We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. However, as it currently loads, you have to zoom out on a browser screen to be able to view more languages with the way the columns cascade to the right.   2. Candid (GuideStar) asks non-profits to provide a list of grants data annually. They use a specific template (attached). It would be helpful to have a default report already created so that we can generate the information more easily and consistent with their template.

  3. Allow Profile Fund link Categories to be edited vs having to delete the Profile Fund link and adding the fund back with the newly desired Category. Example, we are changing 'advisor' to 'primary advisor' or 'secondary advisor' and having to delete the Profile Fund link w/ 'advisor' category and then adding the fund back with the Profile Fund link of 'advisory-primary' or 'advisor-secondary'.

  4. Currently, Grant Catalog only accepts monetary donations to support the needs of Grantees. We would like to propose an additional option allowing donors to contribute essential items, which could then be tracked through the platform. For example, we envision connecting Grantees with local hardware businesses to provide computers and other tangible resources.

  5. Hello, we receive pledges for sponsorships, of which, the bulk is charitable. No problem linking the pledge tot he charitable portion. However, we cannot seem to find an easy way to link a non-charitable portion of the pledge (for instance if tickets come with a sponsorship). Is there any way to do this? If not, can you consider it for the future?

    There is an option to create a ticket for a campaign that has a charitable/non-charitable split. This can be created as a receivable. Here is a link to the support hub article for more information: https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404630141847-Event-Campaigns

  6. It would be great to have the ability to generate an event ticket that the attendees could show to get into the event instead of needing a paper ticket to enter.

    Bonus points if there could be a QR Code or other scannable barcode generated that would auto-mark them as attended in CSuite.

  7. Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.

    This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

  8. Some of our funds have fund names that do not indicate the donor name. In the sort key we reference the donor name. However, the sort key is not a searchable reference. We can't leverage the short name because we use our legacy fund ids there and want to continue that system. We would like the sort key to be a searchable term so if we were searching it pulls up the fund wherever we would put a fund name/id.

  10. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

  11. When I'm looking at a profile, under Engagement, there's an option to delete the profile from a campaign. The problem I'm having is that after choosing delete, I'm taken to the CAMPAIGN instead of back to the profile so that I can delete it from other campaigns or make a note. It makes more sense to me, and would improve my work flow, if the system returned me back to the profile where I started.

  12. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  13. On the Custom Reports page, have option to sort by Date Last Run oldest - newest. This would help with cleaning up old reports if the report list is lengthy and if they haven't been run in a few years.

  15. If you visit a grant catalog while it is closed (specifically the URL of a specific grant request), the text is not customizable. Right now, it says "Sorry, that grant cycle is closed," which I think is unfriendly and almost unprofessional? There's not even a period at the end of the sentence. I'd love to be able to edit this content.

  18. It would be great to have Giving Hub customizations (radio buttons for instance), which can be linked to parts of the donation approval/recording process on the Finance side of the transaction.

    For instance, a radio button for Endowed/Spendable that allows donors desiring for a donation to be flowed through to their Spendable balance, which is linked to the Spendable checkbox in the transaction record.

    An option to split the donation between Endowed and Spendable would be great too.

  19. Is there a way to enter a voucher for an annual subscription where it automatically records the prepaid and corresponding monthly subscription expense in each following month? Or can the prepaid only be spent down through journal entries? I think it would be very helpful to have the option to enter the prepaid voucher with corresponding monthly spend down at the initial input.

    Once the voucher is posted, you could create a recurring journal entry with an end date. Not a perfect solution, but you would not need to remember to create a new journal entry each month.

  20. Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."
