  1. For an event on the Giving Hub, when you select a specific ticket to purchase and the ticket details appear, it seems odd that the "ticket header" would appear ABOVE the name of the event.

    Is there an option to display the "ticket header" content BELOW the Ticket Name?

  2. Add a feature for grants that they can link to a Pledge on a profile. When someone gives a grant from a Pass-thru fund to a fund that they have a pledge, I am not able to link it. I need to cancel the payment.

  3. Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

  4. In order to track our commitments, we would like to use GLM and have it sync to CS. The advantage to using it in GLM instead of recurring grants in CS, is that we can refer back to the commitment to see the awarded amount, what has been paid, and what is left to pay. The problem is, if it is a multi year commitment, when created, the total amount will hit the GL. We would only want the $ amount to hit the GL as it is being paid, not the full amount in the 1st year. Can this…

  5. Add Organization Name and Contact Title as Template Fields for Grant Award letters. This addition will allow for proper acknowledgment of those fund advisors who advise Corporate DAFs and list their business address as their primary contact.

  6. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  7. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

  8. When a user clicks the DONATION Tab within their DAF, it brings them to the DONATE page (https://xxxxx.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/list). The user's own funds are listed somewhere on this page along with dozens of funds that we have 'promoted'. This isn't ideal since the user's fund(s) are buried in the page. Improvement is essential. Either (1) put the user's fund(s) at the top of the DONATE page, or (2) allow the user to find their funds via the SEARCH bar that's at the top of the page. Right now the user's fund(s) do not show up in SEARCH presumably because…

  9. When entering the information to calculate interest on term investments in bulk, is there a way for the Select Dates for Interest Calculation Description to include the term investment “Investing Fund” or “Short Name”? This would be similar to the merge fields in the templates.

    When these entries are exported and sorted, there is no reference to what term investment the interest goes to.

  12. It would be SO helpful for the primary email that gets pulled in to email grant letters be for the development person (or whoever should get the letter). This is usually different than the primary email for the grantee (CEO, info account, etc.). I think the best way to do this is on the profile have the ability to mark an email for specific tasks (primary, grant letter recipient, etc.). Thanks!

  13. The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.

    When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

  15. It would be great if a fundholder could make a credit card donation to their fund through the Fund Advisor Portal, rather than through the public webpage of the giving hub. We would prefer if not all our funds were listed on the giving hub, since most of our funds are not trying to publicly fundraise and some of the funds would like to be anonymous. However, if we make a fund "private" a fundholder can no longer contribute money to their fund via a credit card donation on the giving hub. Thank you for your consideration!

  16. Please create a Portal tutorial for outside users similar to the GLM tutorial for outside users here https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4479853059991-GLM-Applicant-Tutorial . This would help alleviate a lot of phone calls and emails so that we can do our jobs more efficiently. Thank you.

  17. Please can you revisit the idea of allowing tax receipt to be sent to multiple contacts on a profile even when sending in bulk. Please also give us the possibility to have a copy of the communication sent to our system email.

  18. Currently, when a profile is linked from GLM to CSuite, existing CSuite data is overwritten with GLM data if it differs. Since CSuite is our database of record, and since applicants often misspell, type all caps, put their home addresses instead of org address, use abbreviations, etc., we often find that bad data has replaced the good in CSuite. It would be nice to have either: 1. a checkbox option that offers a choice to update a profile at the time the GLM and Csuite profiles are linked; 2. a global setting to allow or not allow updates to flow…

  19. I would like to filter by campaign or campaign group on the Financials "Add Financial Filter" page.

    The campaign page offers an Income Statement, but no way to edit or filter.

    My goal is to combine two related events on one Balance Sheet or Statement of Activities. We have a weekend pickleball tournament with different tickets to sell for Friday (sponsor party) or Saturday (tournament participant) activities. I would like to combine those two campaigns into one campaign group and create financials.

  20. Not too long ago, there was a PREVIEW button when selling stock. This was extremely helpful so that you can make sure net proceeds equal what you actually received for the stock. This button disappeared and is now just a POST button. It is so much better to be able to preview the calculated proceeds before posting them because if something gets entered incorrectly, we now have to unpost the transaction to fix it. Please restore the PREVIEW button. Thank you!
