organizations. It would be helpful if the information from the loan module could be exported to a fund statement. I believe currently only internal loan information is able to be published on a statement.

  5. It would be very helpful to have a field for the email subject when sending out scholarship letters. Currently needs to be populated every time and also the body of the email doesn't keep the format set within the field under content.

  7. Have the vendor area of a profile have different view, edit, delete, etc. permissions form the regular profile so that vendor info can be locked down to control payment information

  8. Can you please separate the "Link Profiles" permission from the "Create" permission under Profile Permissions? We don't want some staff to be able to create new profiles, but we want them to be able to link existing profiles to each other under relationships. Thanks so much.

    1. Duplicates are not being caught if the profile has a prefix or suffix vs. the same profile without the prefix or suffix listed. For Example, Dr. Audrey Hauser vs. Audrey Hauser are the same people but are not being reported as a duplicate. Could we have C-Suite ignore prefix and suffix to catch duplicates?

    2. Duplicate households are not being caught if household names are inverse. For example, Hauser, Audrey & Olson, Cameron vs. Olson, Cameron and Hauser, Audrey are the same households but not being reported as duplicates by C-Suite.   12. When entering vouchers and searching for a vendor it would be great if inactive vendors did not populate in the drop down while you are typing. If they are inactive they shouldn't be having vouchers charged against them anyways. It would be nice if they also showed at the bottom of the regular search bar instead of mixed in with everything else.

  15. With the new ability to create a "promote end date" for a promoted fund (awesome!!) it would be great to be able to report on those. Our public-facing fund descriptions often change after a period of promotion, and it would be great if we could easily find funds whose promotion has expired so that we can adjust the fund summary.

  16. Hello,
    We have a need to pull donations for certain subsets of profiles, which we achieve by running profile reports and filtering. However, we need to pull donation reports for these. Which would be simple if we have the option to upload IDs (as you do for other reports) and then be able to run a donation report on that uploaded list.

  17. Would it be possible to have an additional data field in Profiles for Social Media? Putting an organization's FB page in "website" doesn't feel right...and we often have both a website AND a social media page that we would like to keep track.

    The social media page could also be included in the Nonprofit Directory GivingHub (or whatever that's called).

  19. The Allow Grant Request Notes gives us the option for fund advisors to put special instructions in as a note. However, when processing in bulk there is no clear way for the grants administrator to see that there are special instructions on that grant. They would also need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see this in the individual grant. So we have this feature turned off. We would like to turn it on, but we want to make sure that it is clear to our users in the back end that there is a special request…
