LYBUNT
We need a way to run LYBUNTS for specific funds that doesn't take other fund donations into account. We have different fundraising goals and outreach for specific funds. There is not a way for us to pull a list of people who donated to 'Annual Fund' last year but not this year because when you run a LYBUNT and filter by Fund, IF the donor had made any other gift in the timeframe they do not show up. Tax Receipts: Separate fields for Donor profile and Donation Advisor
Please create separate tax receipt template fields for the Donation Advisor profile that mirror the currently available fields for the Donor profile (salutation, legal name, org contact label, work title, organization, recognition name, etc.). While it's helpful that the address fields beginning in "addr." will change depending on if there is a Donation Advisor applied to a particular donation, we still have to make manual updates on every tax receipt letter to correct salutations, etc. when we have a Donation Advisor applied to the donation. Philanthropic Interest to be set on the Fund
Possibility to have the "Philanthropic Interest Type" to be set under the fund. This could allow for staff to tag the preferred type, and maybe in the long run use that field to filter the donor portal based on the donor's interest.

Fund Advisor Portal: Total Grant Distributions in Calendar Year
We've had several fundholders reach out and ask to see a summary of their total grantmaking for the calendar year at the top of the portal screen. This would be a summary amount similar to current balance and amount available for grantmaking that would be easily viewable on the fund summary page.

Mailchimp Tag Syncing from campaigns are adding Do Not Email profiles
We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

Fund Advisor Tracking Options
Currently there are very few options for tracking fund advisor activity via the log. The provided columns, after filtering for fund advisor in the profile "Login Log" on sidebar, indicate very generic info such as Timestamp, IP address, 2-factor authentication, logout or locked out notification, error message (such as invalid password), if a team member signed in as a proxy to view a fund(s) in the portal, and location.

Since we are able to run income statements for Campaigns, it would be nice to create a budget as well. We hold events and use this option and each event usually has their own budget. - I know you archived but this is extremely IMPORTANT.

export option - Profile/list by date

Bank Reconciliation - CSV upload - Multi Fund Check being delete from upload and not matched
The CSV upload within the bank reconciliation does not work correctly for checks with Multi as the transaction ID. The worst part about that is the Multi checks do not stay as an unmatched item, the system automatically deletes all the multi checks that were original uploaded in the CSV file. this forces us to manually reconcile the checks to our upload to find out which checks were deleted from the file. Why can't the multi check stay on the bank reconciliation file as UNmatched so the user knows which check numbers the system is having issues matching?? it would…

"Send Login Email" from Profile Login Info
Currently, the ability to generate an in-system Portal advisor invite email with a unique account setup link is only available from the profile's Fund Advisor record (the "Send Login Email" button retained from the legacy Fund Advisor Portal); profiles without the Fund Advisor designation do not have this option available.

Custom Fields on Scholarships
We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

Resurrecting an idea that had 9 votes and was archived.
There should be a way to edit scholarship/schol fund rather than delete it and re-enter. We had a new staff some new scholarships and picked the wrong fund. Even though the award was still in the NEW bucket we couldn't edit the fund.

Donor Portal
The donor portal graphs for fund advisors currently default to depict the prior 12 months of activity. Our donors find little utility in this view as they are most focused on the activity which aligns with the calendar/tax year perspective. Can there be an option available on the portal for a Foundation to set this as the default view rather than ask the donor to make this switch each time they log in? advisor name and giving history for interfund gifts in portal
It is no longer possible to see complete giving history to a fund for Advised contributions to that fund or information about the donor-advisor.
Example: The Bob & Carol Fund at OCCF advised a grant out of their DAF to ABC Nonprofit's endowment fund at OCCF once a year for six years. ABC's fund portal shows the endowment contribution, but drilling into the contribution does not display that donor's impressive six year history of endowment gifts or their address, instead it displays every interfund gift from OCCF to that endowment fund. New Quick Reference Guide - Allow Users to Edit/Customize
Please make the quick reference guide able to be edited by users to create an org-specific guide within CSuite, rather than having to create guides outside of CSuite (in PowerPoint, Canva, Scribe etc). If we were able to add text to, or highlight, or change language in the Quick Reference Guide, it would make this functional in a few more important ways. For example, we could indicate in the Quick Reference fields our org requires staff to populate and which we do NOT want staff to utilize.

Add option to toggle off ability to request a RECURRING grant in the standard grant request form on the fund advisor Portal.

Copy Grants
When I copy it comes up with the old grant date and the old pay schedule date. It should copy to current dates as well as the advisor, the expense account, custom fields, etc. Basically, if I am copying a grant, my goal is to not have to do much editing, if any at all.
