    Add bi-weekly as a recurring option for recurring vouchers. We have several automatic payments that are entered as electronic checks that occur bi-weekly related to our bi-weekly payroll. Vouchers for payroll taxes, retirement contributions, etc.

  2. Merging profiles with ACH information

    There should be a warning when merging profiles with ACH information on file, similar to the Stripe warning. If you merge a profile with ACH information attached to it to a new profile, the bank information is lost. There needs to be at least a warning to ensure that you are aware of a profile with ACH information on file before completing a merge.

  3. Filter Description

    Create a document with a description of list filters. For example: Donation amount vs. Donor Amount. It would be nice to have a link right by the filter that you could hover over and it would describe the filter in better detail.

  6. Add profiles to campaign using custom report

    It would be nice if we could add the profiles from a custom report to a campaign. Or, add more options when filtering profiles to add them to a campaign. For example, I want to add profiles with a specific city to a campaign, but that's not an option when I use Invite Profiles on the campaign page. I can, however, create a custom profile report and filter by city; but there's no option to the add those profiles to a campaign.

  7. Opportunity Pop Up Notification

    It would be helpful if an "Open Opportunity" pop up notification comes up when entering a donation. Just how Open Pledges show up when entering a donation for a profile that has an open pledge (picture). This would an amazing feature, especially if there's over 100 opportunities created.

  8. Donors Report - Output Fields

    the Donors Report is exceptional - lots of pertinent data, but the output fields DO NOT INCLUDE the LABEL field. If you need this report for a mailing, you have to manipulate the NAME field so that it can be included on a label or in a letter. Adding LABEL field to this report will allow the user to utilize this vital data (which is lost if you save this report) AND contact the donors within this report for future stewardship efforts.

  10. Automatic notification of interfund donation to recipient fund advisor

    We process a great number of interfund grant/donations and really need for CSuite to generate an automatic notification to the recipient fund advisor informing them that their fund has received a donation from another fund at our foundation. Is there any way you can do this for us?

  11. Legal Name added as tax receipt field

    The Legal Name field is not an available field for tax receipt templates. I'm hoping it can be added to the Template Fields List for tax receipts.

    This field would be the ideal field for donor names in tax receipts. Our CSM has suggested using the mailing label, but we use that field for informal/preferred names (when we have them). Also, the profile name is not always in an appropriate format for letters (for example, the name for households is formatted as "LAST, First and First" for efficient searches and campaign lists).

  12. Nonprofit Directory - more space for text

    The nonprofit directory is a great tool for displaying our local nonprofits on our website! We would like to be able to feature more info about each organization.

    Currently, each nonprofit directory entry has a maximum of 150 characters of text that can be entered. This is not enough text to give the mission of the nonprofit as well as other pertinent information. We are wondering if it would be possible to add more characters to this field.   13. Expand the character allowance for Fund Beneficiary descriptions

    Please find a way to make the Fund Beneficiary description field capable of containing unlimited characters.

    Currently the Fund Beneficiary description field allows only ~254 characters. Some descriptions are significantly more characters than this (one of our longest, which MUST be merged into the grant agreement/grant letter, is more than 2250 characters!).

    Please find a way to make this field capable of containing unlimited characters, so we can actually create spendable AND use templates directly from CSuite for our annual distributions.

  14. Migrating donor history on a Household record when one Ind remarries

    HH record represents two individuals. When one ind leaves the HH (deceased or divorced) you can continue to use the donor history from the HH record (since that IS the official donation name for the giving history). But if the surviving individual remarries we would like to maintain the existing donation history in the former couple name and update the HH record name to reflect the NEW spouse and future gifts to reflect the new spouse. In FIMS you had a choice to keep the existing name on the historic gifts or update it. We need that choice when we…

    Budgeting Module -
    Our current budgeting process requires a significant amount of manual effort with localized documents and decreased data accuracy. An integrated budgeting software could help with making this process centralized and more efficient. Also forecasting for new hires, new programs, etc. would be ideal.

  19. History on Fund Statements

    We need to be able add the Total Donations and Total Grants/Disbursements to our Fund Statements. This is such a great tool to show the impact an endowment has had over the life of the fund. This is the info that is shown by selecting "History" when viewing Fund information. It is great for me to see, but would be more impactful for Donors to see their impact.

  20. Financials Column Options - put the dropdown back on the financial statement screen

    I understand that the dropdown selection for financials columns (fund, fund segment, fund division, etc.) has been moved under the "Edit" option on the left menu. This seems very hidden and many more clicks to get to. Please put it back on the top right corner of the report screen! Support said many people have been wondering today where that option went.
