  1. Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

  2. Profile Reports need to have the ability to pull in roll-up information. I would love to see total household giving and giving by year for profiles. I use this as a fundraiser to see what my portfolio of donors has given this year.

  4. We need a way to reserve incoming grants from the request bucket to an individual staff member, because we have two people who work on processing DAF grants, due to large volume. Ideally, we would “reserve” multiple grants at once, and no one else would be able to edit these grants, even while they are in the “new” bucket. Once they move into the “approval” bucket, we would “unreserve” them so that they can be batch vouchered together. This would avoid duplication of profiles and grants themselves.   5. Please add this option to the Journal Entry menu as an action on the left hand task bar. From an accounting perspective, we often use the "Import" function for Journal Entries each month as all information is compiled in an external Excel/CSV file and formatted after completion to import and save time. These imports split into dozens of journal entries separated by fund. Currently, we have to manually go into each individual entry and attach the same Excel workbook for documentation entry by entry.

    A bulk "Attach File" option would save significant time and make repetitive tasks much more efficient.

  7. We are creating an affiliate program as a Foundation, and our Foundation has been in existence for over 30 years. Some of our affiliate partners already have funds set up with us because they are historical partners. We will provide a different level of access to donor information and donation amounts for our affiliates. We are running into setup roadblocks because several permissions are set as global or fund-level permissions that would be helpful to have on a more granular level—at the individual fund advisor and/or affiliate level. Specifically:

  8. Please provide a setting to toggle on/off to share the recurring donation details with fund advisors.

    Example: A fund advisor wants to see if donations to their capital campaign fund are recurring. Right now, this information is not accessible through the portal.

    Knowing whether it is a one-time gift versus a recurring gift is something we should be able to easily share with fund advisors!

  9. Consider adding the Fund Steward as a field for grant letter templates, just like the fund statements. We use a custom field to present this information on our grant letters but having the Fund Steward available is ideal. It's available in other templates so hopefully this is easily implemented.

  11. When printing labels for paper fund statements, please change them so they print in the order that the fund statement prints instead of alphabetical order by the fund advisor's name.

  12. Although we now have the ability to link multiple beneficiaries to one opportunity, this wasn't the case in the past. It would be great to have the option to link a donation to multiple opportunities since some of our bequests gifts benefit multiple organizations and separate opportunities have already been created for these gifts.

  14. When an affiliate logs into the portal and submits grant requests, the "cart" button does not appear for them. They must go to the left hand navigation to navigate to the Grant Requests page where the grants are in the cart. It would make more sense for them to have the same "cart" button appear like other funds.

  15. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  16. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

  17. Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

  18. While it’s great that we can now add a secondary assignee to an opportunity, it doesn’t add much value if the secondary assignee isn’t notified or made aware of their designation. At the very least, it would be helpful if they received an alert letting them know they’ve been added, but ideally those opportunities would also appear on their “My Open” page so they can easily keep track of them.

  19. Please add a filter option on the Approval Vouchers page (Approval bucket in Vouchers) to filter out vouchers that a particular approver has already approved. Two of three approvers must approve each voucher, but I can't tell which ones I have already approved or ones I still need to approve without opening each voucher individually. Thank you!

  20. Copy/Paste address block and have the Address, City, State, Zip auto populate. This is a feature offered by other apps that manage addresses, such as mailing apps (example screenshot below).
