  1. When setting up loan accounts in the Accounts Default section, you must assign only one account for Loans Payable, Loans Receivable and Loan Interest. We have 3 separate loans that are sub-accounts of these accounts. So each time I set up a loan, create a voucher for the loan payment, invoice interest payments, or invoice for a principal repayment, I need to reset the defaults so that they map to the correct sub account.   2. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  3. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  4. I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

  5. We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

  6. A new release has changed my scholarship list to include closed funds and designated scheduled funds. It would make my workflow easier if it could go back to just the list of scholarships that I use instead of having to add filters.

  7. The new "Portal Options -> Settings" areas in the sandbox (and rolling out to live site tomorrow) are great -- lots of customization! I would love to have the ability to edit the "Recognition Name" field name and description from the Checkout area of the donation portal/giving hub. Our donors don't interpret that field in quite the same way our staff do, and we would like to customize how it appears as we can with the Cover CC, Anonymous, and Newsletter fields.

  8. On grants related to the Grant Advisor field, the field prepopulates with an individual who has the Fund Advisor designation. It would be helpful for the field:
    to default to blank or a Fund Founder instead and
    contain the ability to list multiple people in the case of a fund with multiple founders.

  9. Currently we use DocuSign to open a DAF and email. Most financial institutions that have a DAF product can be opened online.
    Can a process similar to GLM/SLM be used to open a DAF especially since DocuSign is being integrated. This would be helpful for opening all types of new funds.

  11. We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

  14. It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

  17. Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

  18. We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket.     Please add to the list of available filters, pledge campaign since this is a field that is on the pledge. This would help when needing to see a list of pledges & outstanding balances for a specific campaign. This report is the best report for reviewing outstanding balances of pledges & this data point would make it even more useful.
