  1. When you are logged into the new portal and looking at your profile information, when you choose “Security” or “Interest Types” or “Contact Preferences,” you are shown a second two logout button.

    Is there a reason that is needed? If not, can you remove it and just have the one in the main navigation?

  2. We noticed on the Legacy Portal that the Fund Steward email address is a hyperlink but on the Fund Advisor portal, it is not. Was wondering if that is something you can enable?

  3. In the Grants > Grant Summary table in the new Portal for fund advisors, there is a search box in the top right that is supposed to filter the list of grantees.

    However, at least on Edge, the search box isn't working correctly. When I enter a term in the search box, the entire table is instantly emptied of results, as though none matching my query could be found--even when I search for a term that is clearly visible on the first page of grantees. Pressing Enter after typing my search term has no effect. Deleting my search term, or…

  5. Allow Multi-fund voucher requests through the portal. We have fiscal sponsorships that have multiple funds for grant-tracking purposes. They need to pay invoices/vouchers from multiple of the grant funds without having to submit 4 voucher requests for the same invoice. if this cannot be done, PLEASE allow online voucher requests to be changed to multi-fund once they're created in CSuite.

  6. When a Fund Advisor clicks on "Donate" from the new Portal, they go to the Giving Hub and are presented with a list of their funds and promoted funds.

    As of a release made in January 2025, their Private funds are listed first, followed by a mixture of their not private funds and our promoted funds listed in alpha order.

    This is confusing for our fund advisors because they are not thinking about whether the fund is private or not, and it is not clear why their funds are in a mixed sort order.

  7. We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

  8. We have a long list of funds and so do not use the default card-style view for the Giving Hub because users have to scroll VERY far down to view all. Instead we use the "list view" for the Giving Hub, so it would be awesome if we could have fund advisors land there when they select Donate from their fund advisor portal, instead of on the card view.

  9. When you click on "Donate" from the Fund Advisor Portal left navigation, can the Giving Hub be opened in a new browser tab so the Fund Advisor can more easily get back to the Fund Advisor Portal?

    We have disabled the Login button on the Giving Hub in order to reduce confusion for our donors who are not fund holders (we have not opened our portal for donors). So we are trying to figure out how to help our fund advisors get back to the portal. Of course, we can direct them to open a new tab or remind them…

In the new Portal, I noticed that if a donation is marked as a memorial/tribute, the amount is hidden in the contributions tab, but it is still showing in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor. It also shows the amount in the fund summary tab graphs. In the old fund advisor portal, memorial/tribute amounts were at least also hidden in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor.   12. It would be great if a fund advisor could split a single internal grant into multiple internal funds. Currently, advisors must create one grant and specify in the description how they want the funds allocated. However, we then have to cancel the grant and manually create multiple grants to meet their request.

    We already have the ability to split a single donation into multiple funds and consolidate multiple funds into one grant. Extending this capability to internal grants would streamline the process and reduce manual work.

  13. We have a custom field for grants that would be very helpful if it was available in the grant requests on the portal. We are implementing a work around with using the summary and a bulk action in reports but the availability of the custom field in the portal would be much easier.

  15. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
    It would be great to have a default setting for this!!

  16. Can you add the "exclude from RevShare" tick box as an option for bulk editing funds? We want to bulk edit all of our legacy funds to exclude them from revshare and have to do it one by one currently.

  17. A. There should be a way to see what information was imputted when they registeded. This would be beneficial so that
    1. If there is an issue with a registration it is easy to see what information was actually submitted and
    2. If they add additional information like phone or address info we did not have before that it could be added to the profile.
    B. When matching registrations to profiles, if the information entered matches a profile with it marked primary, it should trump other profiles not marked primary (aka if matching email, and I have 3 profiles with…

Sometimes different schools have differing criteria for the student information they would like us to communicate along with scholarship payments and being able to accommodate those differences within the templates assigned would be a great convenience. At the simplest level, some schools request we include a student info form and it would be great if our letter could reference that form as part of the complete correspondence, while not referencing any attachments on letters to schools that do not request supplemental documentation.

  19. Donation report --- please add the ability to sort donations by date within the donation report screen. The most recent donations are at the bottom, and I often have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the report to find recent donations. Please add the feature to the date column so we can switch that view with one click to see most recent donations at the top.

  20. When we create a scholarship in CSuite and turn it into a grant the grant description is automatically populated as Fund name :: Student name. We don’t want the student names to be visible in the fundholder portal, which they are if they’re listed in the grant description. Can you create a setting which would only pull in the fund name to the grant description, not the student name?
