  1. It is difficult to sort through RSVPs on a Campaign Page via the Profile tab. It is inefficient to go to a reports to just to easily see the RSVP Yes/No profiles. It would be much better to sort ascending/descending on the Campaign page like a Report.

  2. We would like the ability to automatically send an email notification to the recipient of a payment when a voucher is posted/processed in CommunitySuite.

Currently, there is no built-in way to notify the recipient that a payment has been initiated or processed. This creates additional manual work for staff to communicate payment status and can lead to confusion or follow-up inquiries from recipients.

    Use Case:
When a voucher is processed for a grant or payment, an automated email could be triggered to notify the recipient, including relevant details such as:
    -Payment amount
    -Fund or purpose
    -Expected timing (if applicable)

    Benefit:…

  3. Based on the many comments over the years of people asking for this I don't believe there is a full understanding of what we need. Attached is an example of the aging format that an auditor is requiring us to provide as of a fiscal or calendar year end (historical). This is something that we'd need for both A/R and A/P. Please provide reporting that allows us to pull historical data in this type of format.

    thank you

  4. Why doesn't CSuite auto rebalance? The process is so manual. The technology exists and other platforms are using it. Why not CSuite?

  5. I discovered today that the left menu under Fund Advisors no loner has an export. It only has "Export Email" on the left menu. Would you please put the normal export on the left menu. To work around I would need to create a report that provides all the information that I used to be able to just export from the Fund Advisor screen with one click.

  6. We are looking for enhanced reporting capabilities for Donor Advised Funds (DAFs), specifically around LYBUNT/SYBUNT-style tracking based on internal grant activity rather than donations.

    Currently, it is difficult to:
-Identify DAFs who gave (via internal grants) last year but not this year (LYBUNT)
-Identify consistent vs. lapsed DAF grant activity over time
-Create clean rollups at the fund/advisor level without significant manual work (often requiring Excel exports)

    Use Case:
Foundations want to proactively engage fund advisors who may have lapsed in their granting activity, similar to how LYBUNT/SYBUNT is used in traditional fundraising.

    Suggested Functionality:
    -Native LYBUNT/SYBUNT filters for internal…

  7. When working on a smaller screen or with multiple windows open, the ability to minimize/collapse the left-hand menu in CommunitySuite would free up more screen space for in-system tasks and workflows.

  8. It is great to auto-send the reports to staff emails and be able to schedule the day those emails go out. It would be helpful to also be able to schedule the time that those emails go out rather than just overnight.

  9. On the tasks tab, the due date, type, description, ID #, assigned to, and created by are displayed.

Is it possible to add the column that shows who is attached to the ID # (such as the "grantee" or "profile name"?

    Thanks.

  10. The grant request notifications we currently receive when clients request a grant, contain the name of the fund advisor who submitted the grant request, the grantee name, and the grant amount. We would prefer that the grant request notifications include more information similar to that of the grant request emails that fund advisors receive. The information we would like to see included would be fund name, grantee EIN, grantee address, and grant description.

  12. We would like for the option to be able to toggle the Voucher details view to show only the details for that voucher before payments (like the high-level view we see in the grant request bucket before it gets moved to “New”). The expanded details view is very busy, moves items around, and includes empty fields + added buttons. It would be very helpful to be able see, at a glance, only the details pertaining to the voucher before it’s paid without the added buttons (edit, add, remove, etc.).

  13. We use Admin Fee Group to group multiple funds by fund advisor in order to apply graduated admin fees.

When asked to provide a financial report for a particular admin fee group or admin fee type, we currently run an admin fee export, manually isolate the applicable fee group, and then XLOOKUP financial information for each fund.

This manual workaround is time-consuming and inefficient. Having "Admin Fee Group" and "Admin Fee Type" available as Financial Filters would streamline reporting and be a huge timesaver.

  14. Beyond being able to promote funds in the grid of funds in the Giving Hub it would be great to have the ability to feature one fund (like the foundation's general fund) during the checkout process to encourage a supplemental contribution in addition to the fund the donor is choosing to support. You see this functionality often on giving day platforms as a way to "tip the host."

  15. We would like for the option to assign a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee, similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record. This would save users time and avoid forgetting to add the sponsored org to each grant before payment is processed.

  16. Enable the ability to disable the “Attach Files” field on the Grant Request screen in the portal. We would like the option to turn off file attachments for fund advisors when submitting grant requests, as this feature is not being used as intended.

  17. Right now there are options for month, quarter, and year. It would be great to have additional periods like weekly or biweekly here. In a perfect world, this could be customized with the same level of granularity as Outlook's recurring appointments (e.g., "Recur every [x] week(s) on: [Date of Week]" with the option for defined end dates)

  18. It would be nice to have the Fund field on Opportunities to be able to link to multiple funds. We have several donors with more than one fund, and opposed to setting up an opportunity for each fund, we'd like to have one opportunity for stewardship per profile.

  19. When viewing profiles within a specific profile type, the page layout isn’t very user-friendly. My instinct is to click the top option to access a dropdown of all profiles within that type. Instead, the current “List” button at the top redirects me back to the page showing all profile types, which feels unintuitive. Improving this flow would make it more efficient when discussing profile types with team members who are not in C-Suite as often.
