exposed profile email, phone, address id in Profile Custom Report
CSuite has a Profile Email, Address, Phone ID unique to each value on a profile. These ID's, which are required to bulk update the values, are only exposed in the Profile Email, Address, Phone reports. These reports are not useful because they have no other attributes (Prim, Inactive, etc.). Please expose these fields on the Profiles Custom Report to allow for better filtering for bulk update actions.

notes reporting - reference the primary profile from an opportunity note
Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

Paid/Check Date as a column in Paid Bucket
Could there be an additional column to include the check date, so that we can see when the voucher was paid, when viewing the paid bucket?

Grant Report Due Notifications
It would be great if you could create a task for grant reports that are due and link them to the grant report due, assigned to the individual responsible for collecting and reviewing the reports. That way there would be an easy spot to see any overdue reports and follow up with grantees without having to track in an external location.

Clarify individual/organization information needed in shopping cart check-out
The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

In Portal Options> Portal Settings allow the settings to be more granular. For example, allow 'profile updates' to be set only on profiles with 'Student' designation.

Expendable Fund Distribution Alert
Our fund advisors would benefit from an alert that would be sent to our staff when a fund advisor creates a distribution request that would leave the fund with little or no remaining balance. As non-profit organizations experience funding challenges, we do see the potential for more agency fund advisors to request funds for emergencies. An alert would create an opportunity to have meaningful conversations with our fund advisors. It would be great if the alert can be sent via email to the foundation’s key relationship managers. copying a grant
Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.

Interface Color Customization
We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.

Support requests
When you submit a support request ticket, you receive an email reply with the ticket number, but it would be very helpful if a copy of the request or a brief description of the request was included in this email. If you have submitted more than one support ticket, it is hard to tell what number goes to what request.

Fundraising Campaign - Goal Thermometer
We noticed the new feature you added for using Campaigns in fundraising—it's a great addition and works well for efforts like the annual appeal or other targeted campaigns. Mark a couple of note types as sticky ones
We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.4 votes -
Campaigns for programming sign-up
We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.
- Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
- Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
- Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
- If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

Hello! Just started using tasks, and enjoying it. Would like a weekly task option, so it's easier to see what is to occur within the week. Filter option would be good too on the dashboard.

Close period - additional options
It would be helpful if month-end close could be broken down so we could close by the transaction type (ie donations, grants, vouchers, general ledger) or even by division. There are some areas that Finance wants to close ASAP to prevent back-dated transactions by other departments, but other areas that need to remain open for entries by Finance. The current all-or-nothing approach forces us to keep the period open, which means transactions (often grants) can post incorrectly into a past month. Please consider the functionality to allow for piecemeal closes instead of one all-encompassing.

Bulk reassign tasks
We would love the ability to bulk update tasks. I am looking at a report with unique IDs and 150 tasks to manually reassign to a current staff person.
I see this idea was proposed previously and archived, so I'm posting fresh to hopefully gain some new interest in this idea. Thanks!
