  1. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  3. The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.

    At this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

  4. When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.

    Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

  5. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

  6. My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.

  7. We hold a paid program for executive directors for other local nonprofits every other year. We use C-Suite's Invoices to invoice the nonprofits. For those nonprofits that pay by credit card, the transaction ends up in Donations. It would be great to link their "donation" to their open invoice.

    In the new portal, a profile will be able to pay an invoice by credit card with the customer tab enabled. This could eliminate this problem. To apply a credit card payment to an invoice, it must be a profile payment, not a donation.

  8. Grant Catalogs have request submission pages. The boxes for short and long descriptions need character limits. At this time, there is a stated character limit of 250 characters on the short description, and none on the long. We use 60 for the short, and 255 characters for the long, and have to edit down every request to fit these numbers. Either let us set the limits, or please set the limits for us.

  9. Please add the option to send out emails automatically based on when an Opportunity's stage is changed/reached.

    We would like for CSuite to send out emails automatically, with both an external and internal option, when a particular stage or stages are reached in an Opportunity. This would cut back on much of the tedious work associated with changing stages and needing to send emails manually outside of the system.

    This would help a lot with new donors as they receive a lot of communication, as well as with mid-year checkups.

  10. Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

  11. It would be helpful to have a total populate when reconciling Stripe donations in the Till, similar to the checks. When processing numerous Stripe donations on different days, it can be difficult to ensure that all boxes are checked.

  12. It would be great if we could integrate a third party app/software to manage credit card receipts/AP. Some on our team struggle with turning in business credit card receipts in a timely manner and there are apps out there that allow for the user to take a photo of those receipts, which are then integrated into the accounting system.

  14. Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.

    Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.

    We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

  16. We are testing using Loans in Csuite for the first time. It would be great if a loan could also have the option to be between 2 funds so that the system would not only create the entries on the fund making the loan, but also on the fund receiving the loan. And this would extend to the payments as well - that the system would make entries on both funds. In our case, we are loaning to an affiliate organization which has its funds with us. The payments are coming from that fund.

  17. Ability to show where we are with raising the funds of each need (a thermometer?). Needs ability that when a donor makes a recommendation via email or phone call that the dashboard updates to show the meter with the new recommendation.

  18. It would be wonderful to have the option to link a profile to voucher items in a similar way to how you can add an "advisor" to a donation for indirect credit. For purchases made on our organization credit cards, we input an itemized voucher into Csuite to the credit card company, but then it is very difficult to see where purchases were actually made since it is only visible in the item description text. If there was an option (not requirement) to link to another profile, then we would be able to see from the profile the payments made…

    Here is a link to a help article that might help in this situation. A voucher is entered for each charged item directly to the vendor. The vouchers are then paid to the "credit card" liability account. When the statement is received, a voucher is created for the statement value to relieve the liability. This credit card liability account can also be reconciled each month.   19. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.
