  1. When matching CSuite profiles and looking for duplicates, please add:

    1) Conditional Logic (If/Then) – Use conditional logic and allow Users to choose which fields (name, address, email, phone) to use, and to set the order of those fields (Ex: If name matches, then match on address).

    2) Match on Address – Recognize and flag profiles with the same address on the duplicate screen.

    3) Fuzzy Matching – Recognize slight differences in names (Bob/Robert), and addresses (1234 E Elm St/1234 East Elm Street) and other information due to spelling variations, abbreviations, and typos.

  2. It would be very helpful to have under "Recurring Grants" a choice like "pay on first Weds of each month" instead of a specific date because our check processing dates are on the 1st of the month - not a specific date each month.

  3. Instead of no-reply@fcsuite.com, could we customize the address that system emails are sent from? We are aware of the opportunity to customize the reply to address, but recipients would not expect there to be a "reply to" address since the sent by email address is named no-reply. It would also be very helpful to be able to customize the From and Reply to email address on any email sent through the system so that replies could be routed to appropriate staff/departments.

  4. The "Add Opportunity" action still shows up when user is in the "Relationships" tab on a profile record, even though the the Opportunities tables has been relocated to the "Engagement" tab on a profile record. Would be great for this action be relocated to show up when a user is in the "Engagement" tab as well.

  5. Currently, it doesn't appear that you can add a deceased individual as a donation advisor. This creates issues when someone gives us money through their estate. The donor will usually be "the estate of" or a trust associated with the original donor. But we cannot add the deceased individual. That means we won't be able to see a donor's total giving history even if they made clear their intentions during their lifetime.

  6. We want to be able to connect Organization and Individual from Smartsimple to Account & Person Account from Salesforce.
    Today it is only possible to connect Contact & account. Person account is an object in Salesforce that consider an individual as Person and as an organization, which is more powerful than only use contacts. Person account is also a fusion of Contact & Accounts field in Salesforce. In an ideal world, it would be also usefull to connect Affiliation from SmartSimple to Affiliation' object in Salesforce.

  8. There are certain fields requested by DonorSearch to complete wealth screenings on profiles. Most are readily available in CSuite, but some are not as easy to access. In order to reduce the amount of manual and spreadsheet lookup work needed to prepare an import file, please consider adding the following enhancements for the donor rollup report to make HH reporting easier: Largest Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, First Gift Amount, and First Gift Date and Last Gift Date to aggregate data across all rolled up profiles (currently shows HH dates even if IND profile dates are first/last).

  9. We have a need to send some notifications for donations on tributes manually while processing others (on the same tribute) in bulk. This is not an intermittent need for us; it happens weekly. We should be able to do this by processing the one-off notifications manually, then running the remaining notifications through the bulk process. However - CSuite doesn't add a sent date to tributes that are sent manually. It does show the action in the log, but not to users or in reports.

    Can you please have the sent date populate for manually notified donations on tributes?

  10. Require Primary Advisor Approval - Multiple Advisors

    On a fund with multiple advisors, currently only one Primary may be indicated when requiring approval of a grant request. If someone other than the Primary submits a request, the Primary is notified to log in and approve the request. If the Primary submits a request, none of the other advisors are notified for approval. We need to be able to require equal approval from all advisors, so that when any advisor makes a grant request, the other advisors will be prompted to log in for approval.

  11. We’d love to see the ability to link grants to a fundraising campaign, the same way donations can be linked. Sometimes grants come in as a direct result of campaign efforts, and right now there’s no way to capture that connection.

    Having this feature would give us a clearer picture of the true impact of our campaigns and make reporting more meaningful. It would also help us tell the full story of how our campaigns generate support—not just through donations, but through grants too.

  12. I would like the ability to import a spreadsheet for internal grants. It is possible for 'regular' grants, but not for internal grants at this time.

  13. Provide option to move a note that is in a profile to an opportunity that is also in the profile. Currently we have to manually move notes if a note is mistakenly added to the profile rather than the opportunity.

  16. On the Fund Profile History page the actual amounts for the grantees are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. It would be great if this pie chart could show the number values so that it can be used in greater detail at meetings with Fundholders.

    And/or, the ability to export the pie chart to excel to make these edits ourselves would work well. Right now it can only be copied as an image.

  17. The current options for recurring grants are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. Could a weekly option could be added in the future? A donor would like to send a grant to his church on a weekly basis.

  19. Right now people only have the option to "purchase" the ticket to indicate that they are RSVP-ing "Yes". It would be extremely helpful to have some way for people to indicate that they RSVP "No."

    The "RSVP" field under a campaign currently populates based on Yes/No they have responded (bought a ticket) as opposed to Yes/No if they are attending.

    My larger hope would be that this field is used to see either:

    1) they RSVP'ed "yes" and plan to attend,
    2) they RSVP'ed "no" and cannot attend, or
    3) they have not RSVP'ed at all

    Perhaps there could be…
