  3. Total amount for undeposited donations

    When you have a list of donations in the undeposited or unposted area in donations it would be nice to have an amount at the bottom of the list. That way you have a double check against your in house document and CSuite.

  4. interfund grants

    Please add a tally of Interfund Grants on a Fund Advisor's home page. As it stands now, they have now way of knowing that the difference between "total Granted" and "funds avialable" is because of these internal grants. In our case, most of the the interfund grants are to special purpose funds for communitiy initiatives, not to other DAFs. To a Fund Advisor, these interfund grants are the same as external grants when they think about what they have supported, and thus should be displayed on the home page.

  5. Add Steward to Tax Receipt Fields

    We have multiple stewards who would like to sign tax receipts. It would be great if we could have a field that pulls the steward first and last name into the letter. Title of steward would be great too but that isn't as important to me as just having the function to get the steward name on the letter.

  7. Add Fund Groups to Grant/Voucher Approval Process

    Please add option to assign grant & voucher approvals by fund group instead of just listing all funds. We have 3200+ funds to scroll through.

  8. Ability to turn off automatic tax receipt on a per-donor basis

    Hello,

    We are facing a new situation and have devised some workaround, but we would like to request a bit more flexibility within CSuite to handle this.

    The short of this request is to give us a little more control over the “auto tax receipt” which currently “sends an automatic email receipt to your online and recurring donors.” We would like the ability to turn this automated email receipt OFF on a per-donor basis. Overall, it is great to be automated, but we have come across a situation where it isn’t.

  9. Split Donation to Multiple Funds

    We would love the ability to split a donation in to multiple funds. Donors are able to do this online. We often get 1 check from a donor with instructions on how much they would like to go in to each fund. However, I only send 1 tax receipt. Having to enter each donation separately and then manually add things in to a tax receipt template creates quite a bit of extra work.

  10. stock gift entry

    1- Ability to import securities - helpful as some donors contribute 20+ stocks at a time

    2 -Auto complete the description of the security (but field should be able to be edited if needed). The database pulls the high / low information so it should also be able to pull the name of the security

    3 - Keep the securities listed in the order they are entered. For some reason csuite re-orders (in no particular order) the securities after saving the entry making it difficult to review the stock gift entry

  11. Attach pledges to Campaigns

    We have an endowment campaign that is accepting pledges. We would like a way to attach the campaign to the pledge when we enter the pledge in Community Suite.

  12. Additional Language Characters

    One of our fund holders was naming a memorial fund after a sibling who had the character "ë" in their name. The system is not displaying or reporting it correctly (showing up as "ël"). As an international company, the system should most assuredly have the ability to utilize and display characters from all languages.

  13. Set Grant Type & Letter Template in Batch or Default Grant Type Based on Fund

    When processing grants in the New Bucket, I need to run Charity Check, set the grant type, set the letter template, and post & get approval. It appears that I can run Charity Check and Post in batch, but I still have to open each grant to set the grant type and grant letter. If these could be done in batch or even default based on the fund, the process would be much more efficient.

  14. Ability to sort Set Fund Screen in GLM Bucket

    It would be very helpful if you could sort the Set Fund Screen in the GLM Bucket by the column headers (especially Grantee Name). It's really hard to cross reference with my spreadsheets or GLM.

  15. Fiscal Year Open Funds List

    We would like an easy way to get a list of funds that were open during a Fiscal Year. We'd like to create a custom fund report that shows all funds that were open during a period of time (FY) - and include any funds that were open at one point, but closed during the year. Right now we can filter the "Fund Close Date" field by a value or 'Null', but not both. Ideally we'd be able to do both to include funds that never closed, and funds that closed within the year.

  17. More Donation Info For Fund Advisors

    Our fund advisors would like to be able to see the In Memory of/In Honor of fields as well as the Recognition field of a donation. I would hope this would be an easy add to the fund advisor permissions.

  18. financial statement settings

    There should be a Financial Statement setting option to round to whole dollars. It is standard to print financial statements for presentation rounded to the nearest dollar. This was a simple setting in the Financial Edge system we used before converting which was at several years old.
    There should also be more flexibility in the columns chosen for the financial statements. As an example there is no option to have a month and ytd comparison with the current year and the prior year on a single page. This was a standard report in our previous system and at every place…

  19. Birthday List - filter Household Steward and Household Engagement Strategy

    Profiles have donor birthdays, but households hold Steward and Engagement Strategy. We want to create a report of donor birthdays in a particular month who have a Steward or are in an Engagement Strategy. If CSuite would allow Household Steward or H Engagement Strategy as a filter in a profile report, we could get this information easily.

  20. Audit report with all fund coding

    The audit report that has the net asset rollfoward (Fund balance change) can be run by various fund groupings but it would be great to have the option to show all the fund codes on one report: fgroup, division, fsubgroup, fsegment. Maybe an option to chose which codes to include on the export.
