Enhanced User Login & Engagement Tracking in Community Suite
We push people to the Portal a lot, but right now we really don’t have a good way to see how often people are actually logging in.
We can’t easily tell who’s active, who hasn’t logged in for a while, or whether people are using the Portal the way we hope they are. Without that info, it’s hard to know what’s working, where users might be getting stuck, or how engaged our fund advisors and other users really are.

Allow Event Campaign Requests to be Conditional on a Per Ticket Basis
Currently, Event Campaign Requests display for all tickets within an event. There is no way to limit a Request to only specific tickets.
We would like the ability to make Requests conditional based on the ticket purchased.
For example:
Dinner tickets may require a meal selection, but a general admit does not.Right now, all Requests appear for every ticket, which can cause confusion, unnecessary data entry, and post-event cleanup.

Invoicing
It would be great if there was a way to convert multiple invoices for the same vendor into one document to be sent to the vendor. This is of particular interest for loan invoices where multiple funds participate. Otherwise the vendor will receive a separate invoice for each fund, each month rather than just an aggregate amount.

admin fees to two funds
It would be very helpful to be able to charge two admin fees to two different funds on one invoice. We have fiscal projects receiving grant funds with an indirect cost built in. Part of it covers our admin fee and part covers their overhead. It would be nice if that split could happen as part of the admin fee process. We are currently having to manually move their overhead costs.

Concept Overview: A third portal type (or a distinct configuration mode) that mirrors the affiliate portal's grouping functionality but is purpose-built for the financial advisor relationship.

Run 'draft' Investment Financial Report
For CSuite users, the investment report is only accessible when books are closed. Requesting the ability to run the report in a draft form when books are open. Similarly to how the report presents for fund advisors on the portal. - submitted on behalf of CF of the Ozarks.

Internal Grants Display Differently Between Portal List and Export
When you look at the Grants within the portal, the grantee column shows the name of the fund to which an internal grant was made. When you export this same data the csv file shows the grantee name as the name of your foundation, which is causing confusion for advisors who are comparing the two. Is it possible to have the grantee be the fund name in the export as well? It would be also be great to be able to customize the fields that are included in the export beyond the default selections.

DAF button at giving hub check out
Hello! Currently we add coding into our giving hub/directory pages through the nonprofit designation statement area that allows html. The coding creates a button for our DAF holders to select and be redirected to the login area so that they can direct a grant via their DAF. It would be great if this was available at check out without additional coding. Essentially, we would like a Donate now with your DAF button at check out.

Add a total to the AR Detail page
The AR Detail screen gives you totals for each timeframe. It would also be helpful to list an overall total for that profile, like listed on the main AR page.

Task Description Field
Can the task description field be a long text field instead of a short text field? Also would be great to make this a rich text field so we can add bullet points. We like to create a general task with more information on what is needed to complete the task.

Task Email Reminder to include task description (re-open archived idea)
The description is included with a completed task notification, so reason stands the system should also be able to include it in a task email reminder - this would greatly improve task management utility and integration with outlook/Microsoft365 tasks.

Add household engagement strategy as a field option in reports on fund advisor reports. Right now, you can only see individual profile engagement strategies for fund advisors, and we keep the engagement strategy on households to avoid duplications in mailings. Thanks!

Voucher refund - allow edit fields
Please update the Voucher Refund process and the ability to edit fields. Currently when we process a refund on a Voucher, the word “Refund” is in the Description field and we are not able to update any other fields should we want to. It would be helpful if it either copied over the original description and included the word “refund” within that copied description OR if we had the ability to update it ourselves so we could reflect what the refund entailed. Checking Account on closed funds
All funds, even closed funds are required to have a checking account. However, if a checking account is listed on any fund, that account can't be closed when the bank account is no longer in use. We are running into an issue where we have a bank account that has been closed, but there are many (44) old, closed funds that have it listed as the checking account, so the account can't be closed in Csuite. While I can reopen and change the checking account on the closed funds, this is time consuming and I still have to change it…

Single Year End Receipt for Recurring Donations
Please integrate an option for a yearly consolidated tax receipt that would issue a single tax receipt number for all annual recurring donations, instead of having to send12 separate receipts at year end. This is standard practice in Canada and is required to comply with Canadian law/CRA. We are not able to send a summary document with all receipt numbers listed, although being able to attach a summary to the single receipt is nice, but not necessary.

Allow fund advisors to see voucher files that are shared with them
There is a workflow that will give the fund advisor access to view grant documents that are shared with them.
When the grant is created from a request, you can share the uploaded file with the advisor by marking the document as Shared. Once it’s shared at the grant level, the fund advisor will be able to see and open that file when they pull up the grant in the portal.
This same functionality is needed for Vouchers. The advisor submits the voucher with the voucher request but then can no longer see the documentation once it becomes a voucher.

spending policy
When calculating the annual distributions for a fund, the system allows you to edit the amounts Csuite is calculating before review and posting. We often adjust the amounts for scholarship funds, new funds, etc. It would be helpful if the system would allow you to see an adjusted total before selecting review or an edit selection after review is selected. Lack of this ability causes much rework as errors happen and the entire process has to be redone.
